Hubiera sido increible tener en tierra madre (suelo) o en una maceta de 21 litros en exterior... Cogollos estilo sativa, no muy gruesos pero si densos y con forma de bate de beisbol, que en ningún momento paran de formar más y más pistilos nuevos! 💥 El color de los tricomas y la senescencia general de planta nos indica que ya está lista después de 98 días desde germinación Desprende un olor muy tropical, dulce, como una mezcla de papaya y mango, con un toque picante de fondo Esperemos a ver con que perfil terpenico nos sorprende después del secado y curado! Unos colores verde lima durante toda la fase de floración que ha ido mutando a morado en las puntas de los cogollos conforme se produce la senescencia Esperando a probarla para el efecto 😁

These are doing awesome! We have had a little bit of a change in the weather in the last week, the nights have gotten nice and cool, and the days are still quite warm. We have also had a few showers this week which they seem to have loved. We are at about 13.5 hours of sunlight a day, and cute little buds are forming quickly. These smell peppery, sharp and sweet. One of these babes has reached 7 ft from the ground; the others are between 6.5 and 7 ft aswell. We heavily defoliated these giants today. These ladies continue to impress me as we move slowly toward the autumn equinox; and into the harvest season 🌾

Bobbing along, no vertical growth this week. A little more leaf tip nutrient damage so I diluted the nutrient water down. A few brown pistils, say 5 %, if I was a betting man I'd say 3 weeks till harvest. Expect my crystal ball prediction will be well off the mark!

Week 7 is finished, end is near. This one seems to be finishing up with only a week or two left. Some fade has started and this GG#4 is really colourful! A few nanners have popped up, must be genetics but not to sure what I did to cause them to come out, more than likely to much light. I dimmed the light regardless as the leaves on the tallest cola in the tent were showing signs of stress. So yeah, nanners, probably light stress. Fungus gnats are bugging me for sure, but the plants seem fine. Need to get them under control after this run. Lights are at 20” dimmed to around 65%, hopefully for a measurement of about 650 ppfd. They were at 75%, but plants were showing signs of stress so I dimmed them. Just watering using tap water, not ph’d, through drip on a timer. I drink my water straight from the tap, ph is around 7, and less than 15ppm, good for me, good for my plants. Water is aerated in a 30 gallon reservoir. Hand water once a week with Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Light still breaking through canopy in spots. Lots of leaves, but not much bud sites below. No need to remove big leaves yet. The macro shots reveal a glittering layer of trichomes, covering buds, sugar leaves, and even little fan leaves near the canopy. She’s showing phenomenal resin production, and her pistils are thick and curling. • Pheno #2 – The younger sister, but catching up fast. Her buds are dense and sticky, the frost is appearing more heavily, and every macro shot reveals the same dazzling crystal coverage. She’s slightly behind Pheno #1 in maturity, but don’t be fooled — she’s a true powerhouse in her own right. The smell in the room is so strong that if it weren’t for the carbon filters, we’d probably be calling the fire department thinking someone baked 100 mango pies at once! 😅 I mean the frost on these buds? Looks like Mother Nature had a snow day in the grow tent — pure white crystals everywhere, like the plants are wearing winter coats in July! ❄️ ⸻ 🔬 Trichome Watch – Macro Details Week 7 is all about trichomes. Here’s what we’re seeing and monitoring: • Clear trichomes: Still present, mainly on the lower bud sites, indicating some time left before peak potency. • Cloudy/milky trichomes: The majority of bud surfaces are now showing full milkiness, a sign of peak THC potential. • Amber trichomes: Small percentages on the tips of pistils — this is the first sign of cannabinol conversion, giving the slightly more sedative effect. 🌱 Educational takeaway: Trichome inspection is the golden key to deciding harvest timing. Macro photography helps us see nuances invisible to the naked eye.
