Was such a pleasant harvest from start to finish, no issues at all. A tip for next time would be to have the SCRoG lower as I couldn’t really tuck any node sights this time round, smells absofuckinglutely amazing from 3RD week bloom onwards!

we continue the run with the slowing down of the stretch and the beginning of the beautiful flowers. This week my EC indicated me some things... It was at 1.8 and went up to 1.9, so I added water to lower the ec to 1.6. When my ec goes back up it tells me that I have enough nutrients in my solution. Now, the ph is back to 1.7, I will add more water to bring it down to 1.5. We can observe on some leaf tips a beginning of over-fattening, this is what I'm talking about above, I'll let you know next week if I lower the ec or if I keep 1.5. I did one last defoliation and it was needed! If you look at my vitals, it's not crazy, 70% humidity at this time of the year can become problematic, so I'm going to take the dehumidifier out and set myself at 55%.

Trichomes started to get cloudy and some of them have already turned amber. I hope to harvest next week but for now they are still too many clear trichomes. All the plants are now watered with clear water until the harvest. Some leaves almost turned yellow directly after the nutrient stop, especially on the OG Kush. The Honey Melon Haze is now mostly standing up thanks to the strings that support it. Hopefully the harvest is coming soon!

So far she’s growing great, I noticed she was a bit finicky with the nutrients at 75% strength, I noticed a couple claws here and there so I only fed big bud and sensi bloom and a little lower strength and she reacted great to it.

The plants look stunning, beautiful strain to grow and work with for sure, I cannot wait to smoke those buds, the fragrance has instantly make me want to run her again most definitely, the stretch has been really noticeable and and both phenos have a lot of flowrs, looks very productive plants, looks like a solid strain, both phenos smell the exact same, this 4th week of flower it's gonna be very exciting, I only water 💦 the medium when dry and that's it, FLO Living soil blends does a sensational performance keeping your plants well fed all the way from seed and also provides you amazing results in terms of quality of the flowers, the smell is so pure and it makes every strain perform to its best, I'm definitely in love with this living soil blend, and also in love with this couple of badazz OG cheese guys. 10/1 - Happy as ever. Basically on autopilot. 10/2 - Had a fun photo shoot today. Plants are looking thirsty, will likely water tomorrow. 10/3 - Watered today with the usual. Plants are starting to "stack" the nugs! 10/4 - They loved that watering. I'm loving life right now, so are the plants. I did some minor defoliation today to prevent some bud sites from being covered. 10/5 - Another great day for a photo shoot :)

Week 6 Flower Up until flush, she was only given PK, sugars and sweeteners, and the microbes (listed above). Everything else has been stopped to ensure a proper flush. She started her flush on Day 40 as I want to get a nice fade on her after a long flush. My girls are in coco and perlite, in fabric pots sat on benches so they dry out within 2 days. Because of this I can flush a lot of water through them without overwatering. Infact, the amount of water I put through them doesn't make a difference to how quickly they dry. Good air movement around the pots also helps them dry, and stops any stagnant air within the lower half of the tent and within the plants, preventing any moulds. When flushing, I first feed just enough water to create a run off into the tray so I can read the ppm and pH value. Doing this lets you know how your plant has been performing; whether she's been way off in pH and locked out by having a high/low pH and high ppm, or if she's been doing just fine with a pH range within tolerance and around the same ppm value or less than you've been feeding. This girl was in perfect health, with a good pH and ppm. After that, I flush up to 30ltr and then take a second reading from the last bit of run off. The ppm is the main thing I look at this time, to see how low I've taken it from the flush. Personally, I find the girls fade much sooner, and more overall by doing a bigger flush as it takes almost all of the nutrients out of the coco within a few days. That leaves the plant with nothing but her own stored nutrients to feed on for the next 2+ weeks. A better flush means a better, cleaner smoke. She's stacked up and swelling by the day with huge buds. Not the frostiest strain I've ran, but still covered in trichomes and extremely strong scented. She smells of mixed berries and grapes 🍇 I can't wait to try! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺

She takes a bit of looking after this one needing defols on the reg but the work is well worth it , dripping with resin and tastes like cake .

Another busy week with the vege. I gave it microbes, a HID lamp at 400 watts, sprayed for bugs and also covered the media with plastic wrap to get rid of 3 or 4 gnarts and of course a had another flood with the GoGro water system and I took one plant out of the garden because she is frozen in time. I still don't know why. The trellis is doing good. Lots of work.

Buenas noches familia, actualizamos la semana 3 de floración, y es que están increíbles nuestras gorillas girls, tienen un grosor de 7mm de tallo central, espectacular. Empezaron a formarse nuestras flores y es que ya tenemos muchas ganas de ver como se ponen estos ejemplares. El ph está controlado en 6,5 regamos cada 48h , todos los riegos llevan nutrientes. Es predominante sativa y tarda alrededor de 9 semanas.

Second run with these genetics, I ran her last time in a 5.4 gallon container, I got the grape pheno, higher yield with the first run, but much tighter nugs with this run. This one smells much more earthy/gassey and less grapey. I ended up with just under 26 zips of nugs, 2 zips of Larf which I will turn into canna sugar, and my buddy made a 35 gram brick of bubble from the trim. It should be dry in the next few days and I'll post a video of the squeeze, hoping to get around a zip of rosin which I will split with him since he turned the bubble...Super excited to squeeze some nugs once the cure is done, Ill post vids of them as wel. Next run I'm planning to try and cram 2 plants inside a 5X5, build mainlines, and flip by week 6 or 7....Switching to two 315 W CMH bulbs up top, and LED's on 2 of the sidewalls for supplemental lighting. Outdoor coco 15g pots Progress: Lava cake is about week 6.5. Starting to ripen and get heavy. Buds are getting fat. Strong sweet cookie/ ice cream smell. Buds are getting more frosty. Buds are getting so heavy I installed a net on 3 of 4 and doing #4 soon. On my most mature plant - About 25-30% of pistils have turned color. Some trichomes are milky, none amber. Looks like plants are a few days apart. Marathon OG week 5 1/2. Still stacking and getting fat. Smells dank. Trichomes are showing up. The 20 gallon OG is growing into a monster. I’m still waiting for the heavy bud stacks…. Nutes: Bumping up ppm, the dry koolbloom and molasses, stopping regular koolbloom and grow. Looking to starting flushing the lava cake in a week or so. Feeding 2x a day; 3x on hot days. Weather: Had a good week of cooler temps until yesterday, when it was 97. Looking at hugs in the 80s this week, perfect. Pests: The moths and caterpillars are in full swing so I’m applying BT every morning. I’m working hard to reduce caterpillar 🐛 losses. We lost all of the top colas on a plant in another location 💔 . I’m only losing one bud at a time and not the entire colas so far. Wishing fat buds and monster harvests to all.
