Welcome to week 6. Day 36: Took off a few fan leaves today and gave water only. Day 37: Height 28cm Day 39: Fertigated with an extra strong mix, I'm going to up the nutes now until I find her maximal tolerance, she is starving. Day 40: Still starving. I'm keeping her constantly topped up with quite high strength nutes but it's not enough. I think 200ml may have been an overly generous estimation of her root space volume. Day 41: I knew this would be a challenge but it is proving more difficult than I expected. I hope the effort is worth it! At least so far I have learned more about autoflower flowering triggers with this grow. Day 42: in trying to get enough food in to her I have nute shocked. Need to somehow flush and hope for the best. I may have dealt her a fatal blow. Alright so to end up this week I have flushed the ever loving crap out of this lady. I've burned her with too much nutes, I didn't think it was possible but I went really over the top. So I have used a combination of a straw and 2l of PH corrected water and a lot of time and patience to repeatedly saturate and then upend and allow to drip out (with the aid of blowing bubbles in there with the straw). Eventually the run off stopped being dark brown. Then much later it became clear. I do not know if I can save this plant now I have really hurt her she looks in BAAAAD shape. Let us see what happens over the next week. I have adjusted the timer such that the main tent is now getting 20/4 upped from 18/6. After monitoring DLI at 18/6 for a week I am unhappy with the overall level but because of the varying heights of the plants I am limited in what I can do in adjusting the light height. Some areas were only getting 20 DLI. So I have rearranged to have the taller plants on the edges and the lowest in the middle and doing it this way all plants are getting between 35 and 50 DLI at 20/4 - although one or two cola tips here and there are getting 55. Will monitor for a week.

This week there isn't much to report, the leaves are looking a little pale for my liking. So I'll be keeping an eye on that going forward. We are in the "purgatory" stage. Not much happening, waiting. Here is the watering amount and frequency for this week. I always use dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0-6.6. 15.6.25: 2 litres containing: ♡ 1ml Ecothrive Trace. PH: 6.4 PPM: 454. 19.6.25: 2 litres of plain water. PH: 6.4 PPM: 339. 22.6.25: 2 litres containing: ♡ 3/4 Tsp Mega Crop Part B. PH: 6.3 PPM: 464. June 7: Sunday Punch EV is an excellent plant. I’m very impressed. June 8: using the scrog net to keep the fan leaves from shading the growth tips. Loose scrog nets are great when doing a manifold outdoor. Very effective and easy. At this early stage just the weight of the string is enough so there’s no need to tie it down. June 9: video tip about making up for dry air by moistening the leaves a couple time a day. Quick gentle shot with the hose is all it takes. June 10: she’s growing fast now. Entering the stage of fast vegetative growth where it will be growing by over an inch per day. Fun times. June 12: Sunday Punch EV is really growing fast now. Re-arranged Scrog net and clipped it down to spread it out and provide some stability. Leaves are quite big and catching wind. The eight main colas are ready to be topped tomorrow, and there are another 8 inner growth tips that i can leave and they’ll be big enough to reach for sun like the soon to be 16 main colas…so 16 legit colas and 8 bonus cheaters for a nice and uniform 24 cola plant…sure why not?

*****Week 17 growth – March 27 to Apr 2, 2021 – Week 8 flower ****** We are in the first full week of flush now. Color change time and more swelling😃👍 GDP x GSC should have some purple in her......there certainly is in both. I have missed CL1 though, due to my actions. Pushing the nutes and lights is showing signs this week and both are fox tailing now. CL2 is holding it together though better than CL1........she said F you and shot her tips way up. Tails coming up the side of the bud as well, not excessive but they are prominent. They feel dense, yeah I squished a couple😏, so they should still have a good finish. CL2 is the looker right now and will have more dense buds I suspect but CL1 is showing that she can make some chunky LARGE buds if given what she wants.......without excess🙂 Frost levels on both girls is very high and looking sparkly😎 Aromas have been coming out more now and I pick up sweet and kind of floral......F I don’t know fully on these ones right now but it’s freaking good......smells like good weed!!! Running these both again I think. I was going to let CL1 go but color isn’t everything....CL1 should have fatter buds and I think she deserves another chance👍 CL2 is a given she will be run another time as well🔥❄️ 🔥❄️🔥❄️🔥 The girls are drinking well with being watered almost everyday. Moving into the phase of letting the pots dry right out before adding more water to ensure they are finishing all the nutrients in the media. Mar 27/21, Day 50 - 4L plain water at 6.0pH - Mar 28/21, Day 51 - 4L watering today with RO water. - 30ppm and 6.1pH Mar 29/21, Day 52 - cold in the tent today so turned the heater back on to brin up to 77 degrees. It was holding at 74, a little low. - nothing watered. Mar 30/21, Day 53 - 4L watering with tap water at 5.8pH - Mar 31/21, Day 54 - watered late in the day with only 3L of RO water - 25ppm and 6.1 pH Apr 1/21, Day 55 - dry out day Apr 2/21, Day 56 - light power reduced again and down to 300 watts. - plain water with tap. - 3L each 280ppm and 6.1pH Through week 8 and going into 9 now. Still some nutrient to keep working on in the leaves......give them a little more time💪

