Fast and SIMPLE patio grow, perfect for an impatient grower. 72 days from seed to harvest. Could have taken some of the branches at 68-70d. Responded well to pinching back growth to encourage branching. Tested yield by leaving one plant natural and pinching back the other. Pinching back produced way more bud and the plant didn’t seem to mind. The smaller plant only produced 8 bud clusters and those were fairly airy, but showed amber hues a little sooner. Maybe she got less light than the bigger plant. They were both LOW on sunlight. The last 3 weeks of the grow were non-stop rain and storms, very little sunlight. So the girls didn’t stack ‘em up like I wanted. Gotta have light to make bud!! Vegetative growth the first 8 weeks was phenomenal. It wasn’t until the rains set in that progress slowed to a crawl. They were a few feet apart and both facing the equator with daylight to dark exposure. The sun itself wouldn’t cooperate though. Both plants were fed and watered the same. Soil was the same etc.... Only used commonly available garden center nutes. Wanted to demonstrate that a person could take the leap with their first patio grow without having to invest in a lot of special grow stuff. You can! but you at least need decent sunlight. I didn’t weigh the fresh harvest very accurately. I took whole stems to hang them by, and my good scale isn’t that big. I used a bathroom scale and weighed myself holding an empty box and the box again with the harvested plant difference was about 3 lbs. Once I trimmed off the fan leaves and cut it off the roots and trunk it was under a pound. I won’t trim them super tight because very little of it will be smoked, most will be used to make infusions, but I’ll remove as much stem as possible. Curing and storing in C-vault with 62% Boveda packs.

Heeeey all! Sorry for the extremely slow update! The past few weeks have been crazy for me! 😱 This week I made a lot of defoliation and decided to be somewhat greedy. I'll let the plants grow a bit more so they'll stretch well during flower! So while I defoliate I'll allow the plants to recover properly! 💪 Near the end of the week I also made another mistake with Roko (poor baby! 😭). I broke another of the stems (the one that divided the plant in two, right in the middle) and I feared the worst! But so far the plant kept growing without any problems. I'm still thinking a name for my 4th baby, she has surprised me greatly and I didn't notice how many new branches had grown until I defoliated her and I'm sure she'll deliver some great buds! 😍 Anyway everyone, this is all for now. So far so good, we are at the 5 veg week, the hulk berry is shooting up many pre-flowers. The RO water has been great, using this clean water is much better and you see a strong difference, and you are able to dial the ppm/ec without the interference of random stuff plus the chloride and fluoride that comes with tap water in my region. This version of the Hulkberry i have is a bit more on the sensible side of things, se feels already if you keep touching her, also better not to nuke this strain with nutrients from what i have seen so far, so I’m going easy on her. The other two strains form Kannabia, one been the unstable version of Purpple Kush, got many aliens already out of some seeds, and ironically a Lucky dip, mystery strain is extreamely vigorous and nice to work with. A side from that i have chosen two HLG QB324 V2 quantum board with a Meanwell 320H-54a driver to build a DIY light, with passive Heatsink and 90 degree optics to power the flower tent, so basically i will move this plants to the other tent in a week or two when i get this build. This is a huge step up for me since i was using a generic Chinese blurple led. My setup changed a lot and i will try to keep things consistent, i may have some adaptation going on to drive all this new perpetual style grow.

Hi growmies well found, today the vadi are still full of water so no watering pheno 2 mimosa is demonstrating her hulk genes too bad pheno 1 can't do the same too much stress for her two feline attacks were too much even runtz suffered only one but in a too premature phase by the way yesterday while I was trying to make it open a little I patched it the plant shows that it is not elastic perhaps a little silica would do me good but I will use it in the next stressful event in another race I implemented on Monday when I watered green sensetion and sugar royal for the two mimosas that the small runtz and the zenzation are now flowering which is doing well even if in two weeks back it reacts well to the lst I hope it can reach large sizes in the next week and then start flowering when it wants for runtz and zenzation the usual mix remained, calmag 4mlxlt, rizotonic 40mlx10lt and whiteshark 2 spoon x 36lt ph 6.2/6.3 added the scrog net in which the mimosa is having a lot of fun I'm very sorry about how the other plants have suffered from stress, the feline demon has been banished from the room where the girls sleep but I won't give up, I'll bring the result home in mid-December, we'll see what nature and my ability are able to do have a good week and cultivation everyone thanks for the comments and likes never stop growing👍🏼✅

It’s day 43 of flower! All of the plants look great! I’m going to start dialing back the light intensity slowly over the next couple weeks. Harvest time is getting close

Instead of pictures showing a dying lady: A timelapse video of their whole life. Had lady #2 run under continuous light for the last days. Probably went one day too far, which caused her buds to become somewhat fluffy too, but full of resin as well.

Hi there, Here we go with the 4th week of veg. As soon as they woke up from the stress of the transplant, they were given another dose of training session . We topped them on the first day of the week. Not yet, but two days later we removed 4-4 large fan leaves each and it became clear how much the lower branches of Marshmallow OG didn’t develop in the shade. I already had the feeling that this variety was not genetically stable. These shots looked quite mutant. They seem to adapt more slowly to the hard plant trainings I use most of the time. On this day we also bent the branches with a tent hook to allow better light penetration to the lower parts.👨🏻‍🌾🌱 They show quite strong indica characteristics at this early stage of the vegetation which is also clearly visible in the shape of the leaves. It is possible that the planned 6-week veg won’t be enough, as they need much more time to regenerate than most varieties I’ve grown so far. Never mind, maybe even this way the possibility of a harvest before Easter can be maintained. After the hard training session they got only half dosage of nuts as they lost a lot of foliage. On the last day of the week watered them again with full dosage. 💦 All in all, they seem healthy but not very happy. I'm adjusting to them a bit and hopefully we'll be just fine for next week. Running the Ts3000 on 65% 42 cm above the canopy which means 450-480 ppfd. 💡🌞 Have a lovely weekend everyone!

Cal-med 1ml/L Top dressed a sprinkle of Gaia green dry amendments (power bloom). I was away for new years and it was underwatered along with the others, but I don't see much scope for improvement 😂 side by side in the tent is this guy and another of the same seed (critical +2.0). The difference between the two was expected but still astounding!

What's up Growmies🤟🏽. Week # 8 is in the books🙌🏾 Hello week #9💪🏾 I went a little overboard on pictures this week, they are so happy and healthy that I got carried away. I know we are supposed to post pictures with the lights off, however it's something about the contrast it gives with the lights on that makes it look sexy to me😁. I have had to tie the stalks of both White LSD plants due to heavy sagging. I'm noticing with this strain the stalks seem to topple over even though the buds are far from fully developed. A trellis net probably would be ideal however I hate them. They are easy to put on but very difficult to take off come harvest. I use garden wire and string them as if they are puppets being controlled by the puppet master🤪. I continue my feeding schedule with the recommended "bloom" concoction using general hydroponics Flora series trio. I give them 1 liter every 3 days. I have them on a 2 to 2 cycle (feed them twice with nutes and then twice with plan water) I keep the p.h. around 6.1 to 6.6. Temps and humidity are in the perfect range I'm enjoying it while it last because spring and summer in VA makes it difficult to keep the humidity in check. All in all everything is going well for me and my ladies. I hope the same for all of you.
