Harvested. This is the way I'm doing most harvests now.. As you can't rate a pheno on just its apparence I feel. So from now on, smoke review will be all done and rated on the same to make it fair. As after an hour of harvest you can't change the ratings, and how can you tell how strong a strain is until you try it. 112days total under the light. I Added up the cost of this light running. Worked out at 177euro, now the 1st 50days was only ran under a 100w. I've already gotten 150g from 2 plants, and expecting another 250ish so 177euro +/- 5euro for 400ish grams of some of the best bud I've got so far, is more than a deal for me. As in my country it's 150euro for 14grams of good weed, so 400g, well, not so hard to do the math. Even if I got just 150 I'd just be as happy with that. I'm 4 days in. Keeping RH between 58-61%, have the dehumidifier set in the dry room. Temperature ranges from 20-22c. Mostly stays at 21c. Was able to take a HST'ed cola, removing it was no stress as the stress was already done when it HST'ed itself. It's 18g after 4 days of drying. The bud is so so dense, definitely hitting A grade appreance, let's see if we get A grade taste/stone results. This was 1 of the mid range colas, there is much bigger but I won't be removing them, but if this is anything to go by, I should get 100ish grams when its dry of some of the biggest buds I've seen in a while. The smell has got more pungent, but it 100% needs a cure. No hay/grassey smell as of yet, (this comes from been dried wrong, either 2 fast with 2 humid conditions, too hot, or your environment is jumping all over the place. I've been able to get rid of most of it as it goes after a week or 2 from the cure but there's 2 plants that still have a some what hay smell. But it's going. Was given her last heavy watering last week and then was given 1L of Terra Powers finisher and I let the soil get dry under the light, and when I felt it was dry but not hitting the stress factor in the substrate I put into dark rest, (soil will stop drying out, as photosynthesis has stopped), dark rested 48hrs, uprooted, and hung whole. Day 95 🚿 She was watered with 3L of just plain RO tap water, pH'd to 6.3, twice this week and has been left to dry back for the last five days 👍🏻 ✂️ To prepare her for harvest, she had the majority of her fan leaves and larger sugar leaves removed at the start of the week, this also allowed for more light to reach areas of the bud that had been shaded. For harvest, I performed a wet trim, to ensure she had as little foliage as possible on her, removing as many leaves and stems from her as possible, to prevent any moisture buildup during her dry 🙏🏻 🌸 Her bud is fully mature now, most of her pistils have turned amber with just new growth exhibiting white pistils. All of her trichomes have either turned milky or amber, with about 15% being amber 👌🏻. Her smell has also changed a bit and is now heavy on the citrus/grapefruit with undertones of floral/earthiness - very pleasant 🌸 ♈ She will now be dried in a dark cool room (at ~20 degrees celsius with ~60% humidity) for about 8 days before she is move into glass jar for her cure, which will last for at least a month before she is used 🤞🏻

things are still on the go..Looking at the tricomes the are still clear with hints of cloudy.. Coming along pretty well. Im just watering with plain water now and just enough for a light runoff. Ec is low already and I don't think I can get it to anything less. Just doing routine maintenence this week. There has been no change in the colour of the leaves and this is the 11th day of. plain water.. Its all a waiting game.. I also changed the light schedule to a 11-13...... its supposed to help in trichome ripening... I hope. 😀 The vanilla Kush looks ready but I'm not sure. If anyone has an opinion on how much longer please share

today with more experience. I see that I made some mistakes, about nutrients and some techniques, but as I repeat this was my second crop. it did not yield as much income as it should, but it was worth it, cultivating and learning.