Into the 4th week of flower already. Got a bit stressed from the massive leaf stripping I did at week 3 and slow to start drinking again. Same strains drinking at 1/2 the speed of my previous grow. Lesson learned here to give the plant time to grow into the large pot before flipping to flower.

This they popped after 2 days of being in the soil. They’re stretching but not too much. I have a fan blowing against the wall in my 2x2 grow tent. I have the phlox on 2x4 grow light on the lowest level 18” above the plant with an avg temp of 75 & RH of 47%.

Day 28: I got home from 10 days of holidays and these girls had cruised along as if I had been there with them the whole time. They are very happy, especially the middle one. The small one on the right has always been small, is what it is. She could be a stack little shorty. Time will tell. I did a feed today, top dressed according to Gaia Green at 15 ml/ gal of media which should last approx 2 weeks. I also added a bit more 444 just to make sure there’s enough N during this stretch phase. All 3 have pistols showing and are starting to flower. I was unable to train as much as I’d have liked but is what it is. Sometimes the more indica strains I’ve done are negatively effected by topping and excess training. I removed a couple huge fans that were shading too much of the plant. I also am trying a “super cropping” of top fans to get them out of the way but still save them as a nute source if they need. We’ll see how it goes. The Vipar spectra xs2000 is killling it as usual. As I’ve said 50 times it’s super powerful and I’ve had to raise the light above recommended height as I started to see leaf edge curl and light stress. No problem at all tho, better too powerful and raise it than too weak and have loose buds. I did a micro top just to stop excessive apical meristem stretch and leaving all the other lower branches too low for effective light absorption or burn on the top cola. Happy Growing 🌱

Whats growing one everyone ? I just wanted to give you an update on my Tropicana Cookies Auto from Fast Buds. She's been growing like crazy and I'm so happy with how healthy and tall it's getting! One of the things that's really helped with the growth of my plants in the past is the autopots. They're connected now and my Girl seems to be adapting really well to the new setup. I'm so glad I decided to go with autopots - they're making my life so much easier! As far as nutrients go, I've stopped using the all-in-one liquid for now. The pellets in the soil are already loaded with nutrients, so I figured there was no need to keep adding more. I want to make sure that she is able to absorb all of the nutrients it needs, without overdoing it on the fertilizers. Overall, I'm just really pleased with how this grow is going. The Tropicana Cookies Auto is such a great strain and it seems to be thriving in my setup. I'm excited to see how it continues to grow over the coming weeks, and I'll definitely keep you posted on its progress! Last week, instead of 2 g of GHSC Powder Feeding, I only gave 1.5 g p l of substrate so that I can give you another 1 g per l of substrate next week so that it lasts until the end :-). It is developing very well and the buds are starting to grow :-). The week was poured 3 times with 1.1 l each time. once of them GHSC Enhancer was added :-). The bottom shoots have now also been removed :-). As always, the humidifier was refilled every day and the lady was checked for her health. I hope you enjoy the update. Another stress free week. I am a bit worried i have had no issues so far so i expect some horrid stuff to come and get me soon!! She just keeps taking food and getting fatter.. She is long and the branches are getting to the point of falling over so i will come up with a plan for that.. Worse problems to have though right??😂 The smell is quite complex. First its old skool skunky but then it had a bitter smell. I know bitter is a tste but thats what it is.. Nothing else to say i feed her twice a day lights on and just before lights off. I am keeping an eye and i may start to give her a drink in the middle of the day. I noticed her top coco is a bit drier then it has been. Thanks for looking, Stay safe Grow well.

Gorilla Cookies has been growing great lately under the Spider Farmer G3000 light. I just changed the light to a 12/12 schedule. So tomorrow will be her first day of flowering light times. I like to wash in some fresh dynomyco when I grow in coco so I added that to the nutrition mix, but only 1 time. I will start increasing light strength as she starts to stretch over next 3 weeks. Everything is looking good at the moment.
