Smell is insane. Last week before chop

Ciao a tutti Dopo la bruttissima esperienza con la prima coltivazione sto provando ad aggiungere altre 3 piante al mio growbox. Ho preparato 1 litro di acqua a ph 6 con 4ml di root boost dove ho messo in ammollo 3 cubi in lana roccia. This grow had ups and downs and I really learned a lot, thanks to everyone who shared their wisdom! Considering how very little I fed the plant, I'm surprised she even made it to harvest. The majority of her bud was mainly in the one man cola that made up 95% of plant. I didn't have much trimming to do at all. The buds are more airy than I would like, but probably my fault. She dried in 4 days and have been curing for 9 days. I took a small sample off of the main bud to get an early taste so I could complete the diary. The smell has a spicy, berry, and pine aroma. There is an earthy smell to it that is fading during the cure. I think they dried a little fast as the humidity has been very low. The first hit (vaporizer) had a piney taste and was a little heavy. I think it's just still to moist on the inside and hope it thins out over time. The flavor turned to the burnt popcorn taste rather quickly, but there was still some green in the chamber, so assume more curing will help. Overall, I am happy with my first grow. I was able to yield enough to last me to next harvest!

Switched to a lighter feed this week, leading into flush. Did the lighter feed for 5 days, and have been flushing for 2 days now. Will play by ear this week, but I see 1 more week of straight PH'd water and then it may be time to cut them down. Very pleased with their progress. All the plants have stacked flowers, which have swollen nicely and are coasted in resin. The fade is kicking in and the flowers are starting to get some beautiful colour to them. Should be interesting to see what they look like in a week.

After the new branches have grown three nodes, I topped at the 3rd node to start the four branch split that will eventually allow me to top once more.

12/17 Week 12 Wow Layla made to week 12 but this will be her last, trics are ready and just letting her dry out before harvest. My wife says hers buds remind of Cleopatra from the Adams family... have to remember that new year for Halloween Maggie - one gal @6.4PH + 12ml Peak Soul finisher maybe her last feeding as hair growth is slowing so looks like next week-ish Those buds are really getting thick and heavy had to tighten up the support a bit. 12/19 HARVEST DAY LAYLA Pics up top wet yield 578 grams am happy Into the dry boxes (took two) for a few days UPDATE**** Dry weight 219 grams 12/20 Mag gets another feed still building buds same PH and PK as before. 12/21 Bud production slowing even after the feed so thats all for Maggie, just getting her preped from her on.

25.6.25: Today is Harvest Day! I have cut down the plant and removed all the fan leaves as well as many sugar leaves. I'm hoping this makes the trimming easier, as I have 3 plants ready, and no help. So the easier the better! Let's see what the weight and smoke report are! This plant is absurdly frosty!! I'm definitely excited to be trying this one, beautiful buds too. Not big buds, but you can see the quality there. 1.6.25: Finished drying and trimming. All bagged buds totalled 82.7g / 2.92 0z. I think the quality of the flowers are top notch 👌 They smell just like strawberries and I have tested it today, it is really strong, whatever the strain is. Cold snap past few days and my furnace is struggling to keep up, day temps around 75 F night 65 Video is overexposed, shows size difference between a 5 gal fiber pot and 10 gal SIP. 2/3 of the fiber pots did not stretch well, can see the one that did stretch in the back hiding.

The weather took a complete turn this week, bringing cooler temperatures and a few rounds of rain. To keep those precious buds safe from direct moisture, I kept her under a roof outside. The humidity spiked a few times due to the rain, but luckily it cleared up quickly enough each time without staying damp for too long. Honestly, this plant is just an absolute joy to cultivate—she is making this outdoor run so much fun! Bud & Color Update: Those purple buds are becoming more beautiful with every passing day. The contrast of the colors out in the natural light is just breathtaking. As expected, she is taking her time and will definitely need to run a bit longer than the Black Orchid Auto to fully ripen, but I am more than happy to wait when the results look this good. Actualización 05/10/2024 ¡Hola, growers! Perdón por no poder compartir las semanas completas, pero poco a poco volvemos a la normalidad. Las fotos que ven corresponden al día 01/10/24 y, como pueden ver, están llenas de terpenos y tricomas por todas partes. Tanto la Fruit Gum como la Biscotti x Candy Rain son dos de las cepas más resinosas que he cultivado y, además, desprenden un olor increíblemente fuerte. La Fruit Gum tiene esos toques dulces y nostálgicos, como a chicle de mascar, que me transportan directamente a mi infancia. En cuanto a la Biscotti x Candy Rain, su aroma es como el de una clásica galleta americana casera, ¡muy intenso! Ambas cepas me están impresionando mucho por su resinosidad y aromas únicos. Cabe destacar que las genéticas de Uktha Genetics me han sorprendido gratamente; los resultados están siendo fantásticos. Eso sí, estas cepas comen como camiones, pero mientras se mantenga un control exhaustivo de las fertilizaciones y del medio de cultivo, no hay problema de sobrefertilización. Pronto cortaremos una de las plantas que está bastante adelantada. Espero que disfruten tanto como yo este proceso y, como siempre, ¡buenos humos para todos! 🌱💨

Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Actually Purple not red lol. Colour nicely appeared. It is crazy saw some diaries some people does not have this colour on her for me the purple/red colour does not come on Red Mandarine and Tropicanna Poison yet. I also planted 2 Kalini Asia one normal one bonsai and the bonsai is getting purple but the normal one not yet. Strange. She is beautiful lady and let's just wait till the end to be done haha Fertilization is still the same every second day with the rationand mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

This week I slightly defoliated the Two mandarin Punch. The dehumidifier is now always ON and the humidity is always around 50% but I cannot go lower. I poor 2l of tap water during each watering for the 26l pots and 1,5l for the 10l pot. After one week of 12h of light, the two photoperiod have started to stretch and the two auto are still stretching a lot and begin the flowering phase. Plants heights at the end of the week: Honey Melon Haze : 70cm (+20) O.G. Kush : 48cm (+4) Mandarin Punch #1 : 76cm (+22) Mandarin Punch #2 : 71cm (+19)