Week 2 7/26- All the girl's are doing great. I had to use some horticulture wire to prop up a couple of the girls that got a little 'top heavy'. Giving 12oz water ph'd to 6.3-6.5 as needed 2 hours after 'lights on' around each plant, and every other day in the saucers (1/4g/ea) to allow the medium to wick it up and stay moist. Temp's running 72-81deg with an average RH of 55-60%. I'd like to have the RH a bit higher but the girl's seem to be doing fine at the present. 😎Ordered another HLG 650R with the supplemental UV Bar to replace the two SunSystems 315 CMH's....should be a game changer! 💪 Also have an AC Infinity 6" exhaust system w/controller on the way to replace the Hurricane 400cfm fan I'm currently running along with another TerraBloom 6'x24" carbon filter as my current filter is losing efficiency. 7/27- Watered today ph'd to 6.4 with 2 tbsp/gallon unsulfured molasses added. I split 2 1/2g between the eight girls by pouring 12oz around each plant and then dividing the rest in their saucers to be wicked up. Temp's, RH and CO2 all on point! 7/28- Light watering today with straight non-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5. Growth is looking great across the board. Even the late starters, Seedsman Zkittles #1 & #2, are coming along nicely! All the ladies are averaging in height between 2 1/2' - 3 1/2" and should be getting ready to explode as their root systems become more established and are able to start taking in more nutrients. Fans are running 24/7 to strengthen the stalks....they're gonna need it to support the buds these ladies will be sporting in a couple months! 7-29- Watered all through the bottom today with straight .5g non-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.3. Temp's, RH, CO2 and VPD all on point. Unhooked carbon filter from hose as it's losing efficiency restricting exhaust air flow. Girl's all growing STRONG especially the #1 Seedsman Gelato OG in Fox Farm/Nature's Living Soil mix and the FastBuds Purple Lemonade #2 also in the Fox Farms/Nature's Living Soil mix with the Seedsman Gelato OG #2 in SOHUM soil is getting close. I appears the two girl's in SOHUM soil are not quite as tall as the others but are leafing out well and are stocky with close node spacing.....hmmm? 7/30- Lift checked all the pots and gave 2 1/2g straight non-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.4 with 2 tbsp of unsulfured molasses added. I split the 2 1/2g evenly between all eight giving 20oz through the top and the remainder in the pans to be wicked up. I turned up the HLG 650R to 400w at the wall and kept the height the same. My AC Infinity Cloudline T6 exhaust and new Terrabloom 6x24" carbon filter came today, as did the UV bar from HLG for the HLG 650R that'll be here on the 3rd.....CAN'T WAIT!!! All the girl's are really doing well and starting to begin 'gettin it on'! All are healthy and running between 3-4" tall. Side note: While installing the new exhaust fan setup on of my pooches sneaked in the room and munched off a half of a shade leaf on the #1 Purple Lemonade....she's definitely got good taste!😆 In the process of installing the AC Infinity fan I relocated it and the filter to the left side of the tent and re-routed the cold air intake hoses so that both enter the tent at the bottom and are positioned at either side of the tent. I setup the AC Infinity which is a breeze, set all my high/low limits and alarms and let here run! Temperatures now are running 72-81 deg. and RH is remaining stable @ 55%, CO2@800ppm. All in all a good day!😎👍 7/31- Water looks good on all the girls. I'll just top water lightly today with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5. The AC Infinity is really a 'game changer' as temp's are now staying in a stable range without having to adjust the settings on my Ideal Air 14k BTU AC unit...niceee! All my ladies are finishing up their second week like champs and I'm looking forward to the next few weeks as when their root systems reach the 'super-soil' they are going to hopefully have some explosive growth. I'll also be evaluating all of them in the coming week to determine candidates for topping and LST to begin. 8/1- The second HLG 650R came today! I tidied up the tent before installing the 650R: moved EXHALE CO2 bags-one on each side, vacuumed, took care of any loose hanger cords and re-positioned the three thermometers/hygrometers. I installed the second HLG 650R w/UV bar in the tent and set both lights to 400w @ the wall and have both boards centered, level and hung @ 36" from the soil. These lights are AWESOME! I checked temp's on the boards & drivers after they were running for 4 hours: 98deg on the drivers and 94deg on the board...pretty freakin sweeet! Gave the girl's a day off from water as they all looked GTG and are all getting ready to really turn on! I plan on hitting them early tomorrow morning with a good watering. Temp's-RH-VPD all on point for this week. I've been continuing to run the humidifier set @ 60% RH and I'm going so far as to ph the water going into it to see if it makes a difference as my well water runs 7.8ph @225ppm dissolved solids and I hypothesized that as the plants were absorbing the moisture from the air it might be beneficial to have that moisture at the correct ph.....we'll see I guess!

Final Report: Grow: The plants has grown very beautiful and healty without pests and diseases. They grown bushy and with medium height during the vegetative stage. I had try to use LST in third veg week but i did't made correctly and after that i dicided to return to grown normally without any particolar tecnique. I used a littel more fertilizer then mine usual and that made the plants grown fast without any problem. In the first two weeks of flowering stage the plants started grow taller and the number of the branches increase, in this phase i only defoliated when the fan leaves turn yellow in late stage. Form the start to the end the flowers grown dense and bigger every day and this time i waited until almost all of them were mature before harvest the plants. I changed the plants from one grow room to another(in the sixth week) when they became too high and they couldn't stay more in the smaller grow box(nothing changed in the enviroment between the two boxes). Equipment and grow box: The enviorment of grow box has been optimized every stage with the right temperature, umidity and air flow. Vegetative temp/umidity --> 23-29 °C/45-55% Flowering temp/umidity --> 20-26 °C/40-50% The air flow was created by two pc fans and one big fan. Harvest: This time i harvest a big numeber of beautifull dense buds and i just discarde only few fluffy buds in the lower branches. The result of this grow is amezing compared to my old expiriences. I harvested the flower and i made a fast curing process after i washed the crop and i let them to dry with a fan on it. After five days a take the branches which were to dry and i did the final trimmig before put all the harvest in a open jar for finishing to dry. I collected all the leaves, fluffy buds and trimming scraps in a bag and i let them dry. Later i put the bag in the freezer and when i collect and dried all the scraps from OG Kush and Dandoverde Haze i did some Ice-O-Lator hash. I used 250g of trimming stuff and i made 11.50 g of hash, I had use a set of 5 bag and i take the resin from the 160µ - 120µ - 73µ- 25µ bags. I pressed all the resin in a great block of tasty strong hash. Always better every time 😊💪 Total harvest ---> 90g only of dense buds and 11.50g of hash.

