It’s so warm today! Of course I pulled all my plants out to spray with spinosad an feed/water. +++++++++++ I use a Hudson 2L sprayer. My partner used to work in the film industry and they found this brand of sprai gets the most thorough even coverage for makeup or whatever movie magic the use sprayers to create. It’s great. +++++++++++ I’m using some baking soda in water to combat some mild pmd, but it’s not bad. +++++++++++ These ICE BOMBS are troopers. They were definitely affected by the spider mites but hung in there three the various sprays which were hard on leaves even though I pulled them out and didn’t return them under the light until they dried. +++++++++++ Some fungal gnats come with the humidity so I topdressed with gnat nix. I don’t believe I overwater so I hope that’s the solution! I think I may wait another week or two and get things more stable before moving to flower.

Has been doing well the past week the growth is coming along nicely. Started nutrients and a fan schedule to strengthen stock has been set. Well come back in 1 week to check growth and monitor daily temp and hummidity is key.

Day: 9 I'm considering replacing a cpl of these with different seeds. They are already behind schedule-1 OG Kush and the Gorilla Girl. Any tips varigation on leaves? I just gave them there first feeding of Big Buds and Blooms (N5) after the 24 hour Superthrive wait period. Both Superthrive and NPPK were used at 1/4th the strength called for on the lable. Nighty Night girls. Going to bed wet is not ideal but they needed a full watering bad..hoping I didn't over water (purified water) Some of the soil just does not seem to get wet in these pots. weak leggy blackberry kush has some wind tonite. Hoping to boost stem strength. they are trying to fall over from the weight. Day 10: made little stakes from coated wire. Repositioned the Gorilla Girl for a third time. You can see that part of the stem looks white from being underground. Still gonna give it a little more time. Otherwise, all are seemingly fine after first feeding. Day 11: applied SuperThrive and my Gorilla Girl turned yellow for a few hours. Glad she is resilient!!! Day 12 thru 20. So my PH meter was wrong and I have been watering with 9+ water for the first 2 weeks. i had 2 ph meters in case this happened but one is for soil...new grower mistake. So...I've lost precious time on my aotos and my gorilla girl is ...lord help meh..she don't look too good. All are alive in spite of my noobness. I'll post some pics that should have a disclaimer stating this is not what your plants should look like at 20 days in. Also had to transplant into non-waxlined pots. This is not the best experience to show publicly but new growers can maybe learn from my mistakes.

16.4.25: I have retied the fabric ties again, as they're growing like crazy. Trying to open up the plant, to grow out as well as up. This will also create new colas. At this stage, I'm trying not to over fertilise like I did with the last grow. Focusing on Cal-Mag amino acids and Mega Crop Part A. The medium is my custom super soil, which is already fertilised with Ecothrive dry amendments. So I could just add water. However, as we've already run into deficiency, that would be careless. I find it easy to keep an eye on the plants and carefully inspect them daily to act quickly when issues arise. Learning how to determine the issue is what I'm still learning, which is the hard part 😅 It's all fun though, and I'm really enjoying this grow with all the toppings and FIMs. So far so good! 21.4.25: Hope everyone had a great 420! Northern lights is absolutely beautiful, great structure. I'm determining when to relax the LST as we are now in the beginning of week 3 flower. I do have height. However, I'd like to keep it reasonable. You never know when they will stop growing. I'm not really adjusting any ties since the last time, but I have added an LST clips as one of the middle tops was much talker than the others. I am trying very hard to exercise some much necessary self restraint here! 😅 it is becoming increasingly difficult! I have also noticed that there are signs of Nitrogen excess. Maybe 2 leaves have very thin overlapping blades. Instead of Mega Crop Part A and Cal-Mag amino acids, I will use Bud explosion PK booster with the Cal-Mag. This will make the N5 the only Nitrogen being given. It still may be too much, but will monitor closely to see the effect this change will make, if any. Balancing the nutrients is very important for me to learn, and it's going to be an ongoing process. I watered today with 3 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with the following nutrients: ♡ 1/2 Tsp of Bud Explosion PK booster by Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 5ml Cal-Mag amino acids by Xpert Nutrients 23.4.25: Plant seemed to be drinking heavily, so I watered again with 3 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 with;- ♡ 2.5ml Cal-Mag amino acids by Xpert Nutrients, and ♡ Ecothrive Biosys 1/8 tsp. I removed the plant ties and retied the plant after watering. Less ties are necessary as the plant has moulded and stayed in that structure. 25.4.25: Northern Lights was much overdue for a retie of the fabric ties. After this session of LST, the plant is absolutely huge. I really could easily fill the tent with just her. The fact that this plant could fill out a 4ft² space absolutely proves that autoflowering strains can outdo photoperiods. This particular strain, as well as my RQS Fat bananas, have been an absolute dream to grow. They take training like they're craving it. 😍 Thanks for checking out my diary and hanging out 😃💚✌️🍃😊

