Fantastic variety I was very impressed with the trunger of the pistils that has produced this wonderful variety, from photos you can notice a violet traits, while the other no, has a very intense aroma has a aftertaste of chocolate and coffee notes, predominantly savialy, for the day, has a good structure with interior away from each other.

Temp, Humidity & VPD are all controlled by a Mycodo System to reach a VPD Range of 0.5 - 0.7. Light is at its lowest setting 04.04. I started to add nutrients to the water. 2.5ml of Plagron Terra Grow per 1L.

Today the 12/11/21 we start week 3 and I’ve been trying some light training on a couple of them just moving the big leafs from blocking the light to some smaller sights.they didn’t need water today either!!! Day 23-13/11/21 I’m trying out a bit of low stress training if that’s what I can call it I’m just moving the fan leaves so they don’t block we’re buds are gonna grow!!! Also gave them nice bit of water with biobizz grow today!!!! 1ml per litre!!!! Day 24-14/11/21 damn they got big since yesterday haven’t done anything today just letting them go wild probably put net on tomorrow!!! Day 25-15/11/21 nothing new today but there growing like mad!!!! Day 26-16/11/21 gave them a nice bit of water with bio bizz grow again!!! Day 27-17/11/21 nothing new today just watching the jungle start to form!!!! Day 28- 18/11/21 some of them are starting to bud!!!!!

Early this week found 2 fungus gnats on the soil of one of the plants so was afraid of an infestation but after getting rid of the 2 havent seen any other one. Yesterday (day 14) had to give some support to 1 of the plants cause it was bending over. Overal not perfect but think these problems are all minor. So lets see.

08/10/22 watered with Recharge

Another disaster on day 2 of the week :pp previous one avoided as the repair held tho, but a huge storm roughened her up this time :( it snapped one of the upper branch, I was also able to repair it so let’s see. However, her soil was really dry and she was bending at more than 90 degrees, which probably broke a few if not all roots. I’m waiting to see how she evolves, she also lost a lot of stability since then. But at the end of the day she’s at the end of her flowering, around 20% ambers 80% cloudy and nearly no white pistils anymore. I still need to flush her so finger crossed Final week!! She’s ready, will harvest somewhere during next week. Added additional pictures & videos :)) not super visible on the picture but she actually shows some purple trichromes! Look a bit maroon-ish on the video but I confirmed it’s not mold with a lens. I think we’re around 30% amber 70% cloudy now, probably will harvest it all at once.

06/27: the small buds dry up quickly with the current climate near my house.... So I was able to taste the famous apple fritter. And I'm glad I dont know when I grow another AF. because what I like is to taste the novelties

Leaves are showing a late stage magnesium deficiency, been keeping the magnesium lower than Calcium because I’m trying to keep a balanced nutrition as per normal feed programs but I think next grow, I’ll be adding more magnesium than calcium throughout flower. Leaves probably have a bit of heat, light, wind problems going for them too. Day 35 - WEEK 6 changes for PK boost. Den beiden Ladies geht es bei diesem Sommerwetter richtig gut und es gibt nur positives zu berichten.....😎 Den Wachstum haben sie wohl beide eingestellt und sie konzentrieren sich jetzt voll auf die Blütenbildung. Die Buds haben schon eine ordentliche Grösse erreicht und lassen auf richtig dicke Dinger hoffen.😜 Terpene werden auch reichlich produziert und überziehen die Pflanzen. Interessanterweise habe ich 2 komplett verschiedene Phenotypen erwischt....... Bei dem Nachzügler haben die Buds einen dunklen Teint und die Form unterscheidet sich auch...... Bin total gespannt wie sie sich weiter entwickeln ...... So kann es weiter gehen und hoffentlich bleibt das Wetter stabil 😎

Alright folks! We are running on aprox Day30 into the grow! The tallest plant almost stands up 18+ inches! Shes growing good, I do have one plant that is being all funny and its showing me excessive signs of nutes. Added Calmag feeding @ 3mL/Gal and watered each plant about 2L each. Pots were dryish, been 8 days since the last watering. (i think its a bit too long for airpots, but plants seem to be ok) This week just adjusted some of the LST ties so the plant can stretch a bit. Also did a very light defoliation (removing dead leaves) and allot of tucking. I replaced the Vivosun Osc Fan due to a reddit post i saw of one being burnt to a crisp, replaced them with the HoneyWell turbo force fans. So far so good. Also moved one of the main fans to the side of the tent trying to setup a cross draft air circ. I have also noticed that the plant is now in pre-flowering and some very nice aromas coming from the plant. (green/Citrus/Sweet) notes. It quite pleasant to be in the tent! :)

Both plants were ultimately harvested with respect and gratitude. ⸻ ✂️ Harvest & Trimming After about two weeks of slow drying at 60°F / 60% RH, the branches began to snap — a sure sign the moisture was just right. Each plant was trimmed by hand, carefully and patiently, letting every calyx, pistil, and trichome tell its own story. The buds were dense, sticky, and heavily frosted — a trimmer’s delight. Finger hash collected along the way was pure gold, rich in aroma and bursting with terpenes. Each snip of the scissors felt like sculpting something sacred. Both plants were dried whole, allowing for slower moisture migration and a smoother final cure. ⸻ 🌿 On Trichomes and Harvest Timing We chose to harvest when most trichomes were cloudy, with only a few still clear and very few amber. This moment — just before full amber maturity — is where potency meets flavor at its peak. Why cloudy trichomes? Because that’s when cannabinoids like THC and terpenes are at their maximum activity. Too early, and you lose potency; too late, and THC starts converting into CBN, giving a heavier, sleepier effect. Cloudy trichomes deliver a balanced high — euphoric yet grounding — capturing the essence of the strain in its full potential. ⸻ 🌸 Aroma, Taste & Effects The Lava Cake lives up to her name and lineage. Send help... the Pineapple Express has taken over the tent... she’s massive at 44-45” tall currently... stretch slowed down but she’s past the light at this point and even light angled doesn’t hit the very top of the main colas just yet. (Back left of tent) White widow looking great for the lollipopping method I used on her(front left of the tent) White widow 2 growing well, got a nice dose of ferts this week based on her light coloration(front middle) Berry white growing slowly still, tent is more suited for sativa dominant strains but this one gives the tent a bit more variety. (Middle back of tent) Purple trainwreck 2 growing like a beast this go round, she’s taking up half the tent almost by herself and filling in a 1.5x2 foot area in nicely. (Far right of tent) Purple trainwreck 1 bulking up extremely well, buds are nice and sticky, density is great so far on these buds. Hoping for another 14-20 days. Started her flush after giving her one more dose of nutes last week. Spotted first ambers on the trichomes... she’s only on day 45 of flower but the trichomes are already beginning to turn amber. I still suspect this strain to be semi-auto(has rudelaris genetics somewhere) and additional growing of this plant has simply increased this theory. The plant did have pistils when put into flower(18/6 lighting) but was a clone of a previous plant. She did reveg in 18/6 lighting and was cut from a flowering plant. I believe she had already transitioned into flowering since the plant had started opening pistils up again before being placed in 12/12. I believe she was a week or two into flower at the start of 12/12.
