Alright. Back to autoflowers! 2x Dark Devil (first time growing it) and 2x Royal Creamatic (I just love that strain!) Preparations I did yesterday: - Took seeds out of fridge to prepare them for the new climate - Prepared a bucket of water so it can sit for 12h - Presoaked the medium with Root Complex so it already starts to 'work' and settle the ph - Installed my DIY 4x 3,5W LED light fixture ___________________ DAY 1 - HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 01.01.2018!!! Dropped the seeds and covered them slightly with soil. Watered them a bit with Root Complex. Covered the pots with cellophane so the humudity stays high at around 99% RH. ___________________ DAY 6 Dark Devil (DD) 1 & 2 did pop out their heads yesterday morning. Royal Creamatic (RC) popped out yesterday night Royal Creamatic 2 is still doing its underground stuff. I hope it won't take too long... Feeding Root Complex only. Water has been ph'd to 6,5. I also switched on the blue leds from the Viparspectra to widen the light spectrum. The small bulbs are 3,5W led lights, 4000K, 430 lm Room temp: 24C, Humidity: around 75% when the tent is closed.

At the moment they seem to be slowly turning a milky colour and seem to be "filling up" 8.11. 2023 4:00 - The leaves seem to be slowly losing colour, especially in one RQS genetics the yellowing is quite pronounced. 8.11 2023 4:30 - I will try to remove all the old dead leaves and the ones that are already letting the plants go, but I will not cut any off, only the ones that can be easily removed. 9.11. 2023 20:00 - I think the trichomes are slowly filling up and harvest time is approaching with each passing day. 10.11. 2023 8:00 - I will try to participate in the competition with my 420 genetics for the best photo just for fun :) i have to take some photos with black background but for now it's just a test i will add some. 11.11. 2023 7:00 - The leaves on all plants are turning yellow but the waste water is still around 1800ppm. The odd thing is there are probably a lot of residual salts in the substrate from nutrients. Hopefully we can get as much of it cleared up before harvest. 12.11. 2023 20:00 - I'm waiting for the trichomes to turn amber. I'll be patient. Most of the trichomes are now snow white, but not all.

Ich habe diese Woche ein paar männliche Pollensäcke bei der Blue Zushi entfernt, kann aber nicht ausschließen das nicht etwas bestäubt wurde. Ist mittlerweile ja leider schon fast normal bei den neueren Sorten. Trotzdem extrem nervig und vielleicht auch ärgerlich, mal sehen. Riechen tut die Zushi jedenfalls extrem gut, die OG18 sieht eher nach dem guten alten old school Standard aus, was nichts schlechtes ist.

Still feeding plagrons green sensation, sugar royal and power buds at half strength. The fan leaves have filled in lots over the last 7 days. Around day 21 I will defoliate all purple stem fan leaves.

New Grow reusing old equipment from a fish tank LED and an IKEA fabric wardrobe. 😃 I hung two 75W LED Acan/Eco lamps inside the IKEA TENT I had laying around. I bought a bag of Miracle Grow Organic soil and two pots at Home Depot for $20. Pulled a fan out of an old computer. Bought a $13 humidity and temperature gauge with Bluetooth. 😃 Ordered my Fox Farm nutes and Cal Mag on Amazon. $30 & $10. RO comes from the fish tank setup. Bought my seeds at Growers Choice. Let’s see how this goes!😷 12/9 - 18 hours in water glass. 12/10 - 24 hours in paper towels. 1/2” tap root. 12/11 - Straight into soil. 😁

