Die Buds entwickeln sich sehr gut und nehmen kräftig an Masse zu. Huhu.... wir purpeln auch ein bisschen. Größer wird sie wohl nicht mehr, nachdem wir in den letzten beiden Wochen in die Breite und nicht in die Höhe gewachsen sind.

Día 36. Estamos en 6ta semana. Los esquejes se atrasaron debido a que han sido días muy fríos y no he logrado enraizarlos. Decidí poner el extractor de aire junto con la bomba de aire, así solamente se prende 15 minutos cada hora. Así estoy logrando temperaturas mayores a 24°C en el indoor y así voy a lograr el enraizado. La planta ya tiene un tamaño que ocupa casi todo el indoor. Pero lo importante es que la voy guiando y ya estoy proyectando como va a ir cada rama. El tamaño va a exceder lo que esperaba, pero aún así creo que si logro lo que tengo en mente, voy a sacar muy buenos resultados. Igual no me voy a arriesgar demasiado, así que si contando 10 días desde ahora, no logro que los esquejes enraicen, voy a pasar la madre a floración sola. Cómo pueden ver, las ramas están bastante gruesas, y el la ramificaciones van ganando su lugar cada una. Las raíces son demasiado grandes, aunque sé que voy a poder poner la planta en el sistema de arriba igual, aunque me voy a tener que ayudar de algo para meterlas. Es importante no utilizar las manos, ya que se pueden transmitir muchos hongos. Voy a seguir actualizando e ir viendo que pasa. Pero ya estamos en los últimos días de crecimiento, haya o no esquejes. Incluso puede que ya pase la planta al indoor de arriba para darle mayor libertad de crecimiento. Esto me va a servir para tlmar en cuenta en la próxima camada que se vendrá. La idea de esto es hacer las cosas rápido, y no en gran tamaño. Pero siendo que ya estoy en el baile, no me queda otra que bailar. Día 40 Los esquejes no estaban enraizando, así que decidí cambiarlos de lugar y los puse arriba de la luz, donde les da calor y luz tenue. Espero que ahora si agarren. Y hoy fue el gran día, pasé la planta madre al módulo de arriba. Pero lo voy a dejar una semana más creciendo. De esa forma veo si los esquejes llegan a agarrar a tiempo. Y además tuve un problema en el trasplante. Primero que la planta se hizo más grande que lo esperado, y la raíz también. Cuando la pasé, hubo contacto de la raiz con prácticamente todo lo que había cerca. Sumado a que se enredó en el oxigenador, así que quedó una pidra difusora en la raíz. Dado el alto riesgo de haberla contaminado con algún hongo, le puse una solución de agua con agua oxigenada, recirculando continuamente, para lavar las raices y de paso bajar el stress de teansplante. Mañana veremos cómo arranca el día. En el aprendizaje me llevo que en la madre, es mejor hacer un corte en el primer nudo, o dejar las ramas del segundo y quitar las del primero. Y así que queden sólo dos ramas, para luego dejar a los esquejes en el medio. Eso planeo hacer con la próxima variedad. Entre tanto ahora sólo me preocupa que la raíz no se haya contaminado en el traspaso. Ya en 8 días estaré pasando a floración si no hay esquejes. Si llegan a agarrar, habrá que dar unos días de crecimiento hasta que alcancen a la madre en altura. Pero ya está todo en definición. Ahora sólo queda esperar y seguir guiando a la planta. Ya tengo ganas de poner la próxima, pero falta bastante para eso. Tengo 10 semanas de flora, así que recién en 5 semanas voy a poner la nueva madre.

The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This strain by Dutch Passion is one of my all time favorite strains that I've cultivated previously with phenomenal results so I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! I'm going to things a bit different this time around. I have a brand spanking new AC Infinity 4x4 tent and was just given one of HLG's newest lights for 2022, The Blackbird! I've got this 600w monster hooked up to my Trolmaster Hydro X Controller so I've got full control over timing, dimming and Sunrise/Sunset. This beauty is going to annihilate the 4x4 for sure! 😎👍 I'm going to grow her all by herself and veg her for around 70-90 days after witch I'll install a trellis net in the tent and spread her out. Our expert advice: Meringue is the perfect strain for professional home growers or licensed producers looking for a variety with the highest possible resin levels. Buds are literally coated in layers of resin. We would recommend to look out for the plants which show the most hybrid leaf and plant structure. These are generally the biggest and best yielding phenotypes. Consider using a UV light during the last few weeks of flowering and notice how the trichome production goes into overdrive. The thing that stands out the most is the slightly unusual growth pattern, therefore more leaf picking is necessary, otherwise the lower buds will not receive enough light. Because of the slightly larger internodal distance, buds don’t have the tendency to become really big, which could make her a bit more interesting for growers with higher humidity levels. There should be enough fresh air around these flowers though, because they become rock-hard. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where it stayed until a tap root emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerged from the Jiffy Pellet she was transferred to a 1qt plastic pot. As she grows I'll be moving her into larger pots along the way up until she's in her 10g fabric pot. ~Grown in a 10g fabric pot filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and fed Dutch Pro nutrients throughout the entire grow with de-chlorinated water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8. ~19/5 light cycle for vegetation, then 12/12 to flower with supplemental UVA added during the last weeks of flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~ Supplemental co2 provided throughout vegetation and flower - monitored and controlled by an AutoPilot APC8200 co2 controller. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked the seed for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which it was transferred to a moist paper towel laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉. After 30 hours she had not popped open yet so I soaked another seed for 3 hours and then into a paper towel and onto the heat mat it went. 12/3- This afternoon I checked and the seed had a root that was about 1/4 to 3/8" so at 5 pm I transferred it into a Jiffy Peat Pellet that was hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By the next morning she had her cotyledon leaves opened! 12/5- Well this is Day ONE for the Dutch Passion Meringue! I'll keep her in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see her roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer her gently into her 2qt plastic starter pot to begin growing. 12/7- Today when I checked her, she had roots just starting to emerge from her pellet, so tomorrow I'll transfer her into her 'starter' pot. 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! It took a really long time for it to flower, but after 2 weeks it's already quite far along in flowering.

