Harvest wet weight was 65.5 grams as a whole plant. Have her drying at 70 degrees and around 50% rh with a fan to circulate air. Will update with more info and pics when I start the cure. Update: dry weight is 12 grams. Buds were not as dense as I would’ve liked but very potent and sticky. Smoke is smooth and taste is more pronounced. After cure I’m sure it will be even better. I’m not upset at the final weight as it was 1 of 3 plants in a tiny 12x24x24 inch tent with weak lighting.

A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. This week i need to change the reservoir again, the plants drink solution just as I add fresh water the EC stays at 2.7 and i need to add PK and Calmag so that's why. The weather outside is very cold this whole week around -18 degree Celsius at night...this made my reservoir water go under 15 degree Celsius. 2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. My homework. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. Adequate light intensity ensures Rca can effectively maintain Rubisco in its active, carbamylated state. •Maintain optimal temperature: Rca is highly temperature-sensitive and can become unstable at moderately high temperatures (e.g., above 35°C/95F° in many C3 plants), which decreases its ability to activate Rubisco. Maintaining temperatures within the optimal range for a specific plant species is important. •Optimize Mg2+ concentration: Mg2+ is a key cofactor for both Rubisco carbamylation and Rca activity. In the light, Mg2+ concentration in the chloroplast stroma increases, promoting activation. •Manage ATP/ADP ratio: Rca activity depends on ATP hydrolysis and is inhibited by ADP. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse—we face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems. Come walk in the enchanted forest.

Quite good result considering that she only got around 6h of sunlight, the buds didn't grew too big but they have a lot of THC, this is perfect for people who live in the city and just want to grow some small plants on the balcony without getting too much attention, the smell was really sweet and she offers a good resistance against bugs, and i didn't even applied any insecticide. We are going to use this plant to do a fresh frozen extraction 😁

Missed a couple weeks of progress from this beautiful girl. But, today is day 42 of veg, beginning of week 7. I quickly learned that she loves to be fed! Been feeding the Advanced Nutrients line(Sensi Grow A&B, B52, Nirvana, Bud Candy, and Fish Shit) at half strength. She loves it! She's been topped for a second time and the now 4 main colas are growing fantastically!

She has recovered from the under feeding and sprung back with vigour. The scent on her main stem has returned with lime green foil also the peak of her canopy has split open creating an umbrella shape. Her stem is about 5cm wide and she stands approximately 35cm. She is receiving 500 ml of water each week!

11.29- the 4x4 went up yesterday with a brew new LED. all plants are happy since overnight, watered this morning. Older GDP id's showing me purple hues on sugar leaves, along with cannibalizing its lower fan leaves. The diary GDP is doing great as well, we are in the 5th week of flower, could not be happier. May brew a P K tea for the 5gal just to get it to end of flower, but no more dry nutes to either plant. The main diary plant is packing on weight, continuing to move leaves off of bud sites and tucking them under. All in all things are good, temp is very dropped in the tent (68f-74f) and RH is steady 35%-45%. More pictures to come as I will be going to the garage often to monitor environment. Thanks for reading all, it means a lot! Happy growing! 12.2-5gal is doing amazing. Deficiencies showing and buds/sugar leaves changing color to a purple hue. Quite cold in that tent at night, hovering around 61f. Minor defoliation performed 12.1 to remove some sickly leaves and provide light to lower canopy. Trichomes are appearing everywhere also. Time to stop thinking I'm doing something wrong and enjoy what this plant is providing. Next watering will help the plant get to the finish line for sure. *3gal not tracked on diary stats, but harvesting 12.7-12.9 on the full moon. Trichome check shows 50/50 clear to milky. Darkness will ensue 3-4 days before chop...i will also only be giving one more watering to the 3 gal of un PH'd water. Water for both again 12.3. Gave the 3 gal 1/2gal bottom watering but pot is still light. End is near, 3gal harvest officially on 12.8 in the AM. Gave the 5 gal some banana juice for P K, maybe this will help the obvious nutrient deficiencies this early yet in flower. Going to let this plant ride past the 8th week of flower to ensure its reached it's full potential. It's covered in trichomes though already and pulling from its leaves. A catastrophe happened, The 4 Eleven Roses died from what i expect, veing shadowed by the other bigger plants as i found the corpse of the plants very stretched, like they were searching light (i don't know how to mark this on this platform) . On the bright side there are 8 female examples, 4 g13 and 4 santa bilbo full of hell flowering. There is a bit of plague, but thats also a negligence i caused by reusing soil from the outdoors. Why i highlight this? because, as the plant are near mid flowering, the use of foliar sprays will not longer be a viable option and i must stick with the basics. Kind regards homies.!

