HARVEST DAY! 162 days after the sprout, and 117 days after the switch. It makes almost 6 months!! What a never-ending journey! I chopped down the princess and decided to place the colas on the usual hanging net without trimming them directly. I just couldn't. Every cola requires at least 30-40 mins to be trimmed properly. I got something like 50 or 60 colas in total. It's a total pain in the ass believe me!!! There are layers consisting in calyx, leaf, calyx, leaf, and so on. You basically need to work between every couple of small calyxes in order to remove the leaf in the middle, while being very careful to not cut down everything. It's insane!!!!!! So.... just wait a little more for the final harvest and the smoke report. They will come, but definitely not now! In the meantime I uploaded some harvest photos and videos. ;-) See you soon!!!

So this week after I gave it under nutrients I apparently gave it too much nitrogen while having a potassium deficiency. Shiney dark leaves, So i fixed that, but some didn't bounce back, and I tried nitrogen. I think they are doing pretty good considering everything I've put them through SO FAR. lol. Nutrients are NPK Raw's total lineup, follow their instructions at first, Fastbuds adjustments as of this week.

Added nutrients to top off reservoirs everything looks good …I am content so far with testing will be dropping light schedule to 11 on 13 off to accelerate bud development hopefully shortening flowering time

Dehumidifier arrived last week and works really well. Since there is a heatwave in germany i had humidity levels of 80+% and now i can regulate down to 50%. Only the high Temperature Kind of Sucks. I am Glas the tent is in my basement, so it Never goes above 30 degrees but its Not ideal. Also there is another Issue now, i have bugs in my tent, probably thrips. I noticed them 3 days ago and got nem oil and ordered some other bugs (dont know how they are called in english) so they dont destroy my plants. Really annoying, but since this is my first grow ever and some of my Environment conditions are Not ideal i expected difficulties. I hoped it wouldnt be bugs, but lets See how i am able to handle Thors

Was all good this week, still slow but she is getting frosty

Day 80, 2nd of December 2020: Looking like a christmas tree nice triangle. Hehe nice buds are getting thick but red or purple colour unfortunately does not appear sonshe might be a green pheno. No problem still beautiful but it may come innthe end of the flower cycle let's see. All good the lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week. Great job Sweet Seeds. Nice genetics :) Lovely plant!

Woo-hoo! Time for another round on Barney’s Farm genetics! And a new one I haven’t tried yet, yah!!!! One of my favourite breeders to grow, they never disappoint! Had these seeds for awhile now so I figured I’d give the 3 of them a go along side a single feminized Alien Technology plant in my RDWC setup. So seeds went directly into a cup of water for the first 12hrs overnight and then I placed them directly into wet rock wool cubes and back into the dry cups and covered them for about 24hrs. I then put them in my single 3 gal starter DWC buckets/clay pebbles under a 18/6 light schedule. 2 came up the next day and the third one needed some help shedding her seed and skin off and she was up the next day. 3 for 3 again👍 Got them in just plain water with 3ml/gal UC Roots added. I’m keeping the rock wool moist and watering the clay pebbles around it for the roots to explore outwards. I have very small rock wool cubes this time as I bought them by mistake, but gonna try them and see how they do. They really aren’t much bigger then the seeds....lol humidity was low to start so I added a humidifier to the tent and was able to get it up to 50% or so. This will do I think as they are sitting directly over a bucket of bubbling water as well. Temps are stable around 25c in the day and drop to about 20 at night. Amazing to mix with water pH and EC easy to reach the desired point

They have stopped the vertical growth and are now starting to stack up. No deficiencies to report. Has a bout with spider mites 3 grows in my room..4 gummi bear autos lost 2 sour deisel seedlings lost. Spent hours scrubbing lung room. Tossed out pots coco and a kocheal blurple 3 fans in there I dont think I could clean it right. Checking these girls 20 times a day no signs of pests.

As you can see, LST works well, Gorilla Strawberry tolerates LST very well, in almost all plants I managed to keep the branches at the same height I made a minor defoliation of large leaves. The rest I slide under the twigs every day so that they do not make a shadow. Due to a high wind that lasted 2 days and LST one of my Gorilla Strawberry broke in half and holds on about 20% of the stem. I was thinking about trying the method HST and I will remove the cracked part of the plant, but I did not have the heart to cut it off, so I decided to use the patch that I carry with me in the first aid kit if I cut myself. From two twigs and a patch I made a primitive splint. The next day I took an insulating tape with me into the forest and once again wrapped the splint for better strength. And as you can see, the plant lives and thrives :) Next, I want to show you the pest Leaf Minner, which makes tunnels in the leaves and then pupates on the underside of the leaf I tear off the leaf or crush the pest Next, I would like to show you a very useful beetle, a ladybug that eats, for example, aphids, in the photo you see a pupated ladybug larva, do not kill it !!!
