Hey growers another week gone for my critical purple and pineapple auto grow! So as you may have noticed I finally got to hit the flower side of the diary even though my critical purple #2 has already been in flower 3 weeks! But all four of my ladies have now entered into 🌸 so that's why I waited till now to hit flower weeks of diary. So not a lot of changes this week besides all transitioning into flower. I did install an additional light so I'm now running a Viparspectra vs1000 and x2 philizon 600w led for a grand total of 2200w of fun in the sun 🌞. Since I added this extra light on Tuesday the smell has increased tremendously! My favorite part of the day is coming home and opening this tent enough to see my tent settings and to stick my big ass nose in to get a big old wiff of heaven! So enough of my rambling let's get down to business! 10/7/2021- 5ml cal mag 2ml micro .5ml gro 2ml bloom 3/4ml ph down Ph 5.9 Ppm 744 Solution temp 73.2F 10/10/21- Water Ph 6.1 Ppm 180 Solution temp 72.7°F 10/10/21- Pineapple auto #1 tried to remove tape and resnapped branch. 10/12/21- Installed an additional philizon 600w light for flower. 10/13/21- Water Ph 6.5 Ppm 180 Solution temp 73.2°F 10/14/2021- All four plants are 42 days old today!!! Critical purple #1- Guys I do have to say this lady is turning out to be something special! She stayed in veg until she was ready and boom here she goes! Really did some growing and transitioning this week or atleast I think she did! With this being said....(drumroll) This is my 🌟 of the week!!!! 💚💚👏👏👏 Critical purple #2- I do believe this is the culprit to my heavenly welcome to my grow home aroma that she blesses me with every day! She is starting to pack it on hard-core she is filling in lovely. So with adding the new light it gave me the opportunity to move my viparspectra vs1000 over top of her giving her ample light. Wednesday didn't notice any difference. Got up this morning(thurs) after watering Wednesday night and opened the tent and checked her out and it looked like she was covered in frost! She was a beauty! So I'm 🤔 another 3-4 weeks and this girl will be ready or close. Pineapple auto #1- Didn't notice a lot of growth in this lady this week. Thinking she put her focus to transitioning. So I'm about to know if my boy @Papa_T is reading my diaries because he will prob send me a message after reading this!! So... I couldn't do it!! So on Sunday which was day 4 of my branch being taped she felt strong and solid so I tried to remove the tape and just my luck when I taped it somehow I managed to get sticky sides stuck together at start of tape job so it made it twice as hard to remove the tape therefore re-snapping the branch 😪🤮🤬 I was so mad at myself. So I asked Papa_T what I should do and he said cut it off to prevent a risk of fungus so I grabbed my snips opened the tent and noticed that the plant had entered 🌼 that day. Looking at the branch I was about to cut 3 potential bud sights off i couldn't do it! So I taped her back up a little looser this go around and used a wire tie on scrog net to add extra support. I do plan to try to remove the tape Sunday making it a whole week this go around if it Snaps again it's gone! Pineapple auto #2- Not a lot to say here this girl speaks for herself! She has decided she wanted as much space as she could get! I am starting to notice a possible nitrogen deficiency as some of my lower leaves are yellowing and some have even fallen off! But she also has only had one feeding this week and two waterings. I would like to give a huge THANKS to all of u for the likes, comments, and questions answered and to @Papa_T for his patience and great conversations he is a great dude and is getting more knowledgeable everyday be sure to add this guy he could be a helpful asset to your grow and like me stress levels! Plant growing well not very frosty . Might have to do with my ph pen breaking and not knowing it for a few weeks so plant showed signs of ph lockout I bought a new ph pen (a good one blue labs) could never get the plant to go back green so since week 4 she's been a bit light green looking despite cooking up a nitrogen heavy compost tea. Missed a week somewhere she is in week 7 of flower almost 8 weeks in.