#Day 123 #Week 6 flowering 💐 Oh my God, it's the 6th week of flowering The smell of children is crazy. This week I used advance hydroponics overdrive supplement at the rate of 2 mg/liter because it is really high quality. Thank you for your comment🙏🙏🌷🌷

And another adventure has come to an end! This one in particular had its share of challenges. From using EC levels that were too high to broken grow light. But we pulled through in the end. It’s an extraordinary strain, especially for old-school terpene lovers like me. I highly recommend it! Now we’re ready for the next one! Stay tuned!

Hi everyone 😊          This will be a very short final grow report.. It wasn't a very lucky cycle, especially because I paid very little attention because principally it was taken from other plants and also unfortunately as you can see I couldn't bring anything else that a video and no photos🙄..        All this has an answer.. In practice, a friend whom I had not seen for a long time and without thinking, arrived since I wanted to relax a bit during his stay..gave all this Girl Scout..                           I was able to test about a little more than a gram..   A little steamed, about 0.3, and the rest all in a joint, what you saw in the video🙂..                              Unfortunately everything happened very quickly on I was not able to take the final photos..        The smoke test fortunately I had done the night before..              So sorry but for this diary no photos😞🙌..                                                I will not go too far on the story of the cult because as said before it was done a bit randomly..  This strain however is potentially quite productive and vigorous..  Despite the various stresses and with very poor lighting it has managed to produce 14g of flowers with a very strong perfume..                                         The flavor is quite earthy , with sweet-woods notes but with the fairly relevant presence of the ruderalis gene that gives it a slightly "strong" bitter taste..  At least that's the way it is for me..                                                    I'm used to regular or feminized strains, maybe that's why I feel it very much🤔..    In the end of the day.. It's still a good strain..              The seeds may be a little expensive, but for those who do not pretend too much, it can be more than good..                      In total from seed to harwest, the time spent was about 85 days..    Always at 18/6 light on/off..                                     The smoke test was carried out with organic raw papers and filter, only grass as I think it should normally be😎😉👌..       My friend smoking it with tobacco did not feel that strong taste, like smoking without being mixed.. Reason why I always say who tobacco or blunt falsify the flavor too significantly, going to mask both negative and positive notes, altering the final experience🙌..                                           Everyone rightly consumes as best I think🤗..                                    But I personally believe that the cannabis, to savor it in the its fullness and to enjoy 100% of its beneficial effects, it is convenient to consume it alone as it appears..   Pure🌱..  The ideal is with a vaporizer🚭.. Using the latter (between 180 ° and 195 °, mighty) it is still quite present a "rough" aftertaste that in mix with the already earthy flavor already present, does not leave me a good taste on the palate..                                               As an effect, however, is a line with a classic indica, quite relaxing and not invasive on a mental level.. Effect not too prolonged but present..                                               Nothing too strong anyway.. Overall it is a good strain, but considering the time taken to get to the end of the cycle by comparing it with a random photoperiod indica in relation to the hours of light for yield and general quality, I am even more inclined to choose plants feminized or regular..                           I still find the autoflowering interesting and certainly from what I see in the other diaries, Fast bud works well👍..                                             Maybe I will try another cultivar with their strains, managing the situation better..   See you on other diaries, already now😉..   Thanks for the support🙏.. I know she yielded less than optimally, but at least she made up for it with a really unique effect. Got like 40 more seeds of this so I'm likely going to do some pheno-hunting come spring with how well she performed. Love the taste and the look of the plant. Really wish I had knowledge of the breeder so I could recommend it. But that's the risk you take with bag seed. Not giving her 10/10 because she stunted for quite a while when I got her started in soil. So she may not respond well with higher stress root-conditions.

This C4 auto was very fast to flower, and stretched up to produce some very pretty, berry smelling/tasting nugs! The buds didn't flower very dense, they formed as fox-tail shapes. Yield is on the low-end of acceptable, but good considering the bud structure! I'm growing another next run, to compare phenotypes!
