Things are moving in the right direction again. After a rough patch, the plants have stabilised and are now showing only minor deficiencies. I decided to prune the most dysfunctional growth to focus energy on healthier, actively growing tissue and improve overall photosynthesis. That seems to have helped, as new growth is coming in stronger and recovery is underway, though they’re not fully there yet. We’re back on track for now and have also transplanted into 3L pots. The next days will be about monitoring and letting them settle in. Growmie lesson: Sometimes correcting a problem means acting decisively, but recovery still takes time. Removing damaged leaves can help, as long as it’s done carefully and not rushed. Stats so far: 💧 Watering: Every third day 🌡️ Temp: 24–26°C 💦 Humidity: 65% RH 📈 VPD: ~1.18 kPa 💡 Light: ~400 PPFD

The growing cycle itself worked out as expected, except that the pH-level was way off from where it should be, and I found out a bit too late. Because of this the outcome of the harvest didn't say much about the potential of this strain, but as soon as I got enough time and space, she will get a new chance to shine.000

Its been a while but the ladies are still doing fine. After today its gonna be lights out. Ive stopped giving nutrients about 10 days ago.

Great grow, dealt with some pests that took a few plants from me . But overall my best grow quality so far and I’m very happy with the grow!

I don't know what else to say. It was fun and hopefully the cheese was my fault and not the genetics of ilgm. But hell we will see. This my be my first journal but definitely not my last. Peace

5/5/2024 Pistils pistils pistils 5/8 these plants are fucking exploding! Super exciting to see them like this. Pistils everywhere and they’re just STACKING! don’t even see budlets yet, just pistils. The structure of these plants is beautiful. They handle training fairly well. I topped one and super cropped it and did a bit of lst. I was feeling impatient so I decided to see what happened if I pushed the one a little harder and left the other to grow naturally.

Exciting first few days setting up everything in and around the propagator. I think I'll start counting the vegging days when the seedlings are 7-10 days old.

Pheno #1 is getting fatter and fatter by the day although she is starting to fade out a bit. It’s a shame I had to tie her down because I swear her main cola would have been a foot long 😂She is also sensitive to light and has received slight amounts of burn and bleaching. She is the largest of the three but she has the least amount of resin and terpenes which is a bit unfortunate... She smells earthy, no banana scent or fruit terps like pheno #2. I still have about another 4+ weeks to go so that could easily change but we will see. I will try to be optimistic! Pheno #2 is a frost monster. She is completely covered in resin and trichromes. Her smell is out of this world, definitely has that banana fruity type smell. I don’t think I have smelt another strain quite like this so I’m very excited to see how she continues develop. Pheno #3 is a bit funky. She is stretching and getting bushier but she is extremely slow to flower. She has tons of shoots and bud sites. Almost every popcorn type branch at the very bottom raced to the top of the canopy. I feel like she hasn’t changed in the past couple weeks but maybe that’s just me being impatient. She is developing some interesting deficiencies but only on a couple leaves here and there. She is also somewhat lackluster compared to the other two. In my opinion she is a little dull looking... It’s odd to see how all three pheno’s are expressing different traits regardless of being grown in identical substrates with identical feeding schedules. It’s hard to say if it’s the genetics, substrate or the nutrients but I have a strong feeling it has more to do with the medium not being properly balanced. I normally would never grow with such a light substrate but DP grew theirs in a similar medium so I thought for the first time around I’d try to grow similar to their style. Next round I’m definitely going to switch it up and use the NFG or a custom soil blend I’ve been developing for auto flowers. It should be nice to see how a commercial soil compares to a homemade organic soil tailored for auto flowers. I’ll most likely run that experiment within a month or so once I get my new grow space setup. This week I’m going to lay off the nutrients and feed with some compost teas and microbes instead. In the video you can see my smaller brewing bucket. This is a mini-Microbulator along with an air stone. This allows for maximum dissolved oxygen saturation and also helps with preventing anaerobic spots in the brew. Set up a new space for future grows. A little yellowing slow growth I think due to non transplant

