That's it, she got to the end of her life, at least the end of this part of her existence. She will now dry in a wine chiller, that I tried to repair and get both chambers to cool, which was more work than I anticipated, but I succeeded in the end. Now I can dry her at a steady temperature, not worrying about drying her too fast and losing too many terpenes, cannabinoids and all the other good stuff in the process. After drying, the buds get trimmed and put into Grove Bags into the wine chiller for curing. I'm very excited about this setup addition and very curious about the results.

Late to update this week. Was out of town and finally I found some time to update. I started giving them a healthy dose of KoolBloom to start finish this grow off. Temperature is getting higher and I wish I started these girls 2 weeks earlier, but hindsight is 420. I think these should be ready by week 9, so i’ll be looking at those trichomes at this stage of the grow. I like mine cloudy. What do you all prefer?

Gegen Ende der Woche starte ich langsam das Flushing

I had suspected that these wonderful young ladies would require more time to reach peak Harvest and i was correct. Allowing these the extra week has allowed for some excellent weight gain and additionally allowing for more Trics to form and start to change color. Using my mag glass i have determined that now is the time to start my pre harvest. I have removed some of the larger leaves allowing for more light to penetrate lower down the plant, this has now allowed the lower nugs to finish of and bulk up the best they can. I feel the Harvest of the Purple Queen is imminent however finding the right moment will be more tricky. As this is the last Flowering week update i will be posting on this Strain. I would just like to say a big thank you for everyone who has been following and adding likes along the way. This is the moment all LST fans around the world been waiting for… lol so week 3 is behind, seems I have some mess-ups with the watering, because I’m really confused about the amount and frequency of watering. the info i get from the internet is contradictory “dont overwater” vs “pour till it runs out”. Yesterday (day21) finally bought a fan to make them dance a bit, and overnight I noticed a visible reduction in stem movement, meaning they reacted with stronger rooting (I want to beleive 🤓). and today 25.09 (day22) I’ve performed LST. first thoughts were “not as easy as it seemed on youtube” but then got the hang of it. the biggest challenge is the soft pot having so much give and its hard to fix the wire in place. btw, used 2,5mm electrical wire, because couldn't find a thick gardening wire. No issues in the process. setting up a timelapse to see how the lst works out and a little “side project”. Always wanted to buy a plant of rosmary and grow it. I found an old aluminum milk(?) pot in the garbage the other day, so decided to make a pot out of it. turned out pretty nice, I think

Really struggled with temps this week it’s has been way to hot managed to get down a little but tbh it was a hard week never thought I would get this in Scotland with the majority of time being wet windy and cold. Tried everything to get temps down but the heat was everywhere😩 sooooooo what do ye all think ready or not

Prima volta che provo questa genetica mi ha sempre affascinato per la sua grandezza e forza nel crescere

She has been doing better then her sister ... pH issue as usual and over watering too , my tent is bigger and I've got the temperature dialed in was at 55 lows and 65 highs for a week which hurt the whole garden a lot .. glad things are better and once it's healthy next week hopefully I'll flip her over to flower and get this show moving along quicker .. thanks for stopping in canna family .. cheers

Plants were small as grown under a 100w led light but have produced some dense buds. Hoping that will achieve "1g per watt" 100g dry but not sure its likley. Will update once finished drying and weighin for cure.
