After the transplant and some food the girls are looking great, nice and green 💚 Cant wait to start flowering 😁

Fifth week of flower and it was time to defoliate the indoor units as they were starting to get bushy and block exposure to the lower bud sites. Quick work with the bonsai shears and they were ready to soak in the sun. I left the rooftop plants alone as I believe having additional leaf mass enables them to withstand temp and environmental fluctuations better. Whether or not this is the case, it was an experiment.

During the tenth and final week of the flowering stage, the plants exhibited excellent development in both overall size and bud density. Although a reddish pigmentation was initially expected, the calyxes developed dark, almost black tones, resulting in a visually striking appearance. The RHC#1 phenotype displayed a greener foliage, with leaves beginning to show subtle reddish hues at the tips, providing an appealing contrast. The dominant aroma profile combines strong cheese-like notes with sweet, fruity undertones, which are expected to intensify during the curing process. Irrigation was carried out only during the first three days of the week, using water adjusted to a pH of 6.3. The plants were then kept in darkness for the final two days to promote the final maturation of the trichomes. At present, the flowers are undergoing a controlled drying phase, with stable humidity and temperature parameters. The cultivation process was completed without any significant issues, and the overall results are highly satisfactory, reflecting a successful execution of the growth cycle.

Week ten for Nori Cake. This one is growing so super solid. Still a bit sad she lost one of her main branches, but nether less has a nice form and structure. Did cut some branches and leafs this week, now she has to do her thing and really looking forward to the next weeks with her :)

April 16th - Day 59 : Today is Spa day. Did a major defiliation throughout the whole tent. They're pretty much on autopilot from now on.. April 19th - Day 62 : Look at theses beauties. Reacting well to the heavy defoliation. The smell is getting a bit stronger. Didn't do much but water.

Week 11 Colas are growing nicely I have 8 main nodes hoping to get at least 40-45 grams out of each node what you guys think? Using both lights ( 350w total) DWC water system Water temp around 23-24C Humidity still at 40%

It's been a while but the ladies are doing great. Some pretty nice budformation. 1 of the ladies has some special looking buds, I wonder how they'll finish.

Honestly an amazing week! They’re stretching and producing so many bud sites widening their structure with some well let’s call it mid stress training lol i may if had a problem though I’ll see 😞 as my lights didn’t turn off until an hour and 15mins after their normal time due to a malfunction… sooooo hoping no problems ffs but will be switching that to a manual one tomorrow when lights are on! 🤞🏽 I hope because up til now it’s perfect no complaints!

Week 4 day 24

9/30/18. She still looks great. No burn and no deficiencies so far. I fed her a liter and a half . The pot is now heavy but not totally soaked. I did not water to runoff but the lower portion of the pot is wet. I don't like soaking the pots because the bottoms take ay too long to totally dry and I have had issues watering schedules. 10/5/18 Still doing perfect with minimal attention. Bumped up the amount of Grow Big last feeding with no ill effect. Looking ahead and having weeks before the auto is done I didn't know how to face the upcoming issue of vertical space. Shes too big to LST and I did not want to top her because shes doing incredibly well and want to see what she will produce. I rigged up a scrog contained within the bucket. I did a mod years ago to a smoker which gave me the idea in the middle of the night. I might change out the screen itself since it was just what I had on hand but will see how it works.. The openings are 2.5" so it should suit my needs. I have it set at 8 inches above soil but it is fully adjustable up and down by the nuts on the threaded rod. I plan on keeping the main stem under the screen to induce the plant to keep producing shoots and fill the area. Im pretty excited about trying this and Stay Tuned.

