This week has been descent, plants recovered just fine from the LST issues from before. Its like they never were really phased by it. and that's impressive for the strain it really can take abuse and grows well. I was away for a extended weekend and tossed in 1Gal of ph'd water to the plants and hopped for the best, So far so good. Will need to water them again tomorrow. Had a bit of burning on some leaves from the soil/transplant so its good to know the stuff is feeding em well. I really think the fulvic acids are helping them take in the nutrients as I'm using less of it compared to other grows with Gaia Green. I topped all the plants this week and this should set them back a bit in vertical growth. I think they will be ready for flip in a week or two, they should have established themselves in the new pots with all their roots by now. Maybe give them a bit more and then pinch them all into the SCROG net, Might need a 2nd net to support the colas if they grow really tall. Aim for week 10 flip as of now. Clones are also doing well, one of them dried out a bit more and can see the growth was stunted. I also gave away the 4th plant that was a runt, they will be keeping it in a window still till its time to transplant them outside in the spring and let it grow into a monster plant outdoors hopefully if it does not get stolen. Hard to tell what will happen to it. Lota dumbasses in their neighbourhood. Performed the "back building" technique this week to help bulk up the top cola. Watering the soil when dry, and defoliating the dry-dying fan leaves.

Die Pflanze entwickelt sich prächtig und wird immer durstiger, bald kann ich sie toppen und umtopfen 😘 An Tag 22 habe ich die Pflanze bei 5 Nodien getoppt. Umgetopft am 26. Tag. 15L Am nächsten Tag ist Kleine um ein vielfaches gewachsen. 5 cm !!!😲 So das ich auch gleich auf das volle Spektrum meiner Beleuchtung wechselte 😃

This is the last week. These girls getting chopped they are all sooo fat so dense sk heavy it's insane. Going to be a large harvest I bet! Has a way loud gas sweet smell and are just so sticky they almost stick to ur fingers!!! These girls have been fading Out all nice on their own just let the soil do its thing. Will chop these girls and give them a quick trim all the big leafs and let it sit and hang for 14 days in the cold. Got around 15% amber so it's time woop woop.

I cut another part of the girls, and the total is even greater than the first part! We wait another week for the final sums, but right now the flavor is unique.

Allright guys & gals, In my Quest to mastering the art of growing my own bud I've reached the classic, overfeeding point but i've decided to just dile it down a gear and keep at it...I'm amazed with the Northern Lights blooming, it looks way readier then the Diesel Haze, eventhough it was planted 2 full weeks after. the budsare smaller still, but fostier and just looking riper....I have noticed the bigger leaves getting some nasty nuteburn (or at least I guess thats what it is) . I will definately go super easy on the nutes next grow. ....Trust the process.... Update... The NL is suffering quite a bit... Update... Giving just water the next times to see if they recover... Pistils becoming brown now and smell slowly getting stronger...

4 Woche nach Aussaat : LST ist gut verlaufen und die Kleinen wachsen prächtig 😊. Sind jetzt am ersten Tag der 4 Woche zwischen 20 und 22 cm groß ! 29.03. : Heute wurden ein Paar kaputte Blätter abgeschnitten ! 01.04.21 Tag 27 : Viele neue Seitentriebe gewachsen ...Blüte ist am kommen !

Happy New Year!!! Over the past week I cut down 2 of the 3 Blackberry’s, they are hanging and drying now. The 3rd is definitely looking better than the first 2. I think the first 2 will probably be turned into edibles, rather than smoked. The 3rd is looking much better overall and especially in terms of bud development, she will probably be smoked. The lights went off before I was done taking pics, so some pics will look a little different. The pics with the lights on I had to color correct, they still look a little more on the yellow side than in reality, but much closer to reality than the pre-color corrected versions. Once the lights went off I turned the flash on for my camera, those pics did not need any color correction. You can see the differences in the pics of all plants, the first 2 are color corrected with the lights on, the last 2 are taken with a flash and no color correction. I read several books on cannabis over the past few days, some good, some not so much. One that I liked was “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear. This book is available on Amzon’s Kindle Unlimited service, which costs $9.99/month, but they offer a free 30 day trial (which is what I’m using at the moment). Reed’s book is broken down into 3 sections, the first and third go fairly deep into the science behind growing, he does a pretty good job at breaking it down in easy to understand terms, but I had to read several sections 2 or 3 times to really get it (or just move on with as much understanding as I could digest). The second section is the nuts and bolts of growing. Most was a review but there were several topics he touched on I hadn’t thought of in a while. And again its well written. He also offers the section only in a separate book called “Small Spaces, Big Yields”. If you are not interested in going deeper into the science behind growing, “Small Spaces, Big Yields” is what I would recommend (if interested in reading books on cannabis). I took some notes while reading and I’m going to add some of these notes in my dairy updates over the next few weeks. This week I’m going to include a note on electrical, this should be a fairly basic concept, but it is super important IMO… “Electrical Items In a sealed grow room or in a tent, you will have water pooling on the floor from time to time. There is no avoiding this. Mop it up when you see it, and never put your electrical gear directly on the floor. Never. Not even for a moment. In fact, let me stress this point in bold capital letters. ALL ELECTRICAL GEAR MUST BE MOUNTED SECURELY ON A WALL OR TENT POLE.” -Read Spear I’ll add more did bits like this in my diaries over the upcoming weeks. If anyone has any good book recommendations please let me know in the comments. I’m looking for books that might not be as popular as the ones by Jorge Cervantes or Ed Rosenthal (I’ve read those). I did just order “True Living Organics” by The Rev which I’m looking forward to reading. But I’m looking for more. I really want to step it up and learn as much as possible. Week 2 of Bloom

This week the Gnome’s have been working on Defoliating and Topping of both of the plants. This is going to start the development process that will take them into adulthood. This will help the air to move through the plants more efficiently and start the “Martini Glass” shape that we all love, instead of the single cola look. Next week we will be “lollipoping” the plants to help air flow and to transfer energy to the canapé. The biggest thing to happen at the garden is that we are “Triggering Flowering” this week and watering has started to double in frequency.

Ztrawberriez auto has grown great in just perlite. Super frosty colas on her. She is showing lots of cloudy, and clear trichromes at the moment. I am switching her to just ph water as she ripens. Next update will be her harvest. She was smelling really good prior to the head cold I caught. Looks like she turned out great.
