I have the light cranking at 80 percent intensity at this point and the buds are developing into some very nice frost nugs.The tallest plant seems to be the most advanced fan leaves have fade going.I’ll harvest these ladies at different dates.Also I added a combo of bud candy and Plagron green sensation for this weeks feeding to try and pack on some more weight

Week 8 saw the plant stack on some very nice starter buds. I can already see where the colas will stack and fill out to form lovely nuggets by the end of the run. They look to be dense already which is always a great sign! Weather here in OK has been vacillating between overcast rainy days and full sun not-a-cloud-in-the-sky weather so she has spent an equal amount of time under an HID as she did the sun since the last update. Usually she is outdoors from 11am to sundown and then I move her inside under the HID for night hours. She gets a four hour lights off in early morning before setting her back out in time to catch the noon sun. It seems to have worked pretty well splitting her time in this way and I feel a lot better about it than if I just let her spend 24/7 outside. I feel her auto genetics would not benefit from the extra dark time associated with a pure outdoor run. She already doesn't get full sun for the entirety of her time outside due to trees and other houses blocking sun during certain parts of the day. This seems to be a nice balance but I realize it doesn't qualify as a true outdoor run. Still doing daily checks for aphids and other undesirables as Oklahoma has lots of them that can devastate a plant in a matter of days if not monitored closely. I keep her a good distance from my other outdoor plants and she never touches the ground. So far so good. I did lollipop her toward the middle of this week and proceeded the next day with aggressive defoliation to open up light penetration to the rest of the mid-section. As always, the cultivar responded well to my interference. I am seeing some rusty spots on otherwise green leaves and some very light yellowing of the plant overall. I hit her with another dose of nutrients and some recharge to hopefully correct. Not sure what the rusty spots are; hoping just some pH flux that will be easy to correct. The Holidays caused a little headache this past week. Was a few hours late on water schedule due to holiday commitments. Found the middle plant had sucked all the water out and went into underwater stage. A few of the giant fan leaves took a hit, but not too bad. Didn't change anything other than water schedule to every day now and the leaves had no further damage/discoloration. All leaves still praying and doing good. Trichromes starting to pick up on all the plants now. Had a situation in my other tent with a plant that shouldn't have been saved, that i saved, and seems to have slightly hermied and I didn't catch it. Not terrible, as out of a 6 oz plant, I found 42 seeds. Hoping that tent doesn't effect this room, but it's possible it has. Just gonna ride it out now and see how it goes.

It was such a nice experience for me with this strain, first time ever growing her, she had a little bit of long internodes and thought she wasn't gonna be very productive, however the nuggets are so so hard and compact and the quality is just brutal, doesn't even look like she's s been outdoor grown, I love this strain for the rare strong smell like very sweet and floral with that strange diesel notes mix the sweet tones, I would love be growing her my whole life, I definitely will keep growing this lady FOR SURE!. thank you so much and hope you guys enjoy! 💎🙏🔝💚

These plants are finally stable! I've stabilizrd the temperature and humidity. They appear a week behind where they should be. Two of the Candida plants look severely stunted in their growth. This is likely due to early novice mistakes. (The Candida plants are in the 10gallon Rhizopots). The two auto Sour Diesel's are strong and healthy. The Charlotte's Angel auto is doing quite well.

Welcome to Week 1 of the Sweet Seeds Gorilla Girl XL Autoflowering grow courtesy of the fine folks at Sweet Seeds! This is the second of three consecutive grows/diaries that I am doing to showcase the tried and tested genetics from this reputable seed breeder. My last grow was a smashing success so I have high hopes for this grow as well. Nothing much to report for Week #1 although I will mention that the first watering was only 0.7 of a litre per plant (0.18 of a litre per plant per day) and the second was 1.4 litres per plant (0.35 of a litre per plant per day). I am watering on my usual schedule of every fourth day as this seems to be the sweet spot throughout past grows. I am using the usual- air bubbled tap water that is PH’d to around 6.0 and if need be (over the winter months in Canada) warmed to 68-70 degrees prior to hand watering with a small watering can. The seedling that lost one of it’s cotyledon leaves is fine but still a little smaller than her sisters. So now on to Mom’s tip of the week… Mom’s Tip for Week #1 is- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR- QUALITY IS KEY!… When considering growing Cannabis, even on a small scale, quality is an important factor in all aspects from the seeds to set up to the supplies used throughout the grow. Starting with seeds from a established breeder will raise the odds considerably in your favour for a successful outcome. Many seed companies are more than willing to ship out freebies while building up their brands which seems attractive to new growers- but use at your own risk! There’s nothing worse than being halfway through a grow and discovering male flowers tucked in amongst the lowest branches or realizing that your beautiful buds have been mysteriously pollinated just weeks before harvest. I know that seeds from a reputable seed breeder are usually more expensive and can be hard to access in certain parts of the world. But purchasing quality seeds from a reputable seed company is the first step towards homegrown Cannabis success. An area that new growers often overlook due to the high price is the quality of crucial components in their set up- including tent, lights, and intake/exhaust fans. Anyone can get away with cheaper pots, oscillating corner fans, water pumps for dechlorination, etc but it’s worth every penny investing into the workhorses of your entire operation. An initial investment of around two thousand dollars will provide serious growers with the longevity and hassle free basics needed. If done right, quality components will pay for themselves within the first 6-12 months of use and continue to serve your needs for 3-5 years to come. Supplies used throughout the grow are the final area where quality is important but somewhat subjective too. Although I’ve already stated that I don’t feel the need to spend big dollars on all the extras (pots, oscillating fans, water pumps for dechlorination, PH/moisture meters, etc- I do believe in doing my homework to make sure that I’m getting the best bang for my buck. I thoroughly research every item purchased and used in my grows by reading customer reviews, speaking with other growers and sometimes even trial and error at my own expense. Making quality an important factor in all aspects of Cannabis cultivation will benefit you, your grows and the planet we live on. 🌳🌎🌳

hi everyone , the finaly start to flower properly :) still a lot slower than indoors but they´ll get there xD ... it definitively smells nice now 😍 hope the weather will stay as dry as possible for the next two month 😅 but probably it wont 😁 we will see how they´ll do happy growing and till next week 😇

To be honest overall this strain done good so as the others. Reflecting back on how i started with just a tent and light, and slowly buying the fans and filters whiles the plants were growing. But i did want these plants to grow naturally without topping and Low Stress Training. I regret not removing the lower branches becuase i did get alot of small airy buds down there. But it was all trial and error. All i done was remove some fan leaves when good to do so every now and then. Not on a mad level tho, i did have alot of sugar leaves which i will be making some stuff with! At veg the plants had deficiencies due to out of date Biobizz bottles. But that got sorted with the magic of Algimac and Calmag. Overall Next time I will definitely train the plants and maybe top a few. Final Yield: Plant #1 21.88 Grams Plant #2 33.36 Grams Plant #3 56.06 Grams Which yield exactly 110 grams! Ounces come out very fat with these light buds Not bad for the conditions they were brought up in, and with no training! Thanks for everyone who has followed this diary throught out the journey! First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps.
