Week 5 flower. This one just grows slow. Slowly filling in. Very frosty, but not a nice smell. Hopefully the flowers end up tight, hard, and smelling great. Lights are at 12-14” from canopy, and plants are taking it well. Blumat drip still working, and hand watering once a week with Gaia Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Not going to top dress anymore as these 30 gallon pots have lots to offer still and this plant is using nothing really. Thanks for views!

Hi Growmies. Another week done at day 24 flowering. They seem to have finished their stretch period and all have the 1st flush of dress flowering pistils at their growing tips. I am now feeding at a flowering strength feed with additional shogun additives too. I am very pleased with their progress and final foundation foe the flowering stage. The height is a very reasonable 18 inches to the canopy top which has levelled out very well so far. I did have to do a little bending and twisting as they settled into the shapes but it has been very easy to work with them so far . Bruce Banner#3 has really put put some growth among the branches and will really need to be defoliated to make sure that the air can get around this big lady and avoid any risks of "dead air" or warm pockets. She has a great frame to build her buds onto and some nice thick stems to support the possible chunks. The node spacing is a medium to long but hopefully they will join up where they can over the next 7-8 weeks. Candy Rain. Her quad training has been productive and I didn't need to really do too much beside hold the two higher branches back a little. she should be a nice open branched , baseball batted cola beast at her final week.. Jealousy #1 and #2 have really been busy with their flower sets and have so much growth going off beneath those huge leafed frames. The leaf sizes are brilliant for harvesting all the available light during veg and i will be sad to defoliate them both at day 21 F. They are so productive that a good lollipopping mat also be called for with the lower growth not really getting enough light to be worth the energy sharing. I can see how these ladies would be huge in an outdoor grow bit also in a bigger indoor space too. I am sonimoress2d with the health and vigour of all of these ladies but seeing how well the #2 Jealousy has caught up and surpassed her sisters has been a shocker. she has some very big fan leaves and nice chunky stems to hold them expected colas too. Fingers crossed for another good week. Be safe and healthy growmies.

The last week of vegetation is already ending. Starting from day 57, I switched to a 12/12 hour light regimen.

I was pleasantly surprised by the yield from these 2. Plant #1 (back left this grow) yielded a whopping 4.79 ounces, my 2nd biggest producer this grow! #2 yielded 3.57 ounces, which while the lowest of the 4, is still an extremely respectable yield for a single plant in a 4 plant tent! Especially one that received as little attention as this one did. #2 remained resilient the entire grow, however due to the placement of my tent received the least amount of attention/defoliation, which is consistent with its yield. #1 was more easily accessible, and while it did have cal mag & ph issues early on, still received significant defoliation and care, hence the larger yield. Overall very happy with this strain, I have 3 of these seeds on hand, so there’s a good chance you’ll see another Critical Orange Punch diary from me in the future! Thanks again to everyone for their comments, advice, and support! I’ll be starting a new grow/diary in a few weeks, so keep an eye out! Until then, happy growing!!

It was an interesting grow in hind sight, I had my ups and downs along the way . It was my First haze and wasn't prepared for the 12 wk flowing cycle. My girls took until wk 3-4 to show any hairs!! I was starting to think that they would never do it. I was battling with my nighttime temps , sometimes they would drop to 3c. I installed a 190w 1.5m greenhouse tube heater and managed to raise it to 9c. I installed another a few weeks after and managed to keep a temp of 12c when lights were off. It seemed like I was constantly waiting for a growth spurt as the flowers didn't seem to kick off until Around wk 8 . I had some foxtails, mainly on the left side Of my tent , the foxtails were like crowns ( 4 growing out of the tip of the cola). This also made the main bud a bit loose . The flavour is nice and sweet with a pungent smell, some have said like cheese . It is a really strong bid to smoke , one joint and that's it for 2 hours , really creative . I wouldn't grow this strain again due to the sheer amount of time that goes into it , not to mention the extra nutes and electricity , but I will keep some back as it is a lovely experience. I also used a pollinator machine and got 30g of hash from my trim which is always a nice bonus . Thanks to valhallas garden, totem and spinner Caribbean for their support during this grow . I may lay low for a while on GD as I had a bit of a scare with an address of a friend accidentally appearing in a photo ,

Hi everyone 🤗. Everything is going great 👍. There are no defects or anything unusual :-). Today the Blue Cheese Pheno 1 became the first time rinsed, and now only gets 0.4 Ec water for the next 10 days ca :-). Everyone else needs a while. otherwise there is not much to report this week. I wish you all a nice week, stay healthy 🙏🏻 and let it grow 🌱

