This week I had to remove my red light (sad because red leds are the most efficient one in terms of pffd per wattage) the reason for that is bleaching of the tips. Scientists found out that cultivars start bleaching if u hit 600 umol/m2/s red light (just red photons and not every strain bleaches). Besides that I did nothing to them. From now on I will try to keep the temps low but with a pretty small day/night temp difference. Now preservation of terps and maturing are my points of interests. Some nice colours are getting through … that was supported by some nitrogen deficiency. This was Not on purpose but better than burning them with nutrients. (Nitrogen is required to produce chlorophyll, which is Green. If u reduce the nitrogen towards the end you can support other pigments to come through.) 86 days from seed in soil until chopped. Roughly 40g dry weight. I ended up pressing most of it into Live rosin, however I kept some in flower form to smoke. Personally, I'm not big into the scent or smell of this strain, but it stays true to it's sativa roots and everyone who has tried it has really enjoyed it. I'm not a big fan of this strain, purely based off the fact that my nose doesn't like the smell of this plant. It smells like chicked-peas (the stuff hummus is made from). It's very odd I know. However every one who has smoked it, including myself has enjoyed it. But if I'm picking and choosing, then this one would be near the bottom. I ended up turning a vast majority into live rosin and it is much, much better. Amazing for listening to music and cleaning the house👌

Woche 4 Die Laughing Buddha entwickelt sich weiterhin stabil und kompakt. Sattes Grün, gesunde Blattstruktur und ein schöner, gleichmäßiger Wuchs. Ich lasse sie aktuell bewusst in Ruhe wachsen, damit sie Kraft für die nächsten Schritte sammelt. Toppen ist in etwa 8–10 Tagen geplant – danach wird strukturiert trainiert. Wasser gibt’s weiterhin kontrolliert im Ring, sobald der Topf deutlich leichter wird.

Fattening and Stacking! 😍Ladies are doing great, no pests, no extreme weather. Noticed a slight potassium deficiency in #2, will correct at next feed. Only about two weeks or so left! 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Evening ladies and genitals, this week is amazingly better than the last few weeks. Reasons are: 1. i upgraded the fan in my grow tent. Its tall and oscillates. 2. I’ve figured out how to get the vapor from the humidifier directly into the tent as you can see in the video. As the extraction fan is running 24/7 it pulls in the air from the only open air intake hole pulling in the vapor. 3. I repotted from the teeny tiny pots into 2 litre pots with Sohum Living Soil. So I've upgraded the soil type. For a beginner like me this releases a lot of internal pressure from worrying about the nutrient deficiencies. With all that said the ladies have responded great. I’ve started to weigh each pot to guage how much water is being evaporated so i dont overwater. Some issues remain on the leaves from my previous overwatering but I’ve learnt that the damaged leaves will stay damaged. You can see the tips are hella bent in 1 pic at the ends. Hopefully it will be OK for the new leaves at least. I cut off damaged leaves on 2 of the girls but left the others. I want to see what happens when they are left to grow naturally and mindful of the fact that if defoliating at not the right intervals will stunt their growth . I will do LST but at the moment i cant cause they're not really big enough yet. Till next time, peace out. 420 right around the corner!

Die Babys haben die 10. Woche abgeschlossen und den Tag 71 erreicht. Die meisten Trichome waren Milchig, eher wenig Amber, ich wollte einfach mal die Wirkung testen und Sie nicht noch weiter reifen lassen, beim nächsten mal warte ich auf einen 20/80 mix. Geruch ist super, süß, Fruchtig, Creamy echt was besonderes. Die Ladys haben 5 h Dunkelheit vor der Ernte bekommen. Sind nun als ganze Pflanzen für die nächsten 10 Tage bei 18-20 C und 60 % RH am trocknen, bevor Sie in die GrooveBags kommen.

Things have been going well as I continued to train the stretching girls to the side of the pots, bending and adding ties where needed. Pheno 1 started showing signs of over watering showing droopy leaves as well as what I think is either nitrogen, magnesium or iron deficiency. I'm leaning towards a iron deficiency since the yellowing is on the newest growth at the top. I think this was caused from giving her too much top amendments in her last feed causing a pH imbalance. What I would usually do is just give her a little flush if this is the case but instead I decided to repot her and the other Pheno into their last 19 litre/4 gallong pots as both were drinking pretty quick and I wanted to avoid over watering again. The rootballs looked beautiful when I transplanted them so I was pretty happy with their progress! This round I've ditched the coco as I had way too many issues with it in the past, including knats and PH issues. In this round I've gone with Biobizz light soil which I added some fish blood and bone, earthworm castings, bat guano and then watered with water and liquid seaweed. I love organic growing :). I do intend on using Coco again but I'll need to do some research on some trusted brands. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know! Pheno 2 is showing signs of recovery but I'd love the input from others about what the deficiency could be? I got my new bubblebags today which is making me want to flip to flower so I can get to harvesting and making some bubble but I'm going to be super patient this round. I want these girls to fill up as much of my 4 x4 tent space as possible. Until next week! ✌️

Another easy week, weather has been beautiful! Lot’s of ☀️. They have been very thirsty as a result, I was able to get three waterings in this week. Just keep bringing them in and out of their pop up greenhouse daily. Started to taper down some of the feeds, two plain oh waterings and one feed this week. I don’t really “flush” but I do taper down to just ph water for the last few feeds. Happy growing folks! 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

This week I ll water with just rain water for a couple of times. Maybe I ll give it another week of feed after but not sure yet. It will depend of how they go. Smell is really intense. Special Lime Haze smells herbal and cheese.

17.05. I don't have anything special to say, of course the weather is terrible... it's 6-7 at night, 15-16 during the day, so they're inside... the temperature inside is 20-21 during the day, at night from 15 to 17 when it's this cold... the plants were exactly 3 weeks old yesterday, today they entered the fourth week and most likely they will wait inside for the fifth week as well because the weather is terrible and there is no point in transplanting yet.
