This week I added a scrog net and started guiding some of the branches through it. A few branches were already long enough to be bent and positioned under the net, while others still need a bit more growth before reaching it. From now on, the goal is to let the plant grow freely and focus on filling the net evenly before flipping to flower 🌿💪

The flush is almost over and these are almost done. Few more days and they’ll be gettin chopped. Paying close attention the trichome head colors and ratios. Everything looks and smells fantastic. Fastbuds most definitely is a leader in the auto genetic world. More than pleased every time.

so far fully satisfied. the plant has officially entered flowering and the first buds are starting to appear. the plant begins to take on the purple aspect that corresponds to it. I notice signs of some parasites on the leaves, up to now I have only found about 4 small spiders clearly visible to the naked eye, and perhaps some other specimens of whiteflies. I accept advice on how to prevent an infestation in the best way.

Nov 29: They seem to be accelerating in veg growth but I see a small portion of the leaf on the smaller plant either grew in mutated or somthing cut it, I haven’t seen a single bug in the box so I don’t think it’s that but you never know, and the bigger plant has some issues near the base of its stem, I noticed it before I did the LST and now I’m wondering if I should have addressed that issue before starting the LST. Let me know what you guys think! Dec 2: Walked into the room and noticed a faint smell, wasn’t any smell last night when I started the LST on the slower girl. Further inspection showed some white pistols on the bigger girl, I believe she is the culprit for the smell as the other seems about a week behind. They are both now LST‘d and leaf tucked. Dec 6: I have tied down some of the longer chutes on the bigger plant (will see in week 5 update) to create more airflow and light penetration as I didn’t even realize how bushy the stem and node sections had gotten. I have also cut the chutes coming off the first true leaf. I don’t think I will make any cuts to the smaller one as it’s already a slower growing pheno. Going on a trip starting the end of week secede to late week 8, so I have a automatic feeder coming from Amazon, and I will continue using it through flower to reduce open tent time.

This week was good..the ladies are in better health overall. Did some defoliating throughout the week and also did a flush 3 days ago with florakleen.gave em a light feeding today.Just finished setting the timer. First week of flower and she is doing great. I upgraded my tent and lights for this grow on Wednesday. I received my Gorilla Grow Tent and Spider Farmer SF-4000 and set it up for my plants. She seems to be loving the new light and space. She grew around 10 inches over the last week and is almost done stretching. She is bushy but i plan to defoliate a bit this coming weeks. She is a thirsty lady too, I am feeding her everyday at this time. I am happy with how she looks and is growing. excited to see how much bud she can get off her. The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had rain and thunderstorms through the previous night and into the morning. We had sunshine for most of the afternoon. About 4 p.m we had severe thunderstorms and rain until about 6 p.m. There was very little hail and nothing was damaged. I went ahead and took the first node off to divert all the energy to the upper branches. Day 2 we had relief from the rain. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's and lots of sunshine. We have a few days of sunshine in the forecast 🙏. Day 3 we had lots of sunshine and clear skies. Highs in the upper 70's and 49% humidity. We needed the dryness. 🙏. Day 4 we had clear skies and sunshine. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's. Day 5 we had partly cloudy skies and temps in the middle 70's. I added some potassium and they seem to be responding well. Day 6 we had temperatures in the low 70's. Sky's were cloudy and we had showers in the evening. Day 7 we had rain the previous night and intermittently throughout the day. Temperatures were in the low 70's with cloudy skies. This week was a success. One plant doubled in height and the other two nearly did. The topping produced two beautiful new branches with lots of side branches. These girls are getting bushy, developing a little smell, and will make some fine buds.

I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

pistils on this one start to turn Amber here and there in the buds are incredibly dense and Indica like fantastic very strong smell easy to grow no problem . Thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

Day 49 Everything stayed same. They really starting to sink.

This girl is really tall and sexy I must say. I expect her to show pre flowers within the next few days.

Selected 2 very beautiful males and harvested the leaves from the other males to make bhang chai. This is their natural form. No pinching, no training.

We did really well this round with this strain even though she grew very different from what Im used too. We ended up with a half pound of some excellent smelling and tasting cannabis!
