🌿 Week 10: The Final Countdown & The Autumn Fade 🍂 The Vibe: We’ve officially entered double digits! The tent is a jungle of smells, and the air is thick with a mix of sweet pineapple, heavy cream, and that funky cheese undertone. Most of the white pistils have now tucked in or turned orange/brown, and the plants are starting to pull mobile nutrients from the larger fan leaves the "autumn fade" is officially here! The Ladies: Pineapple Express F1: Still the undisputed Queen 👑. Her main colas are rock hard and coated in a sticky layer of resin. She’s starting to show some beautiful purple/yellow hues in her fan leaves as she nears the finish line. White Runtz: The "Chonk" of the tent! 🍩 Even though she the tallest girl is the tent, her bud density is incredible. The frost on the Runtz is next level it looks like she’s been dipped in sugar.(And she is now drying) Blue Cheese F1: My little rebel. 🧀 She stayed compact and "boujee" with her 3-fingered leaves until the end, but don't let her size fool you the smell coming off her is the most pungent in the tent. She’s finally stopped that weird side-branch stretching and is putting all her energy into ripening those dense little nuggets. Care & Nutrients: Feeding: This is the last week of full nutrients. I’m still using the Bio-Bloom and Top-Max combo, but I’ve started tapering down the Fish-Mix and TNT Complex to let the plants use up their stored nitrogen. Watering: They are thirsty! I’m still giving about 1L per plant every other day, ensuring the pH stays steady at 5.5-6.0 to avoid any late-stage lockouts. Environment: Keeping the humidity lower (around 45-50%) now to prevent any bud rot issues since the flowers are so dense. Temperatures are steady at 27°C lights on. Next Steps: It’s all about the jeweler's loupe now. I’m checking trichomes daily. We are looking for that perfect 10-20% amber ratio before we start the final flush. It won’t be long now! Question for the Growmies: Do you prefer to harvest when trichomes are all cloudy for a "heady" high, or do you wait for more amber for that "couch-lock" feel? Let me know below! 👇

Recovering very well, noticeable growth daily. Topped, Lst, and pruned over the last week. Adjusted light height and spectrum to encourage more lateral growth. Hope I didn’t overdo it. The og kush(right) growing a little slow, strawberry gorilla(left) is an autoflower and its leaves are looking a little funky.

Week went again very uneventful. The plant does what she is supposed to be doing (gaining weight) :). Still lots of new pistils appearing overnight, I am checking the Trichomes daily, however, everything remains milky, with only very little % of amber trichomes. Once amber colours start increasing I will start flushing.

Week 10 - Harvest In the last week i let the soil dryout for a little stress simulation, honestly a little to much. She turned yellow in 2-3 days after last watering. I was a little shocked how fast that went down. But in the end she survived it and developed some great aromatic buds, smells sweet right now and im waiting for the end of drying and curing for an final update. 10th week of flowering: week from 23/10 to 29/10 This is the last week of flowering for this strain. Unfortunately here in north eastern Italy the outdoor climate isn’t so kind in this period. So even If I wanted to let them mature a bit more, the temperature at night goes to 10°C. It hasn’t perfectly matured, but that’s what I have. I noticed some trichomes have lost the head or sphere at the top. I read that’s due to low temperature, so I see myself forced to harvest it now. Also it’s better to get them out the rain since bud rot and mold are still spreading in some branches.

Hello community, today is day 114 from dry sunflower seeds. Last week before harvest, watering with bottled water all week. The smell of ripe melon, fruity and tart.

An here we are. At the end of another cycle. The end of another year, and what a year it was. For Sunshine and me personally, it was a tough year, with our families sick on multiple occasions, life-threatening. We are very thankful for many things but most of all that all our parents are healthy again. We wish your families are as fortunate in the coming year. So we end this Gorilla's life with a swift cut of the scissors, after thanking her again for the companionship, the well-needed distraction, and all the love she has given me already. I sometimes read that people won't go near their plants when they are angry or sad. Please do go to your plants when you are sad or angry! They are millions of years old. They have been healers of animals and humans since they were around. Our emotions can not taint something so pure as the spirit of this plant. She will heal us, give her life for us, sacrifice herself for our healing. She is all-powerful and all-knowing, there is nothing we mere humans can do, except disrespect her powers. Bask in her glowing light, enjoy her soothing energy, her creative spark when you are in need of love, just don't smoke her at that time, for she will soothe you bit not give her treasures, she will seduce you. I've been lollipopping the plant. Things are looking and smelling good. I'm trying to maximize the vertical space of my grow room and I think I'm almost at the right height. I've been keeping the light going at 75% (of 1000w) instead of 50%, which apparently I can get away with in the winter.

Welcome to week 8 🌱✨ The Girl Scout Cookies ladies are doing good so far. I did some more defoliation and lollipopping. I guess the stretch will be done soon. Unfortunately Salem and Morgana are still standing tall in the back. I still have no idea how to get those main stems out of the hotspot. Edit: I installed an automatic watering system today. Indicidual treatment for every lady. Let’s see how they’ll like it. 🧙‍♂️

Day 43 12/08/24 Monday Feed today, it was warm again so they drank the whole 300ml each so I have topped up another 150ml to see run off to prevent salt build up. This little monster smells like 🔥 probably she will not give a big harvest, but I care more of the quality of the strain at the end 👹

Day 70- Switched to plain ph’d water mid-week, they have now had 2 waterings with plain water. Probably going to be 2 more in the upcoming week. Did a big defoliation mostly to help ease the final trim when it comes, but to also allow for a little more trichome development as she uses up the remaining nutrients. It’s been a much cooler week so I have been gradually increasing the light intensity to get a final push for some weight. Running at about 95% intensity at the moment with the tent hovering around 79-81 degrees freedom units. Checking trichomes daily with my 30x jewellers loupe, mostly cloudy now, some amber popping up, but mostly on the leaves. I’m watching my other strain as well, hoping the timing will be right for both to come down. I’m not in a rush, really want to maximize these buds, they are already very hard, and they will be decent producers.

Seen explosive growth is week 3. Plant more than doubled in size, and reached 5 nodes. We topped her this week! (Video added!). Still zero nutrients but it won't be long! Plant is loving the T5 HO lighting! So far, so good, very strong looking grow, no troubles here! Topped at 20 days from seed.
