La purple haze était vraiment plaisante à cultiver. Une des deux a eu un problème dès le début de croissance, et malgré tout, j'ai réussi à l'envoyer en floraison. Cela montre bien que les variétés de zamnesia sont très bien pour les débutants, elles sont très résistantes. La haze était de taille moyenne. Une odeur très épicée et terreuse, un vrai plaisir au nez. On voit bien que c'est une sativa, elle provoque de grosses crises de fou rire, la première fois que j'ai tiré dessus j'ai tiré trois taf et j'ai rigolé pendant 30 minutes, complètement incroyable. Très cérébrale, pleins d'idées qui nous passent par la tête, elle rend très énergique et n'a pas d'effet de détente sur le corps. Ne pas fumer en soirée avant d'aller dormir, plutôt en après-midi, j'ai beaucoup de mal à dormir si je l'utilise en début de soirée. Attention tout de même, elle provoque pas mal de parano je trouve, typique d'une sativa. En tout cas excellente variété pour aller marcher et profiter d'une belle après-midi. J'ai optenu 45g et 30g en sachant que j'ai eu pas mal de problèmes.

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. Hello everyone, all good for this week 😎 They grow fast and with a beautiful green colour on the leaves! In this grow i will be testing out Plagron Nutrients and Spider Farmer SE7000 Strawberry Gorilla from Fast Buds 🍓🦍

Had a couple of the stems which were almost drooping on the ground due to the weight of the buds, so decided to harvest those two branches today. Also, this week I did a bit more research on when to harvest. I had been waiting for the trichomes to begin to turn amber, but after reading this article: https://www.growweedeasy.com/harvest, I decided to harvest when the trichomes were cloudy. Experts say that the amber trichomes give a more relaxing effect, but I was growing this plant for daytime use. Looked at it under my digital microscope and decided to pull the trigger on the whole plant. Plus, the neighbors were starting to notice the smell. Final height - 104" - 8 1/2 feet - 2.64 meters. Not good. Was concerned that someone would hop the fence and pilfer my plant. Harvested her at 35 weeks - 281 days. Grow diaries really needs to expand the weeks available for us outdoor growers. Started her indoors in Feb. Transplanted outside on April 7th.

Even though I decapitated 3 inch off the top of this plant by mistake it has still produced a good amount & the quality looks good as well. Will be back with a dry weight and smoke review ✌️ out Growmes 🙏👍

Day 64 - flowers are so nice! - 201 watts of light a. the buds are covered in frost, this week will begin the Ripen b. added 5L of fresh spring water, ppms 900ppm, she likes 800-1100 ppm c. PH in DWC has been yellow the entire grow with hints the slightest hints of green from time to time, 6.0-6.1. d. uploaded video of grow e. like Pineapple Express, this plant will harvest a bit earlier than most of mine. pistils are turning colors fast. f. trichomes are very milky, still some clear, no amber yet Day 65 a. replaced the 5L gone in the DWC with fresh spring water b. will gradually take PPMs down closer to the 700 range for the ripening phase, tamping down with spring water for a week c. DWC has plenty of nutrients in it. d. the buds are incredibly sticky. Day 66 a. doing very well, the smell is very inenst, my carbon filter is not powerful enough to filter the smell... good thing I like the smell b. 4L gone from the DWC overnight, added more spring water, ppms down to 840 to get ready for Ripen tomorrow at 800ppm, probably 10 days or so. c. the trichomes are very milky, but there are plenty of clears still present. The pistils are turning nice colors, and no new pistils are forming! Day 67 - Ripening Day 1 - only TA Final Part (GHE Ripen) 5ml/L a. Started TA Final Part (GHE Ripen) at PH 6.0, 800ppm, she is loving it, consumed 4L overnight of Ripen solution b. I will keep the Ripen between 700 and 900ppm for the next week or more. c. The trichomes are filling fast, no ambers yet.. The buds are noticeably swelling Day 68 - Ripening Day 2 a. she is consuming 5L a day of ripening solution b. the buds are becoming noticeably larger, thanks Ripen you always work well! c. adding spring water to the DWC to top up and keep ppms between 600-800. Day 69 - Ripening Day 3 a. 4.5L gone overnight from the DWC, will top up with Ripen solution to keep ppms 600-800 b. the resin is very sticky and smells amazing, rubbing a sugar leaf and the fingers stick together Day 70 - Ripening Day 4 a. 5L gone from the DWC, topped it up with 1/2 strength ripen, ppms 800 b. the smell has overtaken the internal carbon filter and is coming out into the grow room c. she will be finishing up next week

they are growing nicely, cant wait for the warmer weather to set in so I can plant these girls outdoors. Had a fungus gnat issue that i swatted down with some physical traps and Raid green Earth, see video for details. Also problems with 2 spotted spider mites so I deployed my troops, predatory spider mites. They should get rid of the problem for me.

Ladies are doing great, finally fixed the pH problem, so the lockout should be fixed. Great growth, amazingly icy buds, especially pheno #1 is looking incredible. Smells of sour cherry candy with some hints of that gelato too.

These girls are really starting to go nuts! We have come to the end of week 5 and they are already starting to pack on the bulk. I had a little issue with nute burn earlier in the week. I think it was because I was allowing them to dry out to much. I backed it down from 975 PPM to 700 PPM for 4 days and now I am back up to 800 again and they seem to be happy. I also think that my light is just a few inches to close. Its at about 16 right now and the leaves at the top are just not looking their best. It's a 340W light so backing it up a few inches shouldn't be to big of a deal. I moved it back to 20 inches from the canopy. Hoping this helps a little. The humidity here has been absolutely WILD! Tent fluctuates between 55% and 65% and I can't make it budge without the dehumidifier which raises the temp way to high. Outside the humidity hasn't dipped below 70% in over a week. Very strange, hoping that I can keep the room clean and keep enough air moving through the tent to avoid bud rot. FINGERS CROSSED

Soweit war diese Woche alles in Ordnung bis ich mitte der Woche entdeckt hab das die Orange Bud an zwei Stellen das schimmeln angefangen hat.. Hab alles grob weg geschnitte sie dann im endeffekt trotzdem paar Tage später geerntet weil die Trichome für meinen Geschmack schon ready waren. Hab die Luftfeuchtigkeit dann nochmal versucht weiter runter zu bekommen.

I finally came back from vacation, and I already visited it:) it doesn't look bad, a few higher branches look like the leaves are on fire, a lot of leaves were cut off yesterday so that the plant would devote more energy to the flowers:) I think the flowers will burst and expand within a week:)
