This lady got cut on day 63, I am extremely impressed with how she turned out considering she got nothing but PHed water the entire grow! She is extremely sticky & frosty and has a unbelievable smell everytime you open the jar! Definitely one of my favorite strains I have grown so far can’t wait to see how she does using nutrients next grow! If you havnt already I highly recommend going to check out Doctors Choice seed bank for some fire genetics & all around great people! Thanks for following the grow & stay tuned for the Rock Machine & Doctors Choice #1 harvest coming soon! Happy growing friends!🌱✌️🏼🙏🏼

buds starting to get shape and trichs coming in nice. the blueberry muffin has such a unique berry pastry smell. no dank weed smell at all. the khalifa mintz x (bcc x jealousy) is still pretty gassy, with stronger fruit profiles on both strains now that the buds are starting to get fuller. update in a bother 2-3 weeks lol.

As week six comes to an end, plant one is looking really good, very bushy and lots of nodes growing. Where it was topped a week ago there is very healthy growth on the two new shoots and the stem is looking nice and fat, so have decided to start week seven with this plant in LST. As for plant two, that is starting to look much better. The roots have come out of the bottom of the pot and are crawling down the capilliary matting. They should reach the solution any day now. So for for now this plant is being fed on its own schedule. At least a couple of weeks away from LST though.

Harvesting my fist plant this week. I've read that stopping watering before harvest will increase resin production. You can see that most leafs on the bottom right plant turned yellow. Most of its trichomes are cloudy with a few amber ones here and there.

Germination: wet cotton pads in a zipper plastic bag. That's my third grow, got a much bigger 5x5 tent and a new LSD light. Reminder to myself: NEVER EVER try to grow seedlings in PEAT POTS! If they are covered by humidity domes - they are constantly moist and could get mold. If not covered - they suck all the moisture from the soil! Plus, peat is highly acidic: (pH 3.5-4.5) 26/10/22 A couple of seedlings almost died in 25C/60% conditions after not watering for 24 hours. Withered severly! Repotted immediately.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Wow the amount of growth over the last week have been staggering! Keeping the plants on the same strength feed as not nute burn or deficiency has been shown yet. HOWEVER I did notice some of them showing signs of sex!!!! I can’t tell yet so hopefully soon! Installed a filter in the tent with an actual exhaust fan instead of my pc fan pushing air out. The airflow seems great and it keeps temps nice and balanced Heater gets temp to 81° With the fan pulling air out slightly then the heater stops and the exhausts kicks up faster to pull air in until temps drop to 75° rinse and repeat. The runt is finally starting to grow lots now as well. And I have a short time lapse video that I’ll try and post in a bit! Noticing some mild weed smell now too, filters working as I don’t smell it outside only in the tent :) that makes me pretty happy lol

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. I like to flush. I find I have better tasting product when the curing is over if I flush. I gave the last of her food yesterday and will just water with water till the end. The buds look huge and they have some weight to them too. The smell is wonderful. Sweet vanilla with a hint of berries. I found some bud rot on one of the other plants in this greenhouse and got rid of it quickly. I try to do a quick sweep/search a couple of times a day now. There is some dense, heavy buds in here. I turned the fans up a bit to keep the air moving around the buds. I see some are lying down. Keep Growing Straight. Chuck.

Hello again, Growdiaries community! 😎 We have reached the end of the vegetative stage with my Critical, and I couldn't be happier with the results. This week has been entirely focused on preparing the 'engine' for the explosive flowering phase that begins this Sunday. 📏 Evolution & Structure: The plant is now 20 cm tall. After the intensive training last week, she has spent these days consolidating those 4 main colas. The canopy is perfectly flat, and the secondary shoots are receiving direct light thanks to a final strategic cleanup. ✂️ Applied Techniques: Selective Thinning: I performed a cleanup in the center of the plant. By removing internal leaves and small shoots that were shaded, I’ve guaranteed total light penetration and better air circulation around that massive fasciated stem. LST Maintenance: Adjusted the ties to keep the structure wide. No more topping from now on—I want those 4 heads to stretch vertically! 💧 Watering & Nutrition (The Big Jump): Volume: Increased to 1 Liter of water per session. Water Temperature: Always watering with lukewarm water (approx. 21°C) to avoid thermal shock, which is vital when growing in an outdoor terrace setup. Fertilizers: Stepped up the dose to 2 ml/L of Bio-Grow. The plant is responding with a deep, healthy green and zero signs of stress. 🌤️ Bunker Environment (Terrace Setup): Temperature: Stable at 27°C with lights ON. Even though external temperatures drop to 1-2°C, my 'closet-within-a-closet' system keeps the minimums at a safe 18-19°C. Lighting: My QBK1500PLUS (150W) is running at 100% in Veg mode, kept at a 60 cm distance to encourage that final pre-flowering stretch. Aroma: A very noticeable 'fresh green' scent fills the tent every time I open it! Next Step: This Sunday is the BIG DAY. I’m switching the timer to 12/12, activating the Bloom switch (adding the Red/IR spectrum), and getting ready for the legendary Critical stretch. The structure is ready, the nutrition is on point, and the bunker is prepared. Let the flowers come! 🌸 Thanks for following! Happy growing! 😉👍
