After three weeks in the solo cups I transplanted to 1 gallon pots and three days later I noticed yellowing on one of the plants so in 16oz of water I mixed in 1/4 tsp of Epsom salt and gave it to both plants in fear of magnesium deficiency but the other plant is thriving and growing strong. at the start of the week i was dealimg with bugs.. i gor rid of them with tje sesame and cinnamon.. cinnamon WILL burn your leaves if you leave too much on; they turn black and die... that being said im a sadist, so i then gave them a drink of stewed cucumber skins... they havent died.. ps.. forgot i gave them a distilled water feed at 2.3 early on in the week.. thought it wasn't happy. shall revert to 2 after a late week half strength 1/4 top 3/4 bottom feed at a slightly higher ph for the root dem Buds started to get legit this week..starting to get a frosty look now but decided to trim some of the shoddy bud sites regardless of being 20 days into flowering.. im away for a week. hopefully the setup will cope.. lights set to allow for movement.. fans will be on minimal.. and removed all other bug attracting tings. its been fun

Week 7 begins. Removed some dead leaves and big leaves that were blocking light to the lower parts of the plant. Buds are big, white and frosty! Very happy with the plants development up to this point.

These babies are as happy as can be, for real. I feel like since my first grow was ten plants all at once, that everything seems easier because of that. Cuz these girls look phenomenal.

The Ak2.0 are flowering up nice. Cycle nutrients seem to be feeding them nice. Girls are large, will give them more wattage next run. Cmd lights were just not cutting it. Will use the hid for vegging like I always did.

Day 60F The PM on the cheese has gotten significantly worse in the last few days. I think it may have something to do with the constant humidity spikes every time I water. I haven’t been running my humidifier at all in flower so maybe it’s having trouble keeping the RH up during lights on. Just another reason to follow a daily watering schedule. The cheese and slurricane look fucking disgusting and I’m starting to doubt that a peroxide wash can totally fix it. It worked well for my outdoor crop so it should be fine but this time there is probably 3x the amount. I’ll make sure to really soak the buds and rinse them off good. Bbb#1 is flopping over like crazy from the weight. Too late to stake it up now so hopefully it holds until next week. Starting to foxtail a bit but nothing too bad. It is now 100% done and ready for chop. Bbb#2 is just getting frostier and frostier by the day. The purple fade is really coming along nicely too. Might reveg. It is now 100% done and ready for harvest. Black garlic #1 is finally filling out! I can’t believe it. Never heard of a plant packing weight on like that in week 8. The breeder did mention that it packs on weight later but I’m stunned. Taking her to 9.5 weeks. Black garlic #2 is looking very average. Average color, average size buds, average frost, average smell, probably an average yield. And it’s starting to get a bit of PM. Overall not happy. Will be taking her to 9.5 weeks. Zkittlez #1 has pleasantly surprised me. It was a bushy runt in veg but came through. It’s the third frostiest in the tent, super dense, stacked tight, smells great and looks great. It’s already got a nice amount of amber so it’s 100% ready for chop. Slurricane #4 looks insanely frosty even under all that PM. If I can’t wash it off it’s going in the trash. I want to chop this asap but have to cut everything at once unfortunately. It’s 100% ready for harvest. Badazz OG cheese is looking like a decent yielder but doesn’t have much else going for it. I think it still has some filling out to do. I can’t even smell the final profile change yet. The leaves are rotting off very quickly. Taking her 9.5 weeks. I don’t mind harvesting a bit later rather than early. From my outdoor experience, when a plant is picked early it smells like hay and wet grass clippings until it’s been curing for 3 weeks. When I harvest late or at 30-50% amber trichomes it smells like same scent profile it had when growing. Just my experience. I’ve read that the tobacco industry adds calcium and potassium carbonate to their crops to help promote fire holding capacity and to increase the whiteness of ash. Turns out some of the organic amendments I bought last week contain exactly that. I’m going to give each plant a light top dress to see if the tobacco industry is onto something.

This week things seem to be progressing normally. Although not knowing what to expect, I can't say for sure, but no mishaps so far. I think they have stopped stretching, and are starting to get bigger buds, but that may be wishful thinking. Watching the time lapse I am noticing that during certain parts of the day, the leaves are drooping still. At first I manually turned on the pump for their nutrients when I saw the leaves starting to sag, which was generally when I got up in the morning, but then watching the video, I decided to start doing it earlier. After watching last weeks video, I decided to set the pump to go on even earlier, and now I think I might do earlier still, or even perhaps set it to run twice a day. Time will tell... literally.. 😃 As you can see, I dropped the amount of Medi One this week, and upped the Bloom formulation with no big change in the results that I can see, but they do look healthy with green leaves and no unusual tips.