This week was a bit of a struggle. Plant was moved to 5 gallon container and into a tent. It took me a few days to get the humidity under control but all is well now that I've got a little better ventilation. The only thing I'm very concerned with now is bringing the ph down to a 6.5 -7. I'm going to use distilled water instead of nutrient mix for the next week and likely will heavily dilute the nutrient mix before next feeding.

I really enjoyed growing this plant. It had a hard start due to my errors and poor environmental conditions, but it bounced back quite good and finished with a very good yield! It reached number 2 in all my harvests, loosing to Moby Dick. However, I'm pretty sure that his SSH is reaching at least 21%, while Moby Dick was on the ballpark of 16%. The buds look much more crystalized as well. It's my favorite sativa so far, and I'm gonna to grow it again pretty soon! I'll be back with more comments after 1 month of curing and smoking

Here we are again to tell you about this crazy strain that we found: White Truffle by Zamnesia, worked with a main lining sent into flowering very quickly due to the arrival of the heat. We can spend two and a half months doing main lining but guys it also depends on the times and many other factors, if it were up to me I would always make trees but you have to adapt. ** We remind all users that we grow two plants per strain, one worked with specific techniques and the other left to grow freely this was main lined. Description // This plant was worked with a main lining, having very irregular internodes it was complicated to decide what to keep and what to leave but in the end the plant is not bad at all. The flowers are very particular we have pure polypeptide flowers that have given us a very particular shape. The resin is also very good and after 48 hours of darkness there is that effect that only the dark finale can give, do not give up on this procedure especially in periods of less resining like summer. Trichomes and maturation // We did a thorough microscopic analysis 10x (and 10x x 1.6) and noticed a good percentage of milky/lumpy trichomes; The percentage of amber trichomes was also excellent and still a bit transparent, but that's fine for us as we're not crazy about THC oxidation and hyper indica effects around here. Here too some red head trichomes I had mistakenly said that they are a little rarer but obviously I was wrong sorry guys and girls. Fertilizers and soil // We used the Plagron organic fertilizer range, all the recommended additives and Pro Mix soil, both unfertilized and organic. Calculate the dosage according to your needs on the website ------ https://plagron.com/ The nutrients are available in convenient packs on the Zamnesia website --------- https://www.zamnesia.io/en/11457-plagron-easy-pack-natural.html Try this strain, it is one of the best in recent years, with a very high THC level ---- https://www.zamnesia.io/en/11234-zamnesia-gush-mintz-automatic-semi.html Try this strain, it's an autumnal crazy delight ---- // https://www.zamnesia.io/11184-zamnesia-white-truffle-seeds.html Zamnesia Brief Description // The product of crossing GG with Peanut Butter Breath, White Truffle boasts a first-class genetic line, taking the best from some of the best American cultivars. I've been feeding and pulled a few fan leaves. They are all different heights and getting really tall despite only being in two litre pots. The tallest pheno is already showing red buds.

Cali crasher is growing well under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She got neem oil sprayed this week when the next grow space got infected with russet mites. So I treated everything not flowering to be safe. She didn't get training after the spraying. It was stressful enough as the leaves are showing. She did get a fresh solution change for first time. I Should see a lot of new growth comming in the next few weeks. Everything is about as good as expected. Thank you Hortibloom, and Doctor's Choice. 🤜🏻🤛🏻🌱🌱🌱 Thank you grow diaries community for the 👇likes👇, follows, comments, and subscriptions on my YouTube channel👇. ❄️🌱🍻 Happy Growing 🌱🌱🌱 https://youtube.com/channel/UCAhN7yRzWLpcaRHhMIQ7X4g