Sour Diesel — Week 12 (Week 7 Flower) “The Ascension of a Fighter” 12/12 from seed. No safety net, no adjustment phase — just straight into the cycle. And from day one… she struggled. But she stayed. ⸻ 🌱 How did we get here — 12/12 from seed This run was built around a system — not individual plants. From germination, all plants entered the same 12/12 rhythm. No veg buffer, no separate adaptation window. And that means one thing: ➡️ The environment doesn’t adapt to the plant. ➡️ The plant adapts to the environment. Most did it smoothly. She didn’t. Different feeding sensitivity, different response to VPD, different pace. She never fully synced with the room… But she never gave up either. ⸻ 🌿 The “Unhappy” Plant That Didn’t Quit Let’s be honest — she was behind from the start. * Slower development * Less vigor early on * More sensitive to feeding and conditions In a single-plant run? She might have been considered a failure. But here’s the reality: She adapted. She corrected. She found her rhythm — late, but real. And now? She’s showing why genetics matter. ⸻ ❄️ Trichomes & Frost — Unexpected Power For a plant that struggled… The resin production is honestly impressive. * Buds coated well beyond expectation * Trichome coverage consistent across sites * That classic Sour Diesel sparkle starting to show character Not the heaviest producer in the room — but absolutely punching above her weight. ⸻ 🌸 Density & Structure This is where she surprises even more. * Smaller plant overall * But buds coming in tight and compact * Good stacking despite limited size She didn’t stretch much — but what she built, she built with intention. Dense. Focused. Efficient. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment — Why we didn’t adjust for her Important point here. This room is dialed for system stability, not individual correction. * Temps, RH, feeding — all set for the majority * Adjusting everything for one plant would destabilize the whole run So in this case: ➡️ She had to adapt to the room ➡️ Not the other way around And that’s exactly what makes her story interesting. Because she did. ⸻ 💧 Nutrition Same base feeding as the room: * Terra Bloom * Pure Zym * Sugar Royal * Power Buds * Green Sensation * CalMag Pro pH ~6.5 | EC ~2.0 She showed sensitivity early on, but stabilized over time. No chasing deficiencies. No overcorrections. Just steady input and patience. ⸻ 🧠 Observations This plant is a lesson. Not every plant thrives instantly. Not every phenotype fits the system. But resilience… that’s where the real value shows. She may not be the biggest. She may not be the easiest. But she’s earned her place in this run. ⸻ 🔮 What to expect next week * Continued resin development * Slight increase in bud density * Possible early signs of ripening (some pistil darkening) * No explosive growth — but steady finishing She’s not going to suddenly become the biggest. But she will finish properly. ⸻ ⚠️ What NOT to expect * No late stretch * No dramatic size increase * No sudden change in structure This is about refinement now, not expansion. ⸻ 🙏 Final Words To everyone following this journey: * The ones who support from day one * The new people discovering the process * The skeptics — always part of the balance * The silent watchers * The platform hosting this space * The sponsors and partners * The genetics behind this resilience And especially… This plant. Not perfect. Not easy. But real. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had partly cloudy skies, low humidity, and temps in the lower 80's. I watered about 1/4 gallons from the water hose for each pot. Day 2 we had lite showers in the morning, partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the low 80's the remainder of the day. The rain provided the water today. Day 3 we had showers in the early morning until afternoon. Then it was mostly sunny with high temperature around 79. I noticed a few spots of powdery mildew on the leaves. I removed the leaves. Day 4 we had lots of sunshine and temperatures in the low 80's. I watered about a half gallon out of the water hose. Day 5 we had thunderstorms, rain, and drizzle early morning and intermittently throughout the day. Temperatures were in the lower 80's. Day 6 we had thunderstorms and rain in the morning, then rain and drizzle intermittently throughout the day. High temperature for the day was 71°. It was raining so much I brought them inside. They've proven very resistant to boytritis, but this close to finish, I'm not testing them further. Four hours of rain in below 70°F temps at night is tuff enough. Day 7 we had lots of sunshine and high temperature around 84°. The #2 plant had a very mild outbreak of powdery mildew on the lower leaves this week. The #1 plant has proven immune. These girls are nearly finished. They've gotten loud smelling. The #2 plant smells like straight cat piss and very loud. The #1 plant smells like fruit roll ups berry and loud. I'll harvest these sometime next week. Over a very hardy strain that's taken a beating in the Ozarks Spring.

Some good growth early on. First reservoir change after 2 weeks. Adjust PH each day back to 5.5 as it creeps up to 6.8 over 24hrs.

I took these on my Snapchat is why there is so many of them 😅 I'm currently doing the 48 hours of darkness to help produce more trichomes. I did SO MUCH to this plant, it looks like it will DEFINITELY have some weight to it, but you will have to wait until it's dry 😄
