Updating two days early but wicked happy with the progress so far. Starting to understand the strain and what it likes to be fed so just trying to adapt to it and really lock in on a smooth feeding schedule. Have been against pruning in the past but couldn't resist attempting "Nebulas Manifold" and finally topped after the 6th node finally developed this morning. Topped on the 3rd node with leaving a stump for connection and trimmed the remaining nodes below. Was pretty surprised at how much they were reaching when I check in on them tonight but happy to see they're still crankin. Time to wait for the 4th node and top again. 10/2 all looking good, (day40) week 5 flowering, its started to get smelly but a really goood smell i really dont wanna leave the room haha, the buds getting bigger and bigger and can see alot of trichomes filling the bud, so far so good for hermie buds. i lowered the EC to 1.8 because the tips of the leaves burned.

Jelly Bananen was the strain I was looking forward to the most. There wasn't much information on it when I initially ordered the seeds, but I was intrigued by the breeder's description nonetheless and decided to give it a shot. In flowering, there were two incidents where the light schedule was interrupted unexpectedly. In response, the plant started to produce "nanners". Ironically, Jelly Bananen was the only plant in the garden to do this. I produced 88g of dry weight, not knowing what to expect on the scales. I'm sure that 88g on one plant is probably pretty bad, but it should only get better from harvest to harvest, am I right? Will be coming back to this strain again in the future, once I have a few harvests in the books. 🙌

There’s microscopic bugs crawling on my buds! Going to post a grow question about them. No more nutrients, she’s definitely getting close, so let’s use plain water and hope for the best in the next week or two.

Flowers starting to form towards the end of the week, but first they were lollipopped at the beginning of the week. This was just the first of 2 leaf strips from under the canopy, to allow better air flow and to remove the lower, unwanted flowering sites. These would only grow into fluffy nothingness if left throughout the whole cycle, and would probably even shoot some nuts due to stress from lack of light/airflow, especially as im not using the most powerful lights 😅 Nutes increased with the adition of sugars and a slight pk boost to promote healthy growth now they're getting hungrier. All looking healthy and filling out nicely 🦊
