Hi growmies, this week the twins were not getting any sunlight at all so they had to keep each other warm in their clubhouse😸 now they are on my gardentable. to catch the few sunrays .. Peeking through the clouds.. One in 11 litr pot is 43cm 5L pot is 69 cm 5L- strechting like a beast.. she still looks like a big freak with her deformed leaves but i feel all she needs is just a few days of good sunlight (she is a bit 'droopy') and she will make buds like a beast.. i feel it could go either way or she will be a big bust or shes gonna make the biggest buds ever! 11 l pot stands strong and trying to take care of the hedgehogs as good as possible has bigger trunck and is much more sturdy.. she wil not dissapoint😎👌 They are getting a little bit attacked by spiders and spidermites in their clubhouse.. but thats no biggy few snails too.. but they are big enough to not get bothered by them and usually i catch them in their tracks (both, the spiders and the snails ;)) ihave only found one 'lil snail in my cheese..but have done no harm, just dazed from the cheese smell i think 😎👌 think gonna put some copper tape around the pot, just to be sure no snail invasion comes becouse it is so rainy.. but im just glad there are no caterpillers (yet) they can really munch on the plants! see ya next week with another episode of the Cheese Twins Chronicles hopefully in full sunlight! happy growing for all✊

February 20, 2019 update: Pretty much just waiting to be ready for harvest. Everything is moving along nicely at this point. Planning on feeding until the end of February, then starting a 2 week flush with most of the plants going in the flower room now, but I may let the Cookies & Cream go a little longer. Fed MegaCrop, Cal+Mag Pro and Mammoth P this week. I've used up the last of my Mammoth P at this point. It will be MegaCrop & Cal+Mag Pro only until flush. All pics were taken with the lights on. I tried color correcting the best I could, but the pics really don't represent the actual colors very well. Usually I try to get some pics with the lights off also, but I was not able to do that last week. I'll make sure to get some better pics next time. 👍

Harvested on day 88. The plant had a really strong smell, and I ran into some issues during drying because the temperature dropped, and humidity went up a lot. It dried over 16 days, turned out nice and dense, and kept its sweet, citrusy aroma.

5/27 curious to see where this week ends up at 5/29 the one plant indoors is packing on weight. The one I put outside to finish (possibly stupid) seems to be maturing faster but bulking slower. She's seemed healthy this whole time. Not even a burnt leaf tip 5/31 attempting to take pictures in different lighting to get a better idea for yall viewers

Hallo Ihr lieben 💚 Woche 2. hat bekommen, die Damen wurden in Ihre 20l Töpfe umgezogen und haben inzwischen wieder Fuß gefasst. Bald werden die kleinen getoppt und dann wird es auch endlich wieder etwas spannender. Ich finde die ersten Wochen vergehen immer sehr langsam. Genießt das tolle Wetter und habt einen guten Start ins Wochenende. ☀️

They are moving quickly these days! I’m using FF nutrients, then just water, then a mixture of molasses, recharge, and epsom salt, and then water again. Not sure if I’m overdoing it but they seem happy.

Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 97grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I'm really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I've gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I'm incredibly proud of my first results! The Slurricane IX is a beast of a plant to grow, the growth is quick and quite bushy. I would advise to train these plants SCROG..or something.. the stretch is just crazy..im gona say prepare for a 200% + stretch. Thy will easily get out of of control if not managed well. Pest resistance is good, i did not have any bug problems, but i did have a small WPM issue, but it was very crowded in there. Sorted it out by defoliation and a treatment of hydrogen peroxide took care of the problem. Very thirsty plants, at there peak, 9 plants was drinking 110L a week. Very stong smelling plants. Extremely dense flowers covered in a sluricane of trichomes. Harvest of the plant is quite easy, not a very bushy cola..so its a easy trim. Overall a great genetic to grow and a beautiful plants in itself. @InHouseGenetics .. superb. Thank you guys so much for giving us the privilege to grow such amazing genetics. Keep up the great work. (9th feb) So these girls are now entering week 5 and with small space comes challenges as these girls have really started too lift off growth wise as you can see 2 of the girls icc are tall and the remaining shorter girls are toronjaz all happy and healthy... still no defoliation I have chosen not too took these girls only a topping and leaf tuck here & there and wow they are loving life under aptus nutrients 🌱 They are thriving into this week where I will be tucking a few more leaves before flip in roughly a week or so time 🙏 Finally grow diaries has let me update with images and videos and I'll be updating my fastbuds diary tomorow too These girls are sailing through each week and I'm really happy using aptus nutrients I have topped 1/2 and all have responded great under aptus nutrients which I'm really loving using atm. These girls will have another 2 weeks untill flip too 12 hours light but these aptus fed girls I expect too boom in flower 😍😅 We shall deal with that issue when it arrives 🤣 Happy growing! 💚

Moved the tents outta here 😂 switched some ventilation up and added two more dumps, I need to get more fans down here lol these girls look great all day every day, can't wait to see how it goes! They are all loving life, smaller clones have even had an awesome rebound the last few days since they got topped so that's cool. This week went great, started out stripping and topping everywhere I could and ended with beautiful roots going up to three fallon pots, gave a nice full watering to all of the and will see how they drydown tomorrow, I'm gonna guess they won't want water until the day after, I want them to really reach out into their new pots.

Despite the deficincies I'm still happy with the result! I used Coco/perlite as medium and found some deficincies in the very beginning and at the. For a next grow I would probably add worm castings and silicium flash for a better start. Place the tabs in a bit later so they last the entire grow. Use orgatrex and bactrex more throughout the grow. Update after drying: End result is 31 grams of small and fluffy buds. Not my best result and most likely caused by the deficincies early on in the grow. Smell and look are all right. Waiting some more for curing before I will taste them.
