This week I began to remove fan leaves. Looking back I wouldn't do it at this stage again. The plants did well for being so young and growth wasn't stunted but esthetically next time I'd like to have more leaves at this stage.

I did a few things differently than I usually do since I’ve been having problems with germination lately. I’ve grown strawpicanna before, so I know it’s not exactly an easy cultivar. Still, I experimented, and sometimes experiments fail. I’m not crying over it though - things happen in the garden you just gotta grow with the flow. 😝😝 I still have some things in the works. Just got a 10 pack of Blueberry Rose from Lovin In Her Eyes so I’ll be back with a fresher and hopefully far better diary in a few days.

The journey has come to a different stage. She got moved to the dark garage for 48 hours of darkness after 3 days of heavy water. I pulled her a week earlier than I wanted. Too many concerns, got lots of rain and she's got dense chunky nugs, spent half of her life outside. No pest issues, not mold, I think I got lucky. Trichomes were all cloudy, 5% amber, still so many white hairs. Smelt like gassy, burnt rubber while trimming. Hopefully the smoke was worth the fire. On day 5 drying, looking good so far.

Beautiful lady! Idk what day she went to. She finished up right as we came home from vacation so I just had to handle her the best I could before her ripening too far. I’m so happy with her she smells Devine! So sweet like candy and straight gas! So sticky took forever to trim for trim jail. I’m so so happy with her!!!!

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. Another great week for the ladies, as they are now about 3 weeks into flower, and the stretch has just finished. I am still feeding them silica, cal mag, and flower nutrients maxi bloom by GHE. I did start to add a PK booster this week pushing the EC up to 1.4. I also will be switched the light from V1 to the F1 Spectrum at the beginning of this week, and will be integrating the UV/IR bar into the light cycle later this week. I will run the UV/IR bar for approximately 30 minutes prior to lights off to get started. The tallest plants are the Sundae Driver and the Durban Nights at 42" and the Red Hot Cookies is the shortest plant at 38" however they all look happy and healthy and capable of easily giving up a half pound each. The 5X5 is really starting to fill up nicely, I am running two dehumidifiers outside of the tent and I am able to maintain around 50% RH in the tent during lights on, and around 55% RH with lights off. We did get an unexpected heat wave this weekend and it has been a struggle keeping the heat and humidity down but the flowers are just starting so no need to worry about mold or anything like that yet. As soon as this heat wave is over the temps should be good to go the rest of the way this is by far the best time of year to be flowering plants in my region. I did defoliate twice this week and I may do one or two more rounds before just letting them do their thing. Not much to do from here on out except make sure the reservoir is full and the PH is in the proper range. Ok so this is the 2x2 with my fixtures in them the blurples add more par ( I believe) more heat so thought I’d give it a go flowering it seems to be working great so far the Taomatic has started to bloom and stretch since the flip to 12/12 I had two Taomatics but got frustrated with one pheno as it was growing weird and suffered from everything possible so she/he is gone now just the one left so let’s hope she does well 😄anyway not to ramble on the lights combined wattage is as follows:- DIY light=52 watts /Blurple panel light=75 watts / Blurple bulbs= 30 Watts combined there’s 6 bulbs (5w) so total wattage draw from wall is 157 watts which is the same as my mars hydro ts1000 however it cost a hell of a lot less not saying it’s better but you can grow bud on the cheap trust me I started with scrap crap but it works lol happy growing people peace and love ✌️🏾 Oh yeah not sure if this Taomatic is male or female yet but It looks like she might be female any opinions????