Week 6 of flower, the buds are fattening up and triching out. The terps are super sweet and very potent smelling. I haven't seen very many nanners or balls lately, but I have seen them popping through the buds occasionally. I still inspect daily, but some days I don't find any, so I hope it won't give me too many seeds. I did notice that the bud that gets the most intense light has started having tips pointed upwards and flipping its leaves. I attributed this to heat stress, so I moved that light over bit. Day 38 update: this last week I was only watering with distilled water and the yellowing has progressed, so I assume I was right about the nitrogen deficiency noted a couple weeks back. Today I top-fed with a homemade fast acting high nitrogen organic fertilizer, we will see if this helps. Also nothing in my current flowering feeding regime has a lot of nitrogen, so I think this will likely solve the problems. I have also decided to give them an extra 15 minutes darkness for a total of 13.25 hours darkness, 7.5 minutes extra on each end, tell them its almost time to finish with ~4 weeks left. Day 40 update: still been pulling herm balls and nanners off the big one, the others seem to have stopped, but i still check them daily. Gonna be slightly seeded for sure, but I hope not too much. Also, the yellowing seems to have been managed after that nitrogen feed.

‖ WEEK 5 UPDATE ‖ Hello fellow growers and cannabis enthusiasts, I hope ya’ll are having a good day. I put a bit more information this time. Below are a few things I’ll go over for this weeks update ◻️ Growth ◻️ Nutrients ◻️ Pests ◻️ Thoughts ‖ SHORT VERSION ‖ Some of the girls grew about ~12 inches or ~30 centimeters, this surprised me! Never saw that level of growth before. I gave them a bloom booster to help with their transition to week 2 - 3 of flower, this should kick in the bud development. I inspected the little ones and noticed signs of Thrips, annoying buggers. I treated them with neem oil and a time released pest fumigator strip (last 3 months). Overall I’m impressed with this week's progress so far. ‖ INDIVIDUAL GROWTH UPDATE ‖ Orange Sherbet #1 ◻️ height: 18in / 46cm ◻️ width: 15in / 40cm ◻️ node distance: 1.5in - 3in / 3.8cm - 7.6cm Orange Sherbet #2 ◻️ height: 17in / 43cm ◻️ width: 15in / 39cm ◻️ node distance: .8in - 3in / 2cm - 9.1cm Wedding Cheesecake #1 ◻️ height: 19in / 48cm ◻️ width: 16in / 41cm ◻️ node distance: 1in - 2.5in / 2.5cm - 6.3cm Wedding Cheesecake #2 ◻️ height: 31in / 79cm ◻️ width: 18in / 46cm ◻️ node distance: 1.5in - 4in / 3.8cm - 10cm Purple Lemonade #1 ◻️ height: 24in / 61cm ◻️ width: 12in / 31cm ◻️ node distance: 1.1in - 2.4in / 2.7cm - 6cm Purple Lemonade #2 ◻️ height: 26in / 66cm ◻️ width: 18in / 45cm ◻️ node distance: 1.5in - 3.1in / 3.8cm - 7.6cm ‖ NUTRIENT PLAN ‖ Next week I will amend the soil with a little nitrogen, and focus more on pk for buds. I gave all the girls Flower Fuel a granular bloom booster I got off of amazon last year. I never had issues with it though I haven’t used beastie blooms or other common bloom boosters on the market. The week after next (week 7) I’ll add powdered amendments to keep them going till harvest. I may even amend at week 6 so they get a head start on breaking down all the organic materials. Everything is ph’d to ~6.5, the girls are looking healthy and will be ready for feeding soon. ‖ PESTS ‖ Found a few thrips around, still managing the white flies okay but I’ll need to tackle the thrips immediately to prevent stunted growth and stress to the girls. I use neem oil, green cleaner (not the kitchen disinfectant) and a slow release fumigation strip that helps with most pest. ‖ FINAL THOUGHTS ‖ This week has gone well, again I was surprised with the growth rate during this week. The stretch period is still going for some of the girls so I’ll keep updating on their individual growth stats for the next couple of weeks. I’ll need to inspect my plants a bit more carefully so I don’t miss any signs of stress, pests , etc. I may be partially blind but I can still make a better effort in spotting these potential issues, I’m still learning :) Well, it’s been a great week, got some work ahead of me. Thanks for the love and hope ya’ll stay safe out there! Much love, Meus