F46 - Uploaded pics. Just trying to make it 9 1/2 weeks. F45 - Fed Jack about 1/3 of weeks nutrients. Other plants don't need anything. Uploaded pics. F44 - Watered all three plants with about 1/2 gallon each of rainwater. F42 - Reba I think is maintaining at this point. I removed some of the larger fan leaves from Reba and Jack. Soil is still moist on all three plants top and bottom. Wooo, kinky. Uploaded pics.

Been ghost for a little while but now I’m back. Been dealing with a lot of personal stuff but I've been maintaining my focus on this girl. She’s grown a lot in the past 4 weeks. Did some LST, topping, and some super cropping. Started her outside but brought her inside the tent because she was reaching her full potential. She’s doing great now! I’ve been fighting a fungus gnat infestation but I got it under control now. She’s in her 3rd week of flower and is moving along nicely.

UPDATE: Day 1 of week 14- Thursday 19th Nov!!!! Woop woop! We’re getting close, my magnifying lense arrived and I’ve got my first real good look at the trichomes.. All looking fairly cloudy with about 10-15% ambers coming through. So as we’re super close now I’ve now started flushing. Not doing a run off as have been using Biobizz soil & Nutes. First flush is done and girls are looking happy. One lady seems to have really heavy colas as she’s struggling to stand up straight. So I’ve staked her to keep her more upright. Think she may bring the best yield of all four girls as it stands so far. Final couple of weeks now, I can’t believe I’ve made it this far and really can’t wait to try my first home grown bud🍃 UPDATE: Day 2 of week 14 - Friday 20th Nov: Had to water them early as the girls were very dry after their first flush.. I on average water them every 48 hrs, but they were ready after 36. Already noticing some slight discolouration on the leaves 🍁... Glad I didn’t jump the gun and chop them this week after seeing some amber trichomes.. A bit more LST as they had stretched a little. I’m short on lamp to plant distance but noticed what looked like a little leaf burn on one of the tallest nugs. So did what I could to bring the height of them down just a little 👌 UPDATE: Day 4 of week 14 - Sun 22nd Nov: As soon as the lights went on today, more water seemed required at around 36hrs since the last flush. The girls seem to be loving it! Buds do seem to be fattening up a little more each day and I think one girl is slight more ahead than the others as she has mostly orange pistils compared to the other three.. Still need to see more amber trichomes on all four ladies before they’re ready! UPDATE: Day 5 of week 14 - Monday 23rd Nov: Small amount of LST to keep the girls as even as poss.. Defo seeing some discolouration in the fan leaves now.. All but one of the four girls have nearly completely orange pistils now which are folding back in to the buds. But Trichomes need to be a little more amber before they’re ready.. The fourth lady however is slightly behind with less orange pistils, some white ones still to turn orange and trichomes are still a mix of milky and clear on the lower buds. When I topped this one it didn’t work as well as the others so she has one really massive cola and all the others are much smaller in comparison to the other three plants.. I think we’ve got a week to 10 days left roughly till harvest. UPDATE: Day 6 of week 14 - Tuesday 24th Nov: Another water flush again today.. All seems well, lower small buds still need a few more amber trichomes I think.. But gonna post a question on here to make sure.. Don’t wanna get this wrong. Sooooooo close now and I’ll be seeing 🤩🤩🤩

Going good so far. I am shocked how little water I have had to feed them honestly. My preperation has paid off very well. 6/13/2024 Day 22 Temp: 82 F RH: 70% VPD: 1.17kPa I went ahead and chopped the middle plant. Mycelium is appearing below and that’s rad! I lowered the plant off the crate I had it on and went ahead and raised the light power to 10/10 because my PAR was good. All plants are showing pistils now. Bloom/Flower has begun. Light distance 18 inches now light power 10/10 50kLux 6/14/2024 Day 23 Temp: 87 RH: 65% VPD: 1.48kPa Plant #1 11 inches Plant #3 8 inches Light to plant 12 and 14 inches KLux at 10/10 65 & 45 Water good, mycelium growing all over. By the time I get back on Sunday the water should be gone, the plants will be huge and I’ll have to hurry to move the light lol. Last update for today but by no means least... Karen is now on day 107! She is still not ready but she is now foxtailing, presumably because of all the stress. I've been moving house so the plants and diaries have been badly neglected for 3 weeks. Two 9 day droughts, damage during move. Etc. For the last 3 weeks I have taken one cola off Karen each week to dry and smoke test. She is already stunning in flavor and potency. I am very excited for her eventual harvest.