The Jack47XL Auto was germinated in a Peat Pellet which took seven days for her to break ground. Within two days there were roots popping out of the bottom of the Peat Pellet. After she sprouted it was ON! By week two she had three set of leaves and she went into a 5g fabric pot to live out the remainder of her life. She started out short with tight node spacing and I was thinking she would be a fairly squat plant. But once she started to flower at around Day 30 +/- she absolutely took off on the stretch from hell! As she stretched her node spacing widened allowing plenty of light penetration through her canopy and her foliage never got super bushy requiring removing leaves. All in all she was a growers dream! I let her run for 10 full weeks and after her last Top Dressing at Week Seven she received only straight water that was ph'd to 6.7-6.8. After checking her trichomes daily during Week Ten and determining that she was where I wanted her, I placed her in the dark for 60 hours @ 64℉ and a RH of 45%. When I removed her from the dark I cur her off at her base and hung her whole in my Drying Room where she spent nine days drying @ 64-66℉ with the RH running at 50% for the first 24 hours, then raised to 60% for the remainder of the drying time. Being predominately sativa in her lineage, she grew fairly tall and maxed at 32". In addition to her height her really wide node spacing, which made defoliation or leaf tucking completely unnecessary, was so nice to deal with (or actually to NOT have to deal with!) and because of her structure and the way she grew, I decided not to do any LST other than gently bending a couple of her branches during Week Four when she was still short and bushy. After she was dried I trimmed her up and placed the flowers in two large Mason jars to cure. The flower is currently at 68% RH and I'm 'burping' the jars three times a day until it drops to around 62%. I did do a 'Test Press' with 7g of the flower and saw almost a 28% return of super light colored, almost clear, rosin that is some of the best I've pressed lately! 🔥 When you crack the jars your hit in the face with the sweetest aroma you've ever had the pleasure to smell...smell nothing like cannabis, more like a jar full of sugary sweet candy! 😍 Needless to say, I'm hooked on Sweet Seeds and head over heels for their Jack47XL autoflower and can't wait to run her again soon! Generative steering Day 30 sprayed with Jas Day 31 noticed spider mites

- Wk 7 of Flowering - Added some Liquid KoolBloom to the mix this wk - Not sure if this is a bad thing to introduce suddenly but I got my hands on some and though 'what the hell' - buds are getting much fatter, not sure if this is a direct result though - started feeding at lower PH to absorb more manganese but then what looks like a manganese deficiency started popping up in my BD plant, will monitor run off PH and EC - plants still small amazing and are starting to show some heat stress signs because I lowered the humidity in the tent gradually by 2% every day until I got down to 43% - some of the leaves are starting to curl so I'm guessing it's stressing the plants slightly - I've read it's good to lower humidity for the last few wks of flower for good taste/smell, so we'll see - trichomes are more abundant but I was expecting more tbh, we'll see what happens in the next few wks!

21 st day of 12/12. Defoliation. Try smaller containers or longer veg. Plants should be able to drink at least its pots water holding capacity once a day. Will try 5 liters of medium. Somę of them drinking more than 2 liters a day. Much better to overage and remove branches than not enough root mass.

So I harvested on day 70, Pretty excited, I started with 12 seeds, 1 never popped, 2 got messed up in shell, but I hoped they would make it, they did, but they are embarrassing, I one the root system barley existed the other got so bushy and I didn't stay on top of it so it was all frost, no actual buds, pfff. THE OTHER GIRLS more than made up for it, I changed the light cycle to 10 on, 14 off for the last 4 days of light, and then the last 2 days no lights at all. Super happy so far, oh, I did not water at all the last 4 days, I thought that may help my rh during the dry, starting the dry a little on the plant, nope, my rh is high. still happy

The plant on the left has definitely developed quicker than the other. Not quite sure why the right plant is curving all sorts of ways. Currently dealing with fungus gnats which could be the reason but I'm glad one plant is showing strong signs. Trying to avoid harsh chemicals that may deplete microbial life so I'm hoping the plants can withstand gnats. I'm also sparsely watering to avoid further life cycles for them. Enjoying watching them grow. So far so good I hope.

Things are rolling right along for the frost bangers.Showing some nice bud development and some stretch as I have the light intensity at 50 percent power.I feel like they are loving it so I’ll keep the intensity the same for now.
