Wizard Fuel - Wizard Trees Day 77 - Watered with 3L of RO tap water with nutrients mixed individually, in order and then pH'd to 6.3 💪🏻 Great week, she is bulking like crazy and requires feeding every second day, her buds are getting so big🤘🏻 I removed a couple of the lower hanging fan leaves and that's pretty much it, she has been a super easy grow so far!!

This was the last week of Veg for these beautiful ladies. Installed the SCROG on Sunday afternoon, and they are already filling it in nicely. Started reducing light Thursday by 2 hours, so by Saturday they will be on a 12/12 light cycle to finish them off 🤗. Did some defoliation, and have been twisting and spreading the tops to fill the canopy screen. They are very thirsty, I had been watering every 3-4 days, and for the past week it’s been 2-3 and they are getting close to a full gallon each! I’ve Upped the light % gradually over the last 14 days from 50% to about 75% now in prep of flower. They have been responding well to the increases, as well as the extra heat generated. Temps are going up a bit, close to 81-82 degrees on very hot days here, but they are not too often. Average is about 79 degrees. Nutrients (P and K) were increased also in prep for the demand the flower makes as they begin. Looking forward to the good part. Happy growing 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

July 13: first heat wave of the year was last week, and there is another forecast for next week, but for now this is pretty ideal cannabis weather. Added a third Scrog layer and tied it off to some weights (partly filled water bottles) to open up the canopy further. Works, simple, and easy to move around the yard as needed. I really like this plant and how it’s going so far. July 14: re-scrogged again to widen the canopy further. Supercropped the ends to maintain the same elevation at the various growth tips. Four stems in middle were topped to keep them from getting ahead of the others. Experimenting to see how it goes. July 16: hot again. Increased water volume and sometimes misting air with garden hose water for the evaporative cooling. She looks great. July 17: another 32 C day. Watered four times today so likely 7-8 L in the heat with the growing plant. July 18: hot again. Mixed Power Bloom and malted Barley with some soil and added as a top dressing.Hit 34 C and 20% relative humidity which is far too hot and dry for cannabis. Lots of watering, and misting of leaves and air to provide some moisture and cooler temperatures.

Still haven't trans set 1....gonna jus wait till I get to move them out the green house so it will be new home new atmosphere....set 2 amma jus top dem up for a week or 2(only using half the pot with soil) other than that everything else seem to be on point(2 that were struggling condemned one and put the other with the new set coming up... Trans new cutting to some small pots all (30) lived...they are coming along well Mother tree doing her thing putting on some fat iced out nugs scent is hitting n she is mad sticky jus dense up time now and wait for dem trichomes to reach

On Day 01, I germinated 5 Fat Banana (Auto) in a Rockwool tube and put it in a propagation tray with a dome on it. With room temperature above 80'F and humidity above 90%. From Day 01 to Day 03, the temperature is around 85'F with humidity above 95%. The room temperature kept rising so I gave cool air in the room and removed the dome on Day 04. On Day 04, the temperature dropped sharply from 85'F to 70'F. Humidity also dropped from 95% to 50%. To avoid the being too cold, I increased the temperature of cool air. I gave cool air from 6 A.M to 12 P.M. The temperature has been steady around 75'F and humidity 55% on Day 05, Day 06, Day 07. On day 07, 4 seeds produced 4 leaves each and showed promising. So, I transferred into air pot. I used the growing soil from Superbud - Super Living Soil. I used 1 soil bag per 2 air pots. Throughout the whole germination process, I used no nutrients and only used water to soak the rockwools. As for light, I gave >1500 lumen on Day 04 >7000 lumen on Day 05 >10000 lumen on Day 06 >12000 lumen on Day 03 This is my very first time growing cannabis so let me know your thoughts about how I should improved my germination methods.

