I think it was related to being underfed or underwater. Midway through the week, they started to recover and grow taller. North is on the verge of flowering. I also lollipopped all plants to try and clear the lower region so it's easy to water and so the plants can focus growth on the important parts. Overall the AKs have been drinking up a storm (watering almost every day at this point), I'm trying to keep an eye out for overfeeding. I'm feeding every watering for now until I see issues pop up, then I'll slow down. Next week may be the week I start flower (guessing since these are autos). Day 42 (Jul 8) - Plants look the same as yesterday pretty much, AK1 & AK2 are doing less of the 'preparation droop'. The major yellow leaves are starting to crust off and it seems like the mid/upper leaves are not getting paler / translucent. A week on and I have transplanted the girls from the nursery to the 15l pots. My main girl is doing well with leaf development and is coming to the second node of growth. One of the mutations is looking a lot better now and has a better shape to it. The third is still on the wild side but again I’ll stick with it and see what I get.

Can't stress enough how blown away I am by these Lion Claw genetics. They've been vigorous as hell, and have been taking some VERY hot super soil in stride. Up to 29" tall. Exicted to see how much taller these get over the next few weeks, given they are only in 5-gallon pots.

Week 3! - day 21: Decided to top them Also this is my first time topping, please feel free to let me know if I do something wrong. -update on day 22: transplanted the one that was in the smallest pot, quite nice root system! -upd. day 26: I gave them 12 hours of darkness, thereby flowering phase is ON! :P

So I’m not worried about the main two seeds that look good hopefully they’re both females I’ll probably take a clone from the vigorously growing one as long as it’s fem. The fourth seed had MAJOR defects so I just threw it out. The third seed though has some sort of true leave defect, more than just the two main true leaves sprouted. The main stem also seemed to have sprouted out of itself as well, can be seen in the photos above; if anyone knows anything about this defect let me know if its even worth keeping around. Seeds are numbered in photo notes.

Man rocbudinc continues to impress me more and more with every plant I grow from him. His photoperiods are always my frostiest but I grew a few of his autos and they resembled photoperiods more than any other auto breeder out there. He chooses his cuts to breed with wisely I guess and his autos also grow bigger than most. These are killin it, started flushing the mac and purple candy paint yesterday 8 days shy of day 60. Took some pics saturday, I added in my slurroc keeper cuz it's been in all the videos and it's pretty.

In the last week the water was freshly mixed with Canna Flush and an Ec of 0.4 in order to completely use up the nutrients in the last few days 👍. You can see it on the beautiful autumn yellow leaves :-). Before harvesting, the lights were turned off completely for 48 hours. After everything was neatly trimmed by hand, the buds were put into the drying tent, where they are allowed to dry for the first 8-12 days at a humidity of 62% before they ferment with 62% boveda packs in jars. After another 3-4 weeks in the glasses, the 58% boveda packs come in for the final touch :-). Of course, the final update comes from the fermented end product 👍. Just flip these plants about 3 or 4 days ago. Had some bud trainers on the branches to get them down a little bit lower is this plant tends to stretch. We should see some nice Frosty buds in a few weeks . Stay tuned and tune in

This was an real easy plant to grow in my opinion. She didn't like to much nutrients. in week 4 i raised up the EC level to 1.4 and that was a bit to much for her had a little bit of tip burn and did go back to 1.0 EC. She was doing fine after that. after week 5 i slowly raised it up to max 1.4. She was a Strong plant with a few big side stalks and they are all very strong, i never had to have her supported, after week 6 you could really see she gained weight in her buds and she was looking great. Some nice buds with orange hairs in the end! In this grow i wanted to see what happened if i didn't defoiliate at all, but in her case i better had opened her up and gave the buds more light. I think then all buds had grown bigger. Next time i'm doing a lot more defoliation to compare. But that being said i think it is a beatifull plant with amazing buds and she smelled amazing. For one thing she is a bit hard to trim, i did first a quick haircut and removed all the big fan leaves, Then let her dry. It was a bit of a struggle to cut all the dry leaves between the hazy bud structure. Overal i think Dutch Passion has another great strain delivered and i can recommend it to everyone mostly because this is very strong and taste is awesome.

Chugging along. Much better fertilization rate than expected. All looking good up and down each branch. Almost all budsites are stacked with seeds even the lower ones Moved to different tent cuz original one was a damn mess with plant matter and whatnot on the floor. Only one that looks possibly behind us the PotG. I just think it’s a matter of not having seeds busting out the bracts quite like the others. she has been chopped. I went 60 days total in flower. I tried her but she was not ready to be smoked. she has been down for a few days as fastbuds recommended flower time was 62 days. I was going to wait but she really started to stink. real strong and pungent. so make sure your carbon filter is big enough for your space. any ways she grew out nice and real sticky. I was able to get some darker fades going. real fun. I will do a smoke update here soon and close this out.