*If anyone read through my GDP diary, this is going to be mostly the same stuff. So, sad day friends. I got spider mites and had to throw all my plants out. This is what I think happened: About 2-3 weeks ago I noticed some freckling on the lower leaves. I looked at it and thought it might be a cal/mag issue so I added cal/mag that week and went about my business. I saw it about a week later and it wasn't getting any better so I added more cal/mag. This continued for about 2-3 weeks until I finally took off a leaf and examined it under my microscope. I saw little bugs crawling everywhere and my stomach just dropped. My fiance did some quick research while I was panic ripping leaves off (see pictures) and she correctly diagnosed it as spider mites. I debated with myself and my close friend and ultimately I decided to throw all the plants in my tent away. I know that there are a lot of people who will say that there are things I could have done to make it to harvest but what it came down to is the people I take care of and personal pride. I consider myself a caregiver and I give away product for free that I am not going to use to my family and close friends. I thought to myself "Would you smoke this?" and when my answer was "ehhh, I don't know", I thought about how it would feel giving it away and immediately made the decision to destroy them. I take an immense amount of pride in my product and this hobby and if I am not going to stand behind it I would rather just start over. I grow from my heart (shout out to the Grow From Your Heart Podcast!) to help people and make sure my family is not getting unsafe product from sketchy people. To spray pesticides in flower that may hurt people and have little bug carcasses in there just goes against that in every way and is just wrong in my opinion if you are giving it away to others. If you are the only one smoking it then it is one thing to take that risk but not with your patients. I want my medicine to help people, not create or exacerbate health issues. It is also important to note that the mites had moved from my flower tent into my veg space and took over my auto berry as well. Damn things are crafty and fast. So that is why I made the decision to destroy them all after 3+ months of res changes, pruning, and manifolding on a slow vegging strain. Feel free to chime in with your opinion but I do not regret my decision. I threw out my new clones, mother plant, and auto berry I had on my veg side as well. Shout out to all the other growers out there that do the right thing by their patients. Caregivers > Cash croppers. For anyone curious, I removed everything from my tent and scrubbed it all with a 20% bleach/water solution. All equipment has been wiped down and stored in the garage away from any organic materials. I will give them until tomorrow (2 days) to air out and dry and then I will wipe it down again with bleach and wait another 2 days. Hopefully that will make sure everything is dead and will not come back next grow. That next grow should start in about a week. It sucks but sometimes it happens and you gotta be ready for it. Lesson learned. Never bring outdoor plants into your indoor garden even if it is after just a day or two. A bunch of people on here and Reddit warned me and I did not listen. Now I have learned the hard way and it feels like when your parents "told you so" haha. Thanks to everyone who stopped by along the way. Stay tuned for a new grow coming soon. It's been a fairly uneventful week in the 5x5. I cut down my Blackberry auto the other day and I've been thinking of getting seeds ready for the stuff I plan to grow outside this summer...With my currents cycle of plants being deep in to flower, I have time to look forward at upcoming projects. The Mimosa cake auto is one of those plants currently deep into flower. She's been giving off a dank smell of earthy/fruity/spicy terps. She is extremely dense and sticky to the touch. I find myself cutting fan leaves off daily due to her busy and stout stature. The only down side I have to her is the fact that she's going to take around 100 days from germination to harvest. Process/ Environment changes: - Turned off one TS1000 after I cut down the Blackberry auto. I did this to try and cool the tent down. Higher temps outside creates an increase I'm ambient air temp in my basement. - Fed Advanced Nutrients Bloom nutes at a rate of 1.5 mL/gal - no longer using a fish tank water heater to heat my water reservoir due to increased ambient air temperatures in basement Trichomes still mostly clear... I'm on day 84 post germination today as I write this.

The second week of vegetation is going well! This time, I’ve decided to try the Green House Feeding BioEnhancer instead of BioBizz Root-Juice. I’ve had issues with the shelf life of Root-Juice in the past, so I’m curious to see how BioEnhancer performs. The plant is looking healthy now, but it had a bit of a rough start. I initially planted it in soil that was too heavily pre-fertilized, which caused the first leaves to turn yellow.😔 Thankfully, it recovered quickly and seems to be thriving now. 💪 To keep the plant as stress-free as possible during vegetation, I’ve decided not to train it for now. I want it to focus on strong, natural growth without any added strain. I’m excited to see how it progresses over the next few weeks—things are looking promising!🌱😊

The mighty permanent marker decides the time to ripen is nigh. Finally shes starting to show shes nearly ready for harvest. The buds are looking prettier everyday the smell is dieselish dank and a bit pungent. Pretty much the terps im after. This is definitely the frostiest plant ive grown, especially when dried the buds almost look white. Insane. Really happy with this grow and cant wait to see what shes really all about. Red Pure CBD - Growing pretty well, I'm thinking I have some deficiencies in these now that that have properly started pushing flowers out fast, I've dosed with PK13/14 and CalMag. We are getting some colour showing too. Pink Kush CBD - Even the runt plant is growing though not as well as its neighbour or the Red Pure plants, lots of colours are coming out on the runt, colours on the better plant too but not quite as prominent. Fingers crossed the PK and CalMag will sort the Red Pure leaves.

At the beginning of this week I switched over to blooming fertilizer and gave both plants about 1/4 gallon, beginning with 12ml/gal mix each type. Made a huge rookie error, and left the lights on for 24 hours beginning on day 58. I was out sick and didn't discover it for a few days. Poor girls, their soil dried a bit and they drooped for a couple days. I switched them back to 12 hours after discovering what had happened on day 62. I also bumped up their nutrient ratio to Heavy feeding (4 teaspoons per gallon) of Tiger Bloom and a little less than General Feeding (4 tablespoons per gallon) of Big Bloom, giving them 1 Qt of water/nutrient mix at lights out time. The next day they bounced right back to life! :-)

Start of week six we start seeing rapid growth from all plants in height and bud production. 1 of the ladies is an absolute freak but in all the good ways. Shes reaching a meter in length and is going to have 5 slender long kolers. The rest are all around the 80cm mark minus the two under achievers which are at the 70 cm mark which is amazing as the plants are supposed to be the size at harvest. Not changed much apart from excluding the voodoo juice nutrients ,adding another 600w light to the tent and a tiny bit of defoliation. My flat is starting to smell amazing. Sometimes I bury my nose in the outlet pipe and inhale a deep breath. Haaaah