FBA2502 Plants 1-6 Week 7 May 11– 17 FLOWER 3 Nutrients : Micro 25 ml Gro 10 ml Bloom 30ml CalMag 30 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 16.5ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/11 PH 6.56, PPM 1560, temp 69 2ltr each 5/12 PH 6.31, PPM 1120, temp 68 1 ltr each 5/14 PH 6.66, PPM 1280, temp 70 1 ltr each 5/15 PH 6.66, PPM 850, temp 72 1 ltr each 5/11 Defoliation, feed, pics & videos I made 4 gallons, used 3 to water then poured the runoff back into the rest in the bucket. The next feeding, I added a gallon of tap water to residual and ph to 6,31 temp 69 & PPm 1120. Did the same on 5/14 and 15 using up the remainder of the feed solution. I must monitor and control the tent environment manually. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. I have been giving good reviews on the AC infinity system. However, during the time I’ve owned this tent (2 yrs), I had to replace the lights twice, fans, humidifier and now the vent twice also. Everything but the tent containment has been replaced. AC infinity does stand by their products, but they are in California, and it takes at least 2 weeks to receive the replacement. This is extremely frustrating at the critical transition to flower for my equipment to fail again. For the time being until a replacement arrives, I pulled the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3 and hooked it up. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This should create a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. I do have 3 circulating fans in the tent to move air around the plants. It looks like growth spurts have slowed and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All of them (6) are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. The tallest #4 &5 and #6 have very light leaves and appear nutrient deficient compared to the shorter phenotypes. Pictures taken later in the week show fading on a few the older leaves. All are receiving the same solution and are in the same soil blend. Moving the gals in and out of the tent for their glamor shots, I bent one limb and snapped another. The bent one I taped with a splint and the snapped one I medicated manuka honey and wired it back to the main stalk. Leaves look like sativa leaning. I hope FBA2502-2 is a good daytime. I’m getting excited to see what develops in the next month or so. News Break: I’ve been informed that 2502 is FastBuds New Frostbanger and is indica for nighttime. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a sativa to test because I really need a daytime strain. The 2 Blue Cheese plants I just grew are also nighttime. Upon opening the tent, a faint odor was detected, and some stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. Pictures of the puffy buds even show differences. #4 &5 buds hairs are different from the others being crinklier and the others are straighter. Some like #2 &5 are showing frost on the leaves. Wow at the beginning of flower to have that much frost. They are living up to the new strain’s name. I’ve noticed that when I water, sometimes water shoots out of the side holes I the air pots. Welcome to the start of week 5 for Queen Citronella. She has developed a thick stem and really short internodal spacing. She responds willfully to LST. Day 29.5: Repotted. Look at those roots!! This is a special plant. Day 30: There was brief transplant shock as I forgot to flush the medium to correct PH... she's bounced back today. Queen Citronella has almost outgrown Karen who is 2 weeks older. Day 31: Happy one month birthday your majesty! Swelling in every direction. Starting to gain height. Day 32: I've noted a sudden uptick in thirst. In an unrelated note I have added a little 15w LED above her at about 10cm. I doubt it'll make any noticable difference but it's in there anyway as I use it for photos, so it may as well be on. Day 32.5: Have removed approx 20 fan leaves and performed further LST. Day 33: Look how fast Queen Citronella responds to LST and defoliation. She has gained 1cm in the last 24 hours and now stands at 25cm. Day 34: 26cm. Day 34.5: Fertigated. Added pot risers and adjusted pot. Performed further LST on lower nodes. Performed HST on some higher nodes just for practice. Day 34.75: Fertigated 4l Day 35: She didn't gain any height at all that I can tell, but she has put on a lot of leaf growth in the last 24h. So here we are at the end of week 5, and Queen Citronella is starting to take her regal form. Slightly alarmed by the yellowing new growth but her growth rate has stepped up again so it may be just normal. I'll keep an eye on it. Once I can take enough clones I'll cut her back a lot. For now she can grow as much as she wants. Citronella now smells citrusy, if you brush against her it's quite strong. Defoliated approx 6 fan leaves.

Week 5 of flowering is now complete, and the buds are finally starting to look like real buds. Frost production is picking up noticeably, and the plant is beginning to show its full potential. I did a solid defoliation this week to open up the canopy and improve light penetration. From here on, it’s mostly a waiting game while the buds continue stacking and filling out

Semana del 12 al 18 de abril Cada día más bonitas. Estoy feliz porque como hay menos humedad ambiental, hay menos humedad en el indoor. Incluso llegando a 43% de humedad, así que me confirmo. La temperatura suele andar por 24-26 grados Celsius así que bien. Tenía unas 10 hojas dañadas por la mosca negra, así que el 12 de abril apliqué el insecticida tec fort (foto del producto en la semana anterior). Lo apliqué a las 17:00 hrs y a las 22:30 del mismo día no vi ningún bicho. Dentro de 5-6 días volveré a aplicarlo igualmente (1ml por cada litro). Al menos dos de las cuatro plantas están tomando otro color, así que me conformo.

Die Farbenpracht wird immer intensiver wie auch die Harzproduktion. Ein paar orange Stigmen bei einer der Frozen Biscotti sind zu erkennen. Ansonsten werden die Blüten nur dicker und fester. Bei leichtem Kontakt mit den Blüten sind die Finger direkt heftig ölig und klebrig. Ich freu mich schon auf die Ernte
