Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. I reduced nutrients. Powdery mildew is continuing and getting slightly worse. I sprayed it with an apple cider vinegar mix. Hopefully that helps. The smell on the flower is really incredible. Smells berry like, and clean. I opened all vents in tent and have been leaving the window slightly open as well. Heater is keeping up ok. Even in the cold nights it’s keeping it at 66F with everything open. The leaves went crazy refilling the canopy. I’ve been pinching off some of the longer leaves and some that had mildew. The buds look good. Trichomes are cloudy enough yet, but it’s getting close. I’m gonna err on an earlier harvest, if the powdery mildew continues. I’m making some LAB from KNF, along with other natural fertilizers. If the vinegar solution doesn’t help, I’ll try that when it’s ready. Excited to try KNF on my outdoor garden and lawn. Planning on growing a couple canna plants outside this year. Gonna keep my outdoor as organic and natural as I can. The clone is doing well. The areas that I knuckled are strong now. Looks like biceps. Powdery mildew seemed to get this plant worse than the other. I’ve been wiping it off with my fingers as I see it, and finally treated with the vinegar solution too. I increased its feed to week two of medium gh feed chart. Expecting a lot of growth this week even with little light. Getting my dry closet ready as well. Got another humidity controller and an upgraded temp controller with Wi-Fi. Gonna dry one more time inside my house. It’s dry enough inside that I should only need a humidifier to keep it right. Need to get another one before I harvest and then should have everything. I used grove bags last time to cure and will never use anything else. Ordered another cheap TDS meter. The one I had got dropped in the solution. Update: 2/11 The apple cider vinegar definitely cleared the powdery mildew up, but I found a few spots I think I missed directly in the middle of the large plant. I don’t see anything on the clone. I’ll reapply in a few days and pay closer attention to the middle of the plant.

Just added vid of completed room with fans and the beautiful girls I see Barney’s farms is now following me I love there seeds so far just ordered some more 3 new strains yay can’t wait from Montreal seed bank becasue can’t order from Barney’s farms cause I live in Canada boo but at least can still get them . Also forgot to mention the amount of and effort goes into a good grow room even a budget one like mine but for 9x6x 7 it’s pretty sweet and be proud when I harvest the beauty’s Had a bad experience at the hydro store today bought hat new intake fan got it home hooked it up didn’t work when took it back they said they had to try it I said ok so helped the guy hook it up and nope nothing like I said .then they said they had to wait for a jm electrician hahahahahahahahahaha I said ok I just want a new fan that works after a lot of me getting aggressive which I don’t like to do they finally said ok after all the money I spent there and the one thing like costumer service my ass !!! Anyways they lost a customer today!! Aquele diário que era de duas mais teve um espaço na estufa e coloquei mais uma , elas cresceram bastante e mesmo sendo um cultivo secundário desse ciclo pois estiveram ao lado dos dois vasos de 15 litros , onde inclusive uma delas é Diesel.

