It’s a bit sad to realize that "Autumn" has officially arrived. The trichomes have gone cloudy, the leaves are fading, and I’m out here wiping away a tear. This girl, whom I’ve been spending every day with for almost half a year, is finally wrapping up her cycle. Well, it’s been a beautiful ride, and Think Fast proved to be an incredibly strong and resilient strain. I’ll break down my full thoughts and review of the genetics during harvest week. 📆 Week 13, 4-10 April 2024 4-10 April - Let the plant grow and observed, assessing maturity. 📑 Buds have fattened up and matured. The trichome head colors are 80% milky, 10+% amber, and about 10% clear. All but a few pistil hairs are brown. She has a strong, sweet earth, gassy, berry scent. The plan now is to flush with RO water for a few days leaving lights on the same 12/12hrs schedule but turning power the down to 50% to help cool down the grow just before the cut. From what I understand putting plants in darkness may not be necessary according to a recent suggestion by Dr Bruce Bugbee. This practice he claims halts all plant activity without light. So I’m doing my own comparisons over the next few harvests. It will not hurt/gain much either way. Auto looks done. Pakistan Valleys look almost done. Candy may need another couple weeks. What do u think i should do guys? Should i wait and harvest all together? Or harvest the auto now, then the kush and lastly the Candy? What's the best way. Also i had been planning to dry them all in my tent. If I do a staggered harvest, i have to build a box or empty out a closet to try and dry them in 😫

After my experience with the Amnesia Haze https://growdiaries.com/diaries/256489-fast-buds-amnesia-haze-auto-grow-journal-by-hinterhofgrower#weeks/1485085, I'm adding some Dolomite Lime to the soil as a preventative measure to avoid the CalMag problem. I watered the dolomite lime into the soil with 2 liters of 2ml/liter Supermix, also to give the upper roots more NPK. What she can draw from the reservoir through capillary action doesn't seem to be enough yet. As an Indica dominant, I didn't top her but removed the bottom two branches and try to keep the central branch under control by removing leaves. In total, I now have 5 main branches.

We decided on Pineapple Express (by Grower's Choice) as our summer strain this year, we veg anything going outside under 16hrs ..We only get 15hrs at peak light(Far North/East, Canadian border) and this prevents any pre-flowering and possible revegging downtime. We're going to flower 4 plants indoors ASAP (to ensure we don't run out )and bring 3 out to the field in about 2-2.5 months...

Fantastic thc production and buds nicely developed, swapped out the shogun boost for the bud xl which I like to do for the last week before flush. Dropped EC down to 1.1-1.2 as they are in the final stages of flowering. Only issue is I regret getting rid of one of the phenos so may try and take a clone from a small flower to save it.

girl, from the beginning she was watered with water from the tap, the value of which is almost 350ppm. and a lot of lime, which prevents me from growing it bigger, but I'm happy with the result :) it's a small pot and only 50 w :) the flowers look very beautiful and sticky :) super ​
