You can really see how the lights shine in comparison to my older ones. The brightness of the leds is next level and I can use their V1 spectrum from seed to harvest. Its a great balance of red and blue in a full spectrum light. The medic grow mini sun 2 is a all purpose light that I can see myself getting lots of use out of in the future. Plus they fit in my tent just as snug as my last ones and that's a big thing for me, I don't like dim corners. I am using the lights at 80% dim level. this will be raised to 100% when they enter flower :D First time useing lights I can dim. they also have an onboard timer attached to them, I will be playing aorund with this to see if its something I want to use in the coming weeks, I all ready have all the external timers so I can see how this is a useful tool for anyone starting off without them. On top of all this I also transplanted my plants into their final pots. they went from a .7-.8L to a 2gal or 7.5L, all the root balls on the plants where perfect, nice white roots, maybe a bit compacted for the size and might explain why I am having some issues with them but healthy none the less. I think they will not start to grow a bit better and I will see less issues moving forward. I still have yet to get a new PH pen but I am blindly guessing the PH by adding 2 drops of phosphoric acid ph down per 1gal of feed solution. it seems to be working out just fine. On day 1 the rez is at 6.2. The highest cola is 8.5" from the light. On day 2 the rez is at 6.2. The highest cola is 7.75" from the light. On day 3 the rez is at 6.1. The highest cola is 7.5" from the light. On day 4 the rez is at 6.3. The highest cola is 7.125" from the light. On day 5 the plants are smelling and doing well. On day 6 I changed out the rez and PH to 6.1. The highest cola is 7" from grow light stretch is deff slowing down and should be over shortly. My avg PPFD at canopy is around 800. On day 7 the rez ph is 6.0. The highest cola is still 7" away from light 😅 close but not too close in my small space.

Day 77. She’s soooo stinky. I’m impressed with her. I wasn’t all that stoked about the orange strain but she smells So good and look so nice she has exceeded my expectations for her. I’m excited to flush her out sooo and get her ready to smoke 🔥🔥🔥

Reduced Bloom A & B by 1ml per Litre due to rising EC levels at start of the week. She is filling out more and developing a very fruity aroma.