Week 12 Day 79 Guys we started this week flushing our ladies until lowered ppm to optimum ppm Cant tell you how long it gonna take you but it took me a long time to finish each plant since you have to literally add 3 times the quantity of water that your pot can get and it takes so much time but it's worth it! Day 80 They're looking good and smelling awesome, couldn't finish flushing one of the ladies yesterday but managed to finish today and they're all happy! Day 81 Overall they're good can't wait for them only few days to harvest Day 82 End of week 12 Looking pretty good

18.04. F8 Flower Day 8 – Defoliation & Lollipopping Today a full cleanup and structural adjustment was carried out. Plants were defoliated and lollipopped to remove lower growth and improve airflow and light penetration. At the same time, branches were trained further to achieve a flat and even canopy. The full 1.2 × 1.2 area is now nearly filled, which should allow for optimal light usage going forward. Timing feels right, as the stretch is still ongoing but structure is now set for the flowering phase. From here on, the focus will be on maintaining the canopy and monitoring development as bud formation progresses. ——————— 22.04. 03/12/2019 Day 81 The Dr seems to be concentrating in forming buds but I think she's grown some half centimeter, is she going to touch the ceiling? She has to know that is is confined and the sky is not the limit, at least in her condition. Day 82 (04-12-2019) The shoot at the rear left is almost touching the celiling of the grow tent😨 and i keep on tying other shoots and keeping them the farthest from the burning lights (many leaves' tips are scorched, but fortunately it's just the tip and the bud is still far from that hot point. Other leaves that are close to the lights, well, I took scissors and there's no need to speak further. Look the hard work I'm having with this plant height's issue. Goddammit why can't I have a normal grow like everyone? Day 83 just looking the video and the pics is self explanatory. No further comments 😒 Day 84 Ithe tallest shoot has reached the ceiling and seems to try to keep on growing so she needed to start bending at the very top because she wouldn't get past the tent fabric. Regarding EC, I am using a fertigation solution about 1,3 mS/cm and the runoff EC at 1.5 mS/cm. EC has been kept controlled since I raised fertigation volume to 6 L per fertigation event (1/day), unfortunately this solution containing nutrients goes to waste :( Day 85 07/12 I'lllst the tops that get to touch the ceiling and keep observing and acting as needed. I fear she'll stilll keep going up for a while. Fertigations as usual, got runoff EC 650 ppm today (1.3 ms/cm) which I think it's very good of a value. Day 86 (08/12/2019) Following advice I defoliated and even cut some thin and improductive shoots. Removed a lot of foliage and even supercropped a long tall shoot, I want to see how this high stress technique affects her. Because I plan to keep it doing if other shoots decided to continue growing. I wonder why do shoots continue growing vertical after having passed the light's level. Is it the glow coming from the reflective walls perhaps? Many questions. I decided to take down some tall shoots by suspending little weights near the tip, it seems to work more or less fine. Day 87 luckily the HST seems to have worked fine, the shoots are recovering and point upwards again. The main tip is quite unruly, today I supercropped that tip. Runoff EC is 650 ppm, perfect. Day 92 /14-12-2019) I think that despite her exaggerate growth she's managing to thrive fine with some limitations, buds seems going well. Shoots are still growing vertical but supercropping and resistance seems to have hampered her a while, but now I see she engaged on growing some centimeters more :/ Day 93 two days from starting the 14th week, despite the lights and the heat of this season (added to the lights I had to keep the tent door open for there was 32 ºC inside) the Dr is taking it well, I see the buds foxtailing as I expected, and I'm positive this grow will get to a good end. I'll work day by day to achieve that. Regarding fertigation, I gave her a solution half concentrated (relative to the solutions that I had given her the preceding days) because I noticed salt build-up by the EC measurements. I left run off EC at 800 ppm which is still a bit high for my liking but not excessively. For the amount of runoff I collected today, I see she seems to be drinking a little more.