WEEK 8 (04/18/2021 - 04/24/2021) Day 59: 04/18/2021 Defoliated some growth from each plant before I installed my custom-built SCRoG net made of: pvc piping, drywall screws, and jute twine for the netting. It’s slightly smaller than the tent, 41”x41” with a second level for another net. It fits perfectly, leaving plenty of room to work around the edges and move the fan around if needed. Immediately after defoliation and installing the net, I watered using ½ strength Botanicare Hydroguard. Watering was different. I used a battery-powered liquid transfer pump to help water the plants a little faster and more efficiently. Also helps to reach the plants I can’t access as easily in the corner. I am unable to test/collect any of the runoff at the moment since installing the net, which wouldn’t be an issue by itself, but my saucers are just barely large enough to fit the base of the 5 gallon pots into. I have no way of sticking a pH pen or TDS meter in the runoff. They simply won't fit between the pot and the saucer. This is extremely unfortunate, as I am now unable to monitor the ppm of the soil with each watering. Will have to pick up some larger saucers soon or think of another solution. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 61: 04/20/2021 ‘Tis the season to be medicated. Happy Holidaze! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 62: 04/21/2021 Upping the amount of water going into the pots this watering. Previously I was doing 1 gallon of water per 5 gallon pot. I’m increasing the amount of water to 1.5 gallons. Hopefully that will produce enough runoff for taking measurements. It’s going to be a painfully difficult task to take readings but I really need to know what the condition of the soil is right now. Will not be using any nutrients this time considering the runoff was kind of high when I fed on 4/10. This seems a little risky though since it has been 11 days since a nutrient feed, but I’d rather not burn the plants by blindly adding nutrients. Will return. Hopefully with measurements. (some amount of time later) Tap water: 245ppm, 6.1 pH (9 gallons) pH Down: 30ml JB#1 - 2730ppm, 7.0 pH JB#2 - 2290ppm, (pH pen died again on this plant) AP#1 - 2380ppm, 6.9 pH AP#2 - 3610ppm (seems extremely high), 7.0 pH GC#1 - 2320ppm, 6.9 pH GC#2 - 2340ppm, 7.1 pH I don’t know what was up with the measurements on the AP#2. The saucers the pots are sitting in are a little small so I think the ppm might have been reading high because the bottom of the fabric pot was sitting in the runoff. Maybe I’m just saying that to reassure myself. Either way, the 3000+ ppm seemed very off. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 66: 04/24/2021 Defoliation + weaving/securing branches through SCRoG. I'm not 100% sure that the SCRoG was the most optimal technique of choice given the very limited space within the grow tent. Also, I almost feel like I installed the screen a little late. Maybe not? Either way, I have read about them and the potential of increased yields, which got me excited enough to build one to try out for myself. I was aware going into it that there would be some difficulties using a SCRoG. I can no longer move my pots around is the main thing. Not being able to move the pots around has increased the difficulty factor of watering/feeding. I now have to access 3 different sides of the tent to get all 6 plants. I've clipped all the ties holding the branches down from previous LST sessions. There was just no way I was going to spend hours weaving in and out of all the ties trying to water each plant while also dealing with the difficulties of a SCRoG obstructing the work space. That would also wreck my poor back. From here, things are going to get real exciting. Tomorrow (04/25) I am rescheduling the light cycle to 12/12 to initiate flowering. Another 60-70 days to go, growing buds and packing on trichomes. With that said, I'm excited to have made it through my very first full vegetative cycle. I've definitely made my fair share of mistakes, as expected, but as long as I keep learning from them future harvest will only continue to increase in quality and yield. Ok so I got this diary back. I decided to delete it, when this grow wasn't going to happen. But now it is. Thank you @Growdiaries 🤗. So I'm guessing its week 8 here. I just took them out of the veg tent and transplanted them into Dutch buckets. #2,3, and 4 are females #1 is undecided. Only one will come outside in the end, I think.

Sept 21st - last nite was a 1/2 volume h2o/molasses feed - re-shaped the canopy with LST to bring them all back to one height Sept 22nd - looking Oh So healthy, but I’m Going to check run-off, when she’s fed. I’ve never analyzed run-off before. Tonight (or tomorrow) I will check just to see whats coming out the bottom. Feed volumes are enough that there is a bit of run-off at each big feed. - Green Lite for serving 5L Nutes/water tonight. Plant is consuming the water levels being given. Moisture meter and pot weight confirm the levels can continue to be gently increased ( big feed, small feed, big, small etc ! / target 4 days, 2 days, 4, 2 etc ) - Its working in this 10 gallon pot - big power failure for half of city from huge wind storm. Just entered 3rd hour - as I was getting ready to feed her, all the lights in the south end died. Not my fault… 23rd - power outage was for just over 4hours… they will get a little extra light todAy - fed the plant when the power returned at 1:30 Sept 24th - in 2 weeks this plant will be moved to the 2’ tent, to allow the other 4 photo-periods to go into flower. October 8 she moves into a cozy LED environment. - here it is week 8… and it looks like it needs 5 or 6 more anyway. I like surprises, but this one needs some TLC in the home stretch. hows that? Any comments on an extended Auto-grow, from an Express genome? Humans probably lol 25th - LST applied to even-out and lower the canopy further; all good - Pistiles have begun to turn brown/orange while some are still exploding 27th - last day of the week - 2.5L h2o/molasses for early breakfast - next meal 6L, its time - buds are starting to Fiill-Up, definitely gaining a little Girth, for lack of a better word. (Nice way to start next week)

I have been very busy over the last week so I haven't had much time to do any documentation. There isn't much going on at the moment so you aren't missing out on much. There have been a couple of leaves on this plant showing some strange markings. Nothing that is uniform nor reoccurring. I think these defects I show in the video are localized to just two or three leaves so I am not too concerned at the moment. I will keep an eye on her for the time being. Other than that, the plant looks really happy and is growing very well. Good color all around and getting very bushy.

sorry for delay but im busy working on it lol this week is phenomenal in size and the lst work well but now i have 5 lady that take the space of 10 lol