Beginning of week... So the ladies are beginning to stack pistils at the crowns.. The Mandarin Cookies has been stacking a little quicker.. Thicker.. They both are showing purple tips on the stiples.. Not the pistils or leaves.. The stiples.. ETHOS Cookies has been showing that for ever now.. The Mandarin Cookies has just started showing these purple tipped stiples.. Gorgeous plants.. Even tho Mandarin Cookies is super freakishly tall and stretchy.. And the ETHOS Cookies is basically a runt.. Doesn't want to make ANY stems.. But plenty of leaves lol.. She should be able to hold up some super fat colas pretty easily tho so that's awesome! I stopped using the Armor Si and the FloraGro.. As well as the MYCO Plus (powder) stuff.. Also going down on the FloraMicro.. Just basically using 1 tsp/gallon of the CALiMAGic, FloraMicro, FloraBloom, and Kushie Kush.. 30 drops/gallon of the Floralicous Plus (not sure if that's too much to be honest).. 2 tsp/gallon of the FloraNectar Fruit-N-Fusion and last but not least... 2 mL/gallon of Hydroguard... *phew*.. Damn that's alot.. But that's alot less then what I was giving these girls... They should do alot better.. Mid week... I have defoliated the ETHOS Cookies a bit more.. Mostly trying to make sure there is good airflow and no larfy producing branches in there.. She should produce some really nice colas with how short and stubby she is lol.. As for the Mandarin Cookies, I've just been supercropping the shit outta the really tall branches.. I've never supercropped a plant so much lol.. And I'm not good at it at all.. Most of the branches are split open, bruised.. Just very crappy looking.. It will heal, they always do 😂 I just hate hurting them like this.. Especially in flower.. But it's still pretty early in flower.. And the pistils are still exploding just as much as the non-supercropped branches.. I can't wait!!!... End of week.. Both girls are exploding with trichomes! I love these super frosted strains! The ETHOS Cookies seems to be stackin calyxes faster than the Mandarin Cookies.. I can tell the ETHOS Cookies is gonna stack some fat ass colas! The ETHOS Cookies runoff is doing good.. pH going in is 6.2 - 6.3 and runoff is usually 6.0 - 6.2.. Foliage is nice and green.. She may be nitrogen sensitive deeper into flower.. Maybe not.. We shall see.. As for the Mandarin Cookies.. Wow.. This girl is super tall.. She is also stackin calyxes, pistils and nicely. The runoff is still giving me issues but as far as I can tell, she is accepting it and making the best of what she has. Going in pH is 6.2 - 6.3.. Runoff is coming out 5.6 - 5.7.. It's bothering the shit outta me! Lol.. It doesn't seem to matter what pH I put in, it will ALWAYS runoff at 5.6 - 5.7 pH.. But like I said.. She is accepting it as long as I keep the "in" pH in my preferred range.. I usually keep the "going in" pH at 6.1 - 6.3 the ENTIRE grow.. I always get great results doing this.. Its best for Calcium uptake and Calcium is a huge issue when it comes to growing in coco coir.. Anyways.. Both ladies are doing great.. Both look gorgeous and healthy.. Oh yeah!! I like to rub the trichomes to get a little idea of what the terpenes are gonna be like.. And hoooooly shit.. ETHOS Cookies smells like nothing I've ever smelled before.. I can't even begin to explain it.. Literally.. And the Mandarin Cookies is starting to give off a nice citrusy scent.. I hope this carbon filter is able to scrub the air enough.. Cuz if these are anything like the Early Lemon Berry, then yeah, this carbon filter is gonna be put thru the ultimate test lol.. Anyways.. On to the next week!....

02.03.21 Anfang der 7 vegi Woche habe heute wieder einmal alles runter gebogen was ging und entblättert hab ja noch knapp 4 Wochen Zeit bis ich den Zyklus wechsle das scrog netz is bis jetzt nur zur Zierde drauf um abzuschätzen wie viel platz ich noch habe um das ganze rechtzeitig ein zu weben und trotzdem noch genug Luft zwischen Topf und netzt zu bekommen

So WHY is this auto taking so damn long to mature??? Is this normal? It's my first hydro grow, but my wife's soil grow started after mine (more than a week) + was grown in the exact same room .... but has been harvested over the past TWO weeks. Thoughts? Not much needed doing this week. Did a huge trim mid week that was posted to a mid week update in last week's diary entry. She didn't like it at first but then bounced back pretty well. I think I have a very slight touch of nutrient burn on some of the tips, but it could also be a touch dry as we're having a hard time keeping the room over 40% humidity as the outdoor temps here are stupid cold recently. Hoping to harvest in 2 weeks or so.. but could be longer. Urgh. She's a big, bountiful, heat-loving lady that's finally a under a bit of vegetative control... but apparently REALLY likes to take things slow.

We’re officially in the first week of flowering, and the stretch has already started! 🌿 The plant without LST has shot up quickly, growing tall and strong. However, I noticed a few rusty spots on the leaves, which might be a calcium or magnesium deficiency. To help, I’ve slightly increased the CalMag and Bloom nutrients for that plant. 🌱 Other than that, everything seems to be going well, and I’m happy with the overall progress. It’s exciting to see them enter this new phase, and I can’t wait to see how the buds begin to form! 😁✨

Observations: Midway through Week 4, the first white pistils became visible, marking the start of flowering. 🌸 Amnesia Skittlez looks compact and healthy, with a tight structure compared to the Apricot Autos. At this point, stretch is still limited, but expectations are high for the coming days. 🙂 No visible deficiencies or stress symptoms were observed. Training / Work Done: No training or defoliation was done. The plant was left untouched to transition smoothly into flowering. 🌱 Notes: Week 4 was a calm and stable transition phase.
