Day 70: She now starts to develop her buds. Ill keep the feed constant and let her dry out a bit between waterings. Day 74: She developed some brown spots. Flushed and gave her a new feed. Dont now whats going on here. Hopefully it stops and don't progress further.

1/12: impatiently waiting for lemon auto to finish up. Still not sure what the northern lights is trying to do, but..the little buds are slowly growing. S l o w l y... 1/14: things are getting out of hand in here. Northern lights is bushy AF again but the budlets appear to be increasing in size. Lemon is getting closer every day. Looks like I've got milky trichomes and the pistils are darkening. Still a bit early, but I'd be lying if I wasn't anxious for the space.. 1/15: I've accepted that I have at least a week ish left on Lemon auto,but she's getting there! I did some rather risky defoliation on northern lights and holy shit, she's got potential. I'm hoping she's just a slow grower and those buds will really fatten up! Perhaps lemon is just a really fast growing plant? I've also decided that since space is limited, my best bet is to probably rotate the plants every other day to allow all bid sites an opportunity for direct light. I'm reigning myself in. Once lemon auto is harvested I need to NOT immediately plant another. I've got some mephosito seeds I want to get going, but I've learned my lesson. This tent fits two 5 gallon mature plants... Uncomfortably. Three is too many 😂 1/17: wondering if northern lights has is it her to fatten up. Gave her a good flush &feed. Popcorn buds or not, I'm invested (#forscience). Lemon auto is still finishing up. Can't get good enough pics with phone to see trichomes. Clearly, I have a minimum of a week left, but I got a digital microscope so I can keep track! We are on week two of flowering and the ladies are loving it .. we defoliated and pulled some branches around increasing air movement and light penetration.. The cheese has been a little picky .. lighter on the nutes and doesn't like training very well..The team @seedsmen seeds have bomb genetics and I can't wait to stArt my next seedsman diary sooo good ..keep an eye out for week three ..

This report covers the previous gap week and current observations. • One pollen-producing plant has started releasing pollen. • Pollen is being actively collected for future controlled pollination. • Preliminary trials of pollination have begun, though it is still early for reliable seed set. Structural management and canopy maintenance were performed according to standard protocols. The population remains under close observation to maximize genetic diversity for the seed run.

Finallyin the first week of flowering! Branches are alternating which is a great sign. I feel like such an idiot, I tripped over the fans extension cord last night at lights out and the tower fan fell on D.D. #1 but the other two were untouched. I used vasoline to cover her wounds from infection. Hopefully it wasnt enough stress to turn her hermie!

The plant is growing at a great rate, unfortunately there are still no signs of flower growth. Trying to remain patient, going to give it a few more weeks and if there’s nothing growing I’m going to pull it.

I also did a Trichome check today things are moving along nicely. 6/7/2023 Week 9- Day 2 of Flower (Day 125 overall) I admit it I couldn't help it there were some blatant offender leaves blocking the light from some of the canopy buds so they had to go..... and when I took them I found a few more in between leaves that had to go.. so long story short some defoliation did happen.. :-) 6/8/2023 Week 9- Day 3 of Flower (Day 126 overall) Auto pilot re-engaged.. I sat back took some photos and just enjoyed how beautiful this light side and dark side thing the plants are doing The buds are almost as long as my Sharpie. Straw-Lectric Lemonade-STRNG Seed W18 F9 3/8-14 Harvest week 3/9 Straw-Lectric Lemonades are in the closet hanging to dry. With summer temperatures outside this week, the humidity in the garage was over 75% and the temps in the garage were in the mid-70s. I did not want mold after all this work. In the closet with the air conditioner running and the door closed, I can achieve 54-60%rh and temps of 66-74F. The SLL were #1 37’,’ #2 56” tall and 4 inches from the lights and #1 overshadowed by the Cadillacs. I flushed 3x with flawless finish before harvest. I used 577 wet trim of all 6 plants in the strawberry collection in bubble hash. I was in awe as the bagged leaves swirled in the washing machine, the water was Kool-Aid red and later was a deep wine red. The strawberries show their true colors. The larger buds are dense and weigh about 3g each. These were harvested on 3/9 and dried for 2 weeks dry weights taken on 3/27. Straw-Lectric Lemonade 1 350g wet 41g dry Straw-Lectric Lemonade 2 338g wet 36g dry. This totals 77 grams or 2.75 ounces. The yield is like my previous auto harvests. For a photo period strain I think the yield would have been larger per plant given their size. The taller Cadillacs overshadowed these as they were pushed to one side. The smaller harvest and more water usage is confirming my preference for growing autoflowers since the harvest is about the same size but is finished in 8-10 weeks seed to harvest rather than 18-20 or more.
