This is the 8th week. Thursday will be 9 weeks of 12/12. Some trichs are amber. They just added a good bunch of girth over the past few days, but most of the pistils are red now. The rest of them have been dropping leaves consistenly but the canopy remains full so they must be putting out more leaves. I just flushed to 80% runoff and found out that I had 1200ppm. I just got an ec meter but my last reading said closer to 600 so idk what happened there. I flushed until I had runoff ppm of about 150. Now they're back in the grow tent. I don't want to keep assaulting them with my microscope. I think they're ready. Just gonna let them settle another day or two to dry out a bit. I took one small branch off the small Wedding Cake plant on Thursday and I've just been watching it dry on my counter. It's been 5 days and the stem snaps but still leaves a fiber connecting. I put it into a small jar with a 64RH thing. I just want to try it. It already smells amazing. The leaves on the big CBD Blue Shark plant are going really yellow and some other colours are starting to come out as well. The buds all fattened up and got more frosty again. I was worried they were foxtailing but they got more calyxes underneath the peaks and have been making more of a pyramid shape. They're really close to peak. Harvest day will be March 17 or 18. March 17 1023pm chopped and hung after lights off all day. RH was 65% before I chopped and 50% after I closed the window and cut the plants off the saturated pots. I did a wet trim to prevent mold. The buds are sticky af. Gonna hang them to dry for 7-9 days before curing in jars :) March 18 : checked the RH when I woke up and it's chilling at 45% 😎 March 19 : just checked to see how they were drying. There are seeds in every plant. RIP I'll update when I put them in jars and again a few weeks later for final review. Overall it was a good grow despite the rocky start and a good introduction to the mainline technique and my new grow space. Next grow I should have everything pretty well dialed in. March 23 They were hanging for 3 days. Rh was around 45, then spiked to 65 overnight when I forgot to turn the fans back on. Temp was high at around 26.they felt wet after 2 days, and bone dry after 4 days. The stems still didn't snap but I put them in jars anyway. A day later, jar RH was 50%. I burped all the jars and there was a smell from the new jars. I took all the weed out, washed out the jars, and did a dry trim on the weed. One of the Wedding Cake plants must have gone hermie. I didn't see any bananas and didn't even realize there were seeds until the very end. The seed pods looked just like calyxes while the plants were growing. Many of the nugs are unusable. Under the sugar leaves are just layers and layers of seeds. Some weren't hit that badly. The CBD Blue Shark is much better off but still has some seeds. I'm trying to stay positive. It's a bit of a shock though. I'm anxious to try the finished product. If the flowers at least taste good and have a good effect, all is not lost.

Kicked the Critical Kush out to let the Lemon AK have the tent to itself to finish. Tall, strong, some yellow leaves think it might be a ph issue, flushing a bit and continuing to trim and monitor, it's not widespread and the plant is otherwise healthy. Did a little trim and LST on day 48 to help it take up the extra space that is suddenly available.

The anticipation for those luscious, aromatic buds is becoming palpable. Our TDS is maintaining a harmonious 390, and the pH, a symphony at 6.0. It's like hitting the sweet spot in a musical composition. The Autopot and the nutrients are working together in a synchronized dance for our Big Cheese Auto. The leaf-bending symphony continues, creating an even canopy that basks in the natural light. Defoliation is on the horizon, like a spring cleaning for our green sanctuary. Lot’s of LST and training this week! The girls did very well overall after being topped, and have recovered very nicely. I also finished up my drying my last harvest, so after a cleanup session, my big tent was ready to go again! This week was pretty easy, just watching the girls and adjusting the ties to keep the side branching going. I like to come in regularly and bend and twist the shoots between my fingers encouraging healthier stems. While I’m in there I’ll adjust the wire ties a bit to keep things even. After 2-3 days with the tie downs on, I’ll take them off and let the plant recover. With the environment dialled in at 79 degrees and 63% RH, it’s giving me a VPD of 1.0-1.1 , great for optimal growth. 💪 I think I am going to split the girls up, 4 (2 of eachin the one tent, 2 in my small tent, both with a Scrog in place. It won’t be long before these girls are ready for flower, October is a busy month for me so I may wait until the beginning of November to switch to flower light timing. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Good morning, weekly update time! Today is day 41 of flower, the fade has started but the ladies are still bulking up and putting on weight! Prob start checking trichs in ten -14 days or so but like I said weight is stil increasing and white pistils are still dominant. Last week they got their last dose of recharge tea, I’ll probably give them fish shit one more week! I also gave them one last fruit compost tea I made with apple, cucumber, kiwi, and banana peels! Here on out there isn’t much to do and it’s getting boring for me, I liked working with them topping and training etc but now I just check on them once a day. Day 48 Gelato - day 48 - Defoliation was done. The broken branch healed and sprouted new branches. She cannot boast much about his height. But it is very beautiful, I hope we will grow 50 centimeters in flowering 👌 Day 44 Peyote - The growth process continues unabated. I am waiting for the desired size. 8 days after flowering it didn't grow as much as I thought it would, so we went back to the growing season. 👽 Day 49 Peyote - I decided not to cut the leaves anymore after much defoliation. It easily tolerates strong stress easy to grow.

These plants are exciting! 🤩 (Today is day 22 (from sprout with green). We have two plants here. Both are G14’s. Plant #1 we topped on day 11. Plant #2 we are letting it ride out to see what it does, but with a bit of help from LSTraining. Plant #1 is measuring around 7.5 inches but that’s on an angle as pictured, next time I untie it to rearrange I’ll try to get another measurement. Plant #2 is around 5.5in. Both are just doing great and changing daily! Even from night to day we notice a difference! Both are receiving fox farm plant food and calmag each watering. I removed those super big fan leaves today so I’m hoping they do ok with that. 🤞🏼💪🏼🤩 As I’ve said in my other journals, I take a lot of pics lol. We're beyond excited to try out this new MarsHydro LED for our latest grow, the SP-3000 is INCREDIBLY bright!! ..I have never seen a light more appropriate for a 4x2 tent in my life, we (happily) replaced 3 "600 watt" blurple LEDs with this single rig ( something we've wanted for a very long time). There should be no issue achieving perfect coverage, corner to corner with this light. Its been years since we've flowered under LED ( and never one of this quality), we're a little bias towards HID/CMH, especially my hubby but I think this might just be the LED that changes our mind! We'll be growing Gelat OG Auto by Seedsman (we've heard amazing things) for our first grow under the SP-3000, all plants in 5gl fabric pots, Promix-B (25% perlite) on a 20/4hr cycle. We're starting with 4 plants but if they become unmanageable, we'll move one or 2 of the plants to another tent. We use a glass of water and a paper towel as our germination method. We soak seeds roughly 24hrs and then in a wet paper towel for another 12-24hrs, we average roughly a 90% success rate doing it this way... Starting to see the results from the LST now hopefully I still got a few weeks of veg left to fill the pots out some more. I'm watering every 3 days both are having 1.5liters each I'm following the bio bizz feed chart for soil they seem to be pretty happy at the mo! Girls are growing and showing really nicely for 3 weeks of flower. Smells now starting to eminate from both. The Sugarcane smells like passion fruit punch and the orange Velvet is still to complex to call but amazing nonetheless. Defoliated more. Didn't have a choice since the canopy was still so dense.
