Tuesday update Ok so the plants are on a 12/12 cycle now and have been for about a week but I’m not counting it at a flowering weed until I. See pre-flowers at least. I’m surprised they hadn’t really reached sexual maturity by the time I flipped but it’s all good. They are getting to a very respectable size now - more so than that, they all have a really decent amount of growth nodes and are growing outwards more than upwards because of how I have topped, defoliated and got rid of the crap lateral branches at the bottom that don’t do anything. I was actually really amazed at how compact and scraggly they were at the bottoms of the stems when I came back and checked them today. They look much more bushy and straggly than the autos I have grown. I would say there is more need to have lolipopped and topped and stuff than with autos. If you really want you can just leave autos to get on with it and they don’t go TOO bushy at the base where as these really needed a tidy up. I do see a couple of pistols now which is starting to stop my worries about their sexual maturity and time management. With photos are you supposed to veg until you see them pre-flower? Or do they only show pre-flowers once you flip?

The week started with spider mites. I saw them on the frosted guava and decided to take all of my plants outside to separate them a little even if the temperatures dropped under 10 degrees Celsius. Also I found a cockchafer in the room which had obviously time to spread his eggs. After I did this, the amount of spider mites reduced. I ordered some predatory mites and nematodes which I will use as soon as the will arrive. 11.06 I watered the plants with 150+150+150 ml pure water. It’s the last bottled water. From here the plants will get only tap water. 14.06 released the nematodes with around 1-1,2L for each plant. 15.06 released the predatory mites on a wet kitchen paper towel 16.06 LST Frosted Guava

Pictures are from Day 91. Top Gun 2 is coming to the finish line, the whole tent reeks and starting to see good amounts of amber, although the buds aren’t as solid as I was hoping for. I could harvest as soon as today. This grow has been another great experience of learning about these awesome plants. Le agrego Rootbastic para una mejora de las raíces. 🔹Sigo pulverizando las plantas con una EC de 400ml, con acti-vera y Rootbastic. Van de miedo, sin quemaduras ni signos de alguna carencia. 🔹Le incorporo al armario un higrostrato, que va conectado al extractor y al humificador que también incorporo para mejorar las condiciones del cultivo. Día 16: 🔹Pulverizo las plantas 2,3 veces al día con Rootbastic a 0,1ml/ y Acti-vera BioBizz a 1ml/l Día 17: 🔹Riego según la tabla de nutrientes con una EC de 1000ms y pulverizo las plantas cuando se despiertan con enraizante y una EC de 300 Día 18: Aplico foliarmente 2/3 veces al día una solución de Rootbastic a 0,1ml x litro. Día 19: 🔹Trasplante a maceta definitiva de 11 litros 🔹Aplico Special THC Plus foliarmente en base mínima establecida por el fabricante, ya que en unos 10 días aprox. la pasaré a floración. 🔹Riego con una solución suave de abonos EC de 900 y un pH de 6.2 Día 20: 🔹Aplico foliarmente 2 veces al día una solución de Rootbastic a 0,2ml x litro. 🔹Aplicación tierra de diatomeas en las nuevas macetas para evitar futuras plagas. This cycle was all along a great pleasure. The plants developed MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, the result under the Q6W-Gen. 2 LED lamps from SANlight is FANTASTIC. I have NEVER harvested more from plants of the same strain under HPS and the quality of the bud (trichomes, taste aroma) is MUCH BETTER when grown under LED, my decision is definitely made, I will continue to solemnly grow with LED-lights in the future. I harvested 2250 gram of Shiva Skunk and 3009 gram of Serious Kush, that a total amount of 5259 gram. In relation to the 3000 Watts (incl. dimmed part!) power of the LED-lights thats an AMAZING 1,753 gram per Watt.

They stretched like crazy, I think I raised my light too quickly, hoping it doesn’t hurt yield too much

Welcome to week 7 growmies! She’s doing great in her second week of flowering! She is still stretching and got a bigger defoliation at the end of week 6. For the start she’s getting only ph regulated water from top and some nutrients from bottom. There a little signs on the leaf tip why I skip nutrients for one watering cycle. On mid of week 7 she’s still stretching and first orange pistils shown up. On weekend she’s getting another defloration and another round of nutrients. We are finishing week 7 shortly! She was defoliated once again to ensure more light density in lower conopy. She’s doing still great and she’s not showing any signs of stress or leak of nutrients. It seems that she’s also stopped stretching. Looking forward to the next weeks!

Who knew managing 3 phenos would be this hard! Lol CSK 1 (Far left) - This plant was doing fine until I checked the PPM and it was at 2300 😳 - I’m going to skip nutes for 1 week to see if it drops. CSK 2 (Middle) - This plant has the slowest uptake of all three plants! However, I did test its PPM at 1900. I will skip nutes for 1 week and see if it drops. CSK 3 (Far Right) - This plant is the second fastest uptake and was tested at 980 PPM so this is a fairly hungry plant. I noticed the leaves on this plant appears yellow. I suspect this might be Nitrogen + Potassium deficiency. I will only water this plant with those specific nutrients this week at a low dose. Additional, I added another 3k LED for supplement lighting. Tested the PPD and lowered the light intensity. To minimize the loss in heat, I increased the height of the LED lights.

Everything going well c02 bags shoud activate soon so with fans being able to run so low because of the led's I expect bags to be a winner got co2 kit ram controller was going to wait till next run which will be sealed but might give it a try as fans running so low (Any comments friends?)

Die Blüten schwellen immer mehr an und ein starker Geruch liegt im Raum. Um die Temperatur von teilweise 31°C zu verringern habe ich einen zweiten Mini-Ventilator oben im Zelt angebracht, wodurch warme Ablift der Lampe abgezogen wird. Da ich eine sativalastige Wirkung möchte und meiner Beobachtung zu Folge etwa 85% der Trichome bereits milchig sind, werde ich 7 Tagen ernten, was insgesamt 70 Tage von Keimung bis Ernte entspricht.

I decided to top her at the beginning of week 3 and she did super well! More than happy with all the extra growth I got from doing the Topping. Just debating on doing some lead stripping on it to allow more light into the bottom and center of the plant

Another successful week plants aren't dead. Did some more defoliation this week to allow light to penetrate the smaller colas at the bottom of the canopy, still haven't found a feeding schedule that works for me, going to cut my feedings in half next week because I'm starting to see some minor nute burn on the leaf tips. Good week though I'm pleased with it onto week 10/week 5 of flower!
