10/22: wow… what a mess. I should have defoliated last week. They were incredibly overgrown and now i had to stress the hell out of them to get the tent cleared up for light. Hopefully the stress does not cause any issues. As if the defoliation was bot enough stress on them, my light height has reached its top, and PL1 had two colas starting that were already pressed into the light. And so i removed their tops a node or two down. Im sure this was as good as hitting the plant in the face with a brick. Hope she recovers! If youve been following along, you know i planted these with hopes for the extremely purple pheno. And i believe that if i had it, she would have started showing her colors by now. Looking forward to seeing what these turn into and if they make it without any issues after i kicked them around a bit.

Week 5 Veg and things are cruising along. The lanky girl in the 2 gal pot is starting to look better structure wise than the other 5. Thinking about transferring her to a 7 gallon pot for clones! The Tri leaf mutation is really taking off, throwing tops for days with out training or topping. 3 of the ladies have been topped to make bushes and the other are growing natural with some defoliation.

She’s 10 weeks into flowering and some of her trichomes are starting to turn cloudy and no signs of amber yet. This means that she’s probably still got a few more to go and I’m still feeding her like normal. The stress from the previous automation fails may have resulted in her slowing down bud production, but her genetics led her to bounce back fast and with help from Bio Heaven, she was able to recover a lot faster with heat too. Now we let her fatten up and check trichomes soon :)

11/4 Week 6 Light training to get the buds in light and keep her dry. The deep purple looks like fairies stole in the night and are using the little brushes to color her leaves. He hairs stand tall! First strain I have seen with them this tall. The smell is sweet with a warmed fruit smell...for those that bake, closest I can come. Still have some questions as if this is a true Runtz. From her coloring and bud development and her leaf shaping she is a good match. Flowering started: Saturday I switched the nutrients in the reservoir to flowering specifications after installing the SCROG and giving a massive trimming. After the final lights out Saturday, 3pm which was an extended session, I switched the timers to come on again Sunday on a period of 8pm to 8am (12 hours). Starting off the 5th week of flower. Buds seem to be filling out well. Day32F - some minor trimming of larger leaves blocking bus sites. Watering 2L about every 3 days. Wish I could lift the pots. Add recharge about once a week. Final feeding will be Gaia green 284 bloom treating the plants as 2 or 2.5 gallon rather than 5 since pots are over sized. maybe add some high phos bat guano and a little worm casting and kelp.
