This week I found a hermaphrodite amongst the ladies. I got rid of it but not before it dropped a little pollen 😭.. I,ve got my fingers crossed 🤞

My Skunk Apple Run plant is still a bit young, but I can see those buds starting to form. It's a bit of a slow starter, with buds popping up all over the place instead of a nice even line. We'll see if adjusting the light cycle or its food might help it along. I'll keep you posted on any changes. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Flowering week 5 and the plant is transitioning into the Overdrive phase, with an estimated 8–9 days remaining until harvest. Buds are stacking quickly and showing a surprisingly strong sweet strawberry-like aroma that fills the room. From above, subtle purple hues are starting to appear, adding a nice visual touch to an already very healthy-looking plant.

Day 51:The plants are doing great, they stopped stretching and now flowers are getting bigger and bigger. Today I feed them all(except the middle one) with qppm of 700,next time I'm planning to gave them a much more potent feed with a ppm of 1000. The middle plant it's not getting better, other leaves are getting yellow, and I don't know what it could be, for this week I will only gave her ph water with calmag an nothing else, I don't want to flush her because the stress would be too high and I'm so near the harvest that it would be pointless. Other than that I'm very happy, the smell is getting stronger and more vivid every day, the buds are getting bigger and juicy, I think the bloombastic is doing a great job, they will be A1 quality. Now I'm also starting to see the different fenotypes. The Lsd-25 have 3 different feno: 1) dark purple : I have 4 plants of this feno, and this is the best fenotype. It is the more sativa feno, it starts slow and small but in the end it would be the biggest and with the bigger colas, and also it starts getting purple on it own, starting from the flower and progressing to the leaf. The smell it's very pungent and minty, it's a mix of fruit and mint. Overall it has all the things that you want in a great strain. 2) the pink: the majority of my plants (5) are from this feno. This fenotype is more indica than the previous, it is a lil bit smaller, but on the other hand it is the one that have the biggest number of flowers. It is bushy and have a lot of leaves. This one will get purple but only when you will drop the temperature around 18 °C, the purple is lighter than the other feno, almost pink, and the leaves don't get so purple like the other. The smell is like the first feno but not so pungent. Overall a good feno, just a lil bit harder to train and to work with. 3) the green goblin: I have only one plant of this feno. It's a perfect mix from the previous fenos, not too big and not too small, not so bushy and not too opend, the buds are not a lot but not too few. And to this point it's the only plant where I can't see the purple, maybe some shadows of pink in the main cola. Maybe it will get purple later but I don't think so. The smell is different from the other two, it's minty and earthy. Overall good feno but it hasn't the charisma of his sisters. Day 54 : thank to the users on this grow I found out that the middle plant have root rot. I moved her in the bottom left corner where I have my fan, so the air circulates better, and also dropped down the RH, we'll see if she bounces back. So for her this week no water, I will wait till the soil gets dry. I fed the other plants today, 2 l each with a ppm of around 800, they all lookin very good, I hope that the disease won't spread to them. This grow I learned a lesson, next time I will be better prepared, I will give my plants mycrhrorizer to prevent root rot, and have multiple fans for better air circulation. I'm also thinking on buying the ghe ripen and giving it starting from next week , so I can harvest all my plants at the same time, because the plant #1 is behind the others ( longer vegetative stage) and the ill plant now is stuck and it isn't growing. Refilled the Botaniums today, 7 days after the previous fill, as I saw they were completely empty. One of the plants is starting to show a tiny bit of weird coloring on some leaves and the texture of the leaves is also a bit strange. The other plant looks completely healthy.

July 27: start of second week of flowering and she is really stretching the last few days. Looks good. It seems this F1 Fast plant is indeed quite fast flowering. Until last week, there was really no size difference with my other photoperiod that was started at the same time (Euphoria) but this Blueberry Pie is now about 7 inches taller. With the flowering started last week, she should be done in early September which is great. We run out of strong enough sunlight before it gets too cold in October and the earlier the finish the better. July 28: watered with Monster Maxx last night and with molasses this morning. Still misting leaves to counter low humidity during daytime. Watering a bit more than a litre several times a day as needed. July 29: looking pretty dark green today and growing strong. Fairly hot again at 27 C so extra watering and grow bag spraying again. I’ll try to stick to water here for a bit to make sure she’s steady and not being over fertilized. I’m thinking she’s doing really well and this could be quite a big yielding plant. We’ll see. Aug 1: about 28-29C today so pretty hot again. Bright strong sun all day and they were a bit wilted when I got home in late afternoon. Quick watering and misting with hose water on leaves got her back looking happy in no time. Probably 7-8 L per day when hot which might seem low but the bacteria from the compost tea work to retain water and you don’t need to water so much.

Have had some challenges this week. In my lack of experience, I have struggle to discern whether my plant is deficient in nutrients, suffering lockout or approaching harvest. Symptoms were yellowing leaves... The cause of which can be, of course, many different things. I decided to flush last week, thinking that a nutrient lockout was most likely. Leaves less yellow this week so think it may have done the trick. I have spent some time researching and considering flushing as a technique to improve final bud quality. I have decided that there simply isn't enough evidence to deny my girl of nutrients at a critical phase of her growth. I am therefore continuing a reduced feeding schedule of - 1mls topmax - 2mls BioBloom - 1 scoop biosys ecothrive - 2.5mls Cannazym. And, unless indicated otherwise, will continue with this schedule up until harvest. Today I have tested PPM of the run off and measure it to be approx 1050ppm. I will measure again in 24 hours to monitor change after a feed. Purchased a 60x microscope and am able to see that 90% of trichomes are still clear. I am therefore anticipating at least another couple of weeks before harvest. Buds look fluffier than I'd like, but resin and trichome production haven't disappointed. I'm hoping that over the next few weeks the buds will continue to fatten. 19/11/2021 - Day 79. Have a few days off so have managed to catch some photos in day light. Have also uploaded a video. Feel that she isn't particularly happy... But on the other hand, she is showing the resistance and ability to adapt to less than ideal growing conditions; as promised by the strain genetics. Plenty of trichs, plenty of resin, plenty of buds. Just need them to fatten and fill out for maximum yield and quality. 23/11/21 - Day 83 - Still some deficiencies but she doesn't seem to be using much water so reluctant to feed at risk of overwatering. Noticing lots of new pistil formation. Looking frosty, but all trichomes still clear. Temperatures dropping to around 2°c overnight here. Managing to maintain temperatures around 10°c in the shed. Appreciate that this is too cold for growth but she seems to be coping with it well. I think that a gradual reduction in temperature has been tolerated better than fluctuant or sudden drops would be. Fingers crossed that her hardy nature keeps her strong. Fed today: 1mls BioBloom 2mls Topmax Half scoop Biosys Ecothrive Filtered water - pH 6.5, TDS 320 Run off 953 TDS 29/11/21 - Day 90 - no sign of any amber yet. Still mostly clear with a splattering of cloudy. Really worrying about the night time temps now and holding out hope that it doesn't die off before the trichomes mature.
