This girl is exploding in the last weeks. The buds are getting so thick finally and our expectations for harvest are getting better than last week. We are not feeding her a lot as we already want her to suck up everything the soil already has. 👇 The weather here is also pretty humid, she is not showing signs of water lack. I would love to hear from anyone opinions on the maturation point. Starting week 3 today, with a challenge ahead with this little bad girl! It seems to be a lack of Nitrogen, and I'm pretty afraid of burning the plant. I'm feeding the plant once each two days, with Seaweed Tonic, 150ml with the suggested dilution from the bottle. Now I have also a bottle of Canna Terra Vega, with NPKS 3-0-3-0. Is it a good idea to start feeding the plant, with also this nutrient? The soil is a mixture of 80% organic soil + 20% of coco coir. Could be a lack of nutrients from the soil? What is the best agenda to follow with nutrients? (: Cheers!! UPDATE (17/02 - Day 17): based on the suggestions made by many members, I've tried to gather the best of all and decided to make some moves in an effort to save this plant, and to avoid the same situation to the other 2 plants: #1 - Lifted the LED panel to double of the height, so the distance to the plants went from 50cm to 100cm #2 - This change with the distance from LED panel helped to low down the highest temperature achieved during the day from 27.5°C to 24°C #3 - Since day 15, the plants haven't been watered, in a move to try to dry a little bit the soil, once I was watering every day with something close to 250ml a day. Now I'll return with water in a few days, while I wait for some signals from the plants that they are needing water #4 - Pushed forward the idea to start feeding them this week, and maybe I give just a little bit of seaweed solution to root development when I come back with watering. Hope it works fine!

Week 3 flowering (a week is 5 days) Both plants begin to seriously flower with some early trichomes on leaves and buds. It seems that Gori is quite in a more advanced status compared to Rilla. I also changed the nutrients compositions following the 3rd week Advanced Nutrients for coco professional program (I calculated EC of every single nutrient and made a custom dosage program for every week according to a more realistic EC value - check nutrients in my diary). Plants are doing well, leaves are beautifully green without signs of nutrients burns, excess or deficiencies. They are watered every day in the morning with fertilized water. Every day I also correct the training of the branches, removing unwanted popcorn/bottom growth and removing leaves that covers buds and leaves that don’t perform well (i.e.: leaves at the bottom that will not take light). 🌱

The grow cycle went smoothly, I did not update this diary as much as before, because I realised that I enjoy more the whole growing process than the documentation part.

The plant grows at fast speed with no issues. I keep defoliating once/twice a week and the foliage is always fast in growing back and branches too. I adapt LST daily to make sure light reaches all of the buds that are now clearly visible and more and less evenly distributed. I could not have the main one at the same height because it is too close to the border of the vase. I am not sure why the ph of the soil is around 7/7.5 while before watering i always regulate the ph to be 6.4/6.5 and the soil itself is 6.5 by default. What are the factors that increase the ph?

The third week of flowering.

Some leaves starting yellowing and dying as plant is focusing on bud growth. Decided to run some defoliation techniques to allow nutrients to not be wasted. Didn’t want to stress the plant too much as I did this earlier and don’t want to cause any hermies will monitor and feed regularly

This week, the buds started slowly fattening up, showing lots of trichomes and smell nice like fresh mango. Watering got more frequent, about once in a couple days.

Amazing strain, very easy to grow and hope to do do more Royal gorilla auto in the future and see what else RQS have to offer. Absolutely solid buds and potent asf. Taste is 9/10. thc I would say 20%+. I also used terpinator in weeks 7 and 8 at a rate of 4ml/l which I didn't list in my diary. I'm sure this contributed to the density of the buds. I will use terpinator alongside advanced nutritions range for all future plants.

All in all i had no problems when growing, except for the heavy mold infestation in all the main flowers at the end of the grow, a great pity, as half of the total weight had to be thrown away. And yes, there are 3 plants wrapped inside each other :D I will definitely grow them again.

July 7 start of week 9 first week of transition to flowering. July 8th I sprayed some (FSW) fermented sea water with (FPJ) fermented plant juice and (LABS)lactic acid bacteria as a foliage spray. Sprayed 2 hours before the lights came on. July 9th the girls loved the spray I made for them on the 8th July 12th I sprayed with WS-CAPO water soluble calcium potassium Foliage spray.