In the 70s in Santa Cruz, Haze was a favorite among surfers for the pure energy and I still have (greatly improved) stock of it around, simply because even when I made hybrids with it I always kept the original in pure form for obvious reasons. Q. What is the psychoactive effect like? A. Like the flavors, many people have commented that the "buzz" is somewhat different than other mainstream types out there. It's not entirely out of the scope of imagination that given that this strain has new alleles in so many other respects, that it could also contain new, unique cannabinoids, as well as new and unique terpenoids, some of which may not even be among the standard 16 or so that the average lab is testing for. Aside from the up, cerebral, energetic boost, some report a mild time/space warp effect. Creativity and idea induction should be mentioned, for sure. Recently, I noticed online that a posting, "Freakshow only exists because of duckfoot" by Curious Cannabis Connoisseur, where he explains how I developed Freakshow using Duckfoot. Let me explain, about 20 yrs. ago a friend gave me a jar of seeds labeled "BC Bigbud" and I sprouted flats of hundreds to look for oddities and had found one web-leaf pheno which we named Webster. It was a female so I bred it to a normal leaf male and began selecting and stabilizing a line of Webster. About 5 or 6 generations later I had nailed it to 100% webs and had also stabilized it for a deep purple color and a nice "gingerbread" terp profile. I was busy working other lines at that point so I put Webster in the library. Also, I was having a hell of a time getting a pheno of it that flowered to my satisfaction. (it seemed to finish with a limited number of calyxes). I knew I would have to outcross it to something with a big tasty bud and restabilize it for web-leaf, and I no longer had the original BC Bigbud. I still have the Webster seeds, and trust me the thought has crossed my mind to make the cross with Freakshow, but why? Why mess around crossing things just to create something even weirder? I have heard that the "Duckfoot" also doesn't bud up well so maybe there's a correlation there. Anyway, people can do what they want to and I will too, but crossing Freakshow with some low-THC crap like ABC is in my opinion idiotic. I worked extremely hard stabilizing and perfecting a beautiful new subspecies and I believe it should be kept pure. I won't go on a rant here about the rampant crossing and the lack of line-breeding in the cannabis world in the last several decades, or where this will eventually lead us, but I will say that it's not in a good direction. Bottom line....Freakshow has no web-leaf genes, it was made using top-grade tropical narrow-leaf drug (NLD) cultivars. Q.Why is Freakshow patented? A. Although I and most others (including all the folks at HSC) believe in and subscribe to the concept of "open sourcing" because sharing in cannabis genetics was always the cultural norm, it was decided that Freakshow should be protected (1) because it is a novel and unique, not a preexisting strain (or even subspecies), (2) To keep the greedy corporate big boys from exploiting it, (3) To maintain control of the genetic refinement of it in all future generations. The girls are fully in flower this week which of course is a GREAT sight to see when opening the tent. The smell in the tent is so sweet and fruity it's already making your mouth water!! So this week I feed the girls with a little of the living soil veg so they are still getting a helping hand. They were also given the living soil bloom and some barley which I will admit is the first time using it but so far me plus the girls are very much enjoying!! I have done the necessary light de-foliating on all 4 girls over the past 2 weeks and more LST. Happy toking guys and girls!! Week 5 of flower now and thy are starting to pack on some size and weight the smell is nice as well cant pin point what it smells like tho hahhaa. Still haveing a bit of problem with heat and also a bit of nut burn but apart from that they are growing good @growerchoice @SHOGUN COCO A 4ml/L 160ml @SHOGUN COCO B 4ml/L. 160ml @SHOGUN ACTIVE BOOST 2ml/L. 40ml @SHOGUN CAL MAG 1ml/L 20ml @SHOGUN ZENZYM 2.5ml/L. 100ml

Just jarred up for the cure, and these flowers are already top 10 favorite all time. It's just full of chemical funk, and makes me high like I was back in HS. Holy shit. I can't say enough good things about the terp profile on this stuff. I can barely describe it in the state it's put my mind at the moment, wow. I wish I had treated her well during the grow, but I'm still learning. I will 100% be growing these genetics again. Given how good it is with my newbie skills, I can hardly imagine what it'll be like when I know what I'm doing. I grew two ladies in one 13 gallon RDWC bucket. Even sharing root space, they outgrew my tent and I spent all of her flower trying to save the run. Not much more I can write at the moment other than 10/10 wow.

Bud sites are producing black/purple spot in leaves. Bud growth is producing as the days go by. Really excited with this being my first grow Nitrogen boost really helped with the deficiencies. Plants are starting to look really heathy... Prunes lower colas that weren't stretching past the canopy and receiving energy so more energy can be used towards the top buds

Ending week 7 and the bringing week 8 , all I can say is never read the box or believe that your plants are going to be done in 60 days lol now I could pull one of the bbm x nf90 s1 but imma wait another week see if I can’t purple her all the way through , bad for the other one is wider than the other phone with bigger better bad appeal for my stand point. I also took some lower flower to redirect so of that energy to the main tops I did this to everybody. I love these testers they came out phenomenal and they impressed me on just the over all beating they they took in veg lol. But yeah I should get hopefully close to 250 to 300 grams .