Día 29, estoy ya un poco alucinado, es día 29 y no paran de crecer...he cambiado el agua he Intento subir un poco el ppm al agua, y me da excesos... Así que decido dejarlo bajo a 300ppm y creo que lo voy a dejar así hasta el final... Llevan enzimas de limpieza que descomponen el abono así que dejaré que se auto alimenten porque van super bien ... Haber si pasan hambre.. pero no lo veo claro...en fin no me quiero pasar en el engorde meterle mucho abono y están super verdes bonitas, y florecen a lo bestia así que dejaré que se consuman un poco el abono de las hojas... Día 36 veo que empiezan a tener carencia de magnesio y calcio, he añadido no sé, una locura de magnesio y calcio, también melaza, ácidos fulvicos y humicos y pk bastante.. lo fui subiendo de 150ppm a 400ppm y vi que se lo comían rápido y subían las hojas , al fondo vi que se empezaban a quemar las hojas y algunos pelos por falta de magnesio y calcio así, que me volví loco... De 400 ppm a 800ppm va cargada a tope... espero ahora no causar ningún exceso ... Mañana miraré como reaccionan a la bomba que les he metido van a tope al máximo, si veo que tienen exceso ,no habrá otro remedio que bajar ppm quitando y metiendo agua limpia, y si veo que van bien en las dejo... En teoría voy bajo de ppm tendría que ir a 1200ppm como mínimo, para la semana que voy y más si le añado co2... Pero bueno iré con 800ppm si veo que va bien lo dejo si veo que piden más le añadiré , de momento mañana investigaré... 😅😅 Día 37 por mucho que ayer les metí, más magnesio encimas ácidos fulvicos etc... No he visto ningún cambio... Así que he vuelto a indagar en el tema.... Y creo que más bien tienen carencia aparte del magnesio y calcio, tenían carencia de posforo y potasio, así que como no, me he vuelto loco echándole pk.... Tenía una ppm de 450 se lo subí a 800 y empezaron a subir las hojas, estaban como apagadas ... Total que me vine arriba y les he metido casi 1400 de ppm de sopetón... Así que mañana una de dos, o están quemadas por exceso , ( que no me extrañaría...) o están las hojas buscando la luz y engordando como locas.... Bueno como dije al principio del diario aprendo del error acierto... Y bueno ya se que en la 3 semanas de floración piden ya magnesio calcio y pk , el calcio magnesio que tenía , tenía nitrógeno y me dio exceso por eso estaban un poco con garra... Está vez he comprado calmag de biobizz que es orgánico y no contiene nitrógeno o eso e entendido... Pero si tiene será orgánico... En fin espero que en las k1 tizane no tener muchos problemas de nutrición he comprado un pack biobizz todo orgánico ....

The buds are still bulking a little more as of day 64. The trichomes are pretty milky/frosty so the harvest is getting close, but I am not going to rush it if the plant is healthy and the buds are not suffering. My best estimate right now would be between day 68 and 78 for harvest. Day 67: areas of amber colored trichomes are appearing on the calyxes, under 10 percent of total. this is what I have been watching for to indicate harvest time so I will be giving water from here out and begin cutting down the plant in a few days. Hallo dear Growmies, This week, the plan had to be changed again regarding the harvest. As time passed, two other plants also signed up for the chop as the trichs were ripened enough. So we have now 4 ready and one still not. I put the ready ones for 72 hours of darkness in the middle of the week and the lonely one in a separate small tent under a Spider Farmer sf1000. Will wait until she is fully ripened as well.🌱🌞 This is why I decided to make one more week as a flowering and the next report will be the harvest. Tomorrow will start the chop chop.✂️👩‍🌾 They got the last two weeks only PH’d plain water, hoping to increase the quality of the buds. I am still amazed by the autumn colours in the garden. Every pheno has it’s own characteristic. The color, formation of the bud’s, scent on each of these ladies are just lovely.🍁 By the way, it is surprising for me that three different phenotypes grew from the five seeds. It is unusual for this strain. More info follows after harvest. The smell is very strong in the whole house if I open the tent even a little.😎 Is completely unreal and I am so very excited to sample each pheno and share it with you fellows for review. This is my personal favorite strain. We bred it a few years back and I get a few clones every few months to grow. Thought I'd share it with you all. Yes this is a mess. Yes the buds are getting too heavy. Yes there is a lot of sites that prob could or should have been stripped. BUT. Thats not what I wanted to do. I topped it very young and then fimmed it about 8 or 9 times after that. So the branches never really thickened like the other plants I show at the end with the huge stems. Since I have a pretty much unlimited amount of this strain(provided buddy keeps the mother in good shape like he has been) I've been trying different things. This is just a side project and I had no real plan to diary it but I figure the more I fo the better chance I can get sponsored so I can keep doing what I love to do. Grow weed!!!!!!!!.