Last days for most of them - only Strawberry Cough will stay longer - she is super hungry and I can not keep up with feeding her - most of leaves are yellow now. 😱 The rest - four plants will be harvested on the weekend - 2-3 days from now and frozen - I'll be making bubble hash and fresh frozen live resin from them in the following weeks 😈 Trichomes are mostly milky with some amber starting - ideal ripeness and time to freeze those glands

The Ztrawberriez Auto is very resistant has a great sweet strawberry smell throughout the garden. As you can easily see from my grow question, I was initially afraid for the plants due to the high temperature in the greenhouse (as soon as the sun shone ~40 degrees). It turned out that the plant seemed to like it and rewarded me with beautiful buds with purple tips. Growdiaries won't let me delete the question otherwise this would have happened long ago... She finished very quickly and took just 70 days from seed to harvest. All this confirms that fastbuds is the right address for autoflowers. I'm already looking forward to the next run. Day 50 I did major defoliation on the girls the nutrients have been mixed up for the transition. This week into flower PPM at 1150 par on the girls is 800-900 with my phone app the water temp has been vary good at 65F the girls can drink close to 200 PPM a day and all I really replenish is the Cal mag until the week is finished I also have some overflow of the nutrients inside the system I remove 5 gallons and add back a gallon or so a day along with the fresh water Day 51 well.... The girls used 20L and 200 PPM in 24H! Ppm at 950 now lights at 15in now Day 52 added the leftover water from the fresh nutrient change and a little Cal mag at 1000ppm now Day 53 after looking at many grows I've decided it's a must to defoliate the undergrowth on A or I will regret it managed to get it out of the pot with a little difficulty 20 cuttings from underneath the plant opened it up a bit more hoping this helps when I start flowering in next couple of days Day 54 did a lot more defoliation on A today ppm at 750 now Day 55 not much to note ppm's at 660 Day 56 last day of veg going to 12/12 tomorrow 🙂👍⏳⏳⏳

Second week on the veg. And the drainage table repairs were done just in time. Moved all these plants into the recirc. System and within 24hours of transplant they were notably happy. I’ll add two more seedlings to the group for a total of 10 plants. Hopefully at least 50% are female🤞. This grows pretty much on autopilot now. All that will be left is regular plant maintenance and top offs to the finish👍.

5/18 Took the 5 best looking clones transplanted to 3gal grow bags 5/23 clone plant heights from 15.5” to 18”

Fractal was harvested on Sept 12. Due to extended period of high temperatures and humidity with more rain expected every day following another hurricane. The other gals were showing disease. That was the determining factor to chop all outside girls down. Fractal hung in the dark for 2 days. Because her grow family experienced bud rot and wilt, she was examined carefully for any disease. She was disease free. Fractal had a long vegetative phase. Probably too long since I started my outside grow in April so they would be hardened off before I went on vacay in May. Three months of veg caused massive vegetative growth. The various breeder notes on photo period seeds indicate late September or October harvest. So that was in the back of my mind during this grow. 👉 Note for next year start seeds later in spring. 👉 Plan start date based on counting back from the vernal equinox. 👉 Based on such a long growing season, Autos may be preferable to finish quickly and not have extended vegetation phase before flower. Ok so I’m not afraid to say 7.7oz shocked me on the wet weight, I had a goal of 1oz dry being a first time grower, factoring mistakes, this and that so I guess we’ll see if what comes as I read up to 75% in weight can be lost in drying and curing….so fingers crossed I hit my goal 🤞 I harvested based on the 1st photo, I cut a small piece of bud off the main cola at the bottom to really check it under a scope and saw red headed trichomes, so checked the lowest flower and had the same results (photo 1), this was after I’d asked a question earlier based on a photo I took on a leaf and was advised to check the buds instead…so thanks for that info there 👍 Also a big thanks for the comments the looks at this diary. Really looking forward to the next couple of weeks and seeing how the rest of this little venture pans out…I guess we just have to stay tuned😊🤘🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 12 Oct 2021: Harvested 16 Oct 2021: Plant seemed completely dry today which surprised me a little so I snapped stems and yus sir they were ready to be trimmed down….icky sticky, earthy, diesel, piney smells were the hints that were hitting me as I was trimming away, I have a lot of airy buds, which is on me! As a First time grower, until I actually got growing and started to understand the complexity and importance of keeping cannabis growing in stable conditions with par values on lights, feed schedules, trying to keep negative pressure in the tent with passive intake vents, adding lights, humidifier, dehumidifier, more fans…a learning experience indeed and not one I’ll be shying away from. Anyway there’s me blabbing on…..dry weight time 👀 38g/1.3oz and roughly 13g trim so I am extremely happy that even though I’ll probably lose about 8% of this during the cure, I think I made my 1oz goal of smokeable bud 🤘😊🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 A smoke report is due in 4 weeks when it’s had a bit of time to do what it needs to do!