Day 21 I think her extra day in the paper towel germinating while I waited for equipment to arrive, may of sent her straight into flower... shes throwing pistils everywhere. Really jumped in side in 7 days 😂 Lets see how she looks in another 7 days. Turned the auto-pots + air-domes on to get water and oxygen directly to the roots 3 days ago. Feeding Cropsalt at 5.8ph, really enjoying it atm just look at their colour😍

Day 7: The small royal jack auto has been removed; no growth has emerged in the past 48 hours, so I intend to germinate a new seed for the tent today. The remaining plants appear robust and are developing rapidly. For now, I am supplying only water and will repeat this mid-week; next week I will add a trace of nitrogen, some micronutrients, and a drop of Supervit. Lights are positioned 35 cm above the canopy. I use a dimmable Mars Hydro unit, currently set near 30–35% power, so each plant receives roughly the same illumination. Below is a conversion Gemini provided. Lighting Data (Day 7) Lamp Model: Mars Hydro TS2000 Lamp Height: 35 cm from the top of the plants Dimmer Power: 30–35% Foot-Candles (FC) Measurement: 940–1100 FC Conversion in Lux: 10,114–11,836 Lux PPFD value (PAR): 151–176 μmol/m²/s I will wait for all plants to develop the third pair of leaves before raising power to around 40–45%. Below is my usual schedule for autoflowers: Days 9–14 (Early Veg / 3rd Leaf Set): 40% dimmer (~200–250 PPFD) Days 15–21 (Mid Veg / Multiple Nodes): 50–60% dimmer (~350–450 PPFD) Days 22–28 (Late Veg / Pre-Flowering): 70–80% dimmer (~550–650 PPFD) Flowering Stage (Week 5+): 100% Full Power (~700–900+ PPFD) Day 9 – 150 ml of water placed in a circle 6–7 cm from the plant. Day 10: I intend to increase the light dimmer to roughly 40% tomorrow or the following day, depending on how the Royal Queen Jack develops. I have also germinated another seed that will soon enter the tent; I planned to raise the lamp slightly because the plants are growing taller, and I want the new one to avoid failing directly beneath it.

She is still alive and very little bit growing in last few days, still making roots anyway so didnt wait any grow with this weather. Week was pretty cold night temps mostly 2-4 and day temps 11-14. Dont want to take it inside i just want to see how they react at outside.

Just two more weeks to go, and these girls are almost ready to shine. The buds have gotten so heavy I had to tie ‘em up to keep ‘em from toppin' over. They’re thick, dense, and full of weight – just what we’ve been workin’ for. I’ve already started flushin’ the medium, lettin’ ‘em clear out all the leftover nutes. The plants are respondin' well, and the fade is startin' to show real nice. Right now, almost all the trichomes are milky, and I’m just waitin' for that perfect amber to start showin' up. It’s a waiting game now, lettin' ‘em ripen and hit peak potency. The smell’s still crazy loud, and the resin is drippin’ like it’s made for the top shelf. Everything’s goin' smooth – temps, humidity, all dialed in to finish these queens off strong. We’re in the home stretch, and in two weeks, it’s choppin’ time. Zuppler signin’ out. Busy week so Only a pic for the end of the week

Hot and dry all week, boy the forest fires are bad in BC this year, knock on wood no major fires on Vancouver Island, no smoke either. Smooth sailing, stretch is slowing, budlets forming nice for sure week 2+ so looking like a Sept finish for sure. Quiet week as I was busy enjoying summer, nothing but drip 45min a day, 2.5hr once a week, diablo maxx, Silica and a weekly spray of LCPT. Had a MASSIVE mushroom at the base of the Hugel, which means the fungal network under there is for sure in overdrive. This time of year it's so hot and dry it's hard to keep the outside of the hugel most being a big hill, but obviously there's epic moisture deep inside it. Compost tea this week, looks great, super simple, 6cups compost, 4tbsp molasses, 4tbsp Epsom, 50ml kelp, little bit of coir, aerate 24hrs and use immediately. Probably toss on trellis net next week and zip tie her to the frame, next week another top dress, and then the final push! Most of the harvest will go to the freezer fresh, maybe wash, hang dry and cure an LB for flower rosin and edibles, then I'll make bubble hash when it cools down over Christmas.

Two of the girls have been battling a nitrogen toxicity issue due to over feeding at week 5/6 but they are still looking pretty nice. The buds are really starting to give off a nice citrusy aroma up close on the tallest plant.
