Apex is frosting up nicely and her smell is popping, closest I can get to describing it is like cleaning products from a real fancy hotel…but lots of fan leaves are showing signs of deficiencies and/or lockout cuz she’s root bound really bad. Buds and sugar leaves aren’t affected, so far so good, I hope they stay that way 🤞 Gelato is fattening up real nice and has that distinct pungent aroma but not as strong as apex and not a lot of trichs. I hear this strain starts picking up in week 7+…although she’s root bound too but not as bad (I think). Lights are at 80%…they’re fricken beasts and way too much power for such a short, tiny tent. Next grow will be same strains, bigger final pots and will be in a new tent that is 6” (15cm) taller, every little bit helps :) That’s it for this week. Thanks for stopping by. As you can see the white powdery mold is starting to lose my thoughts were getting a HEPA filter into the room . 2) because this mold mostly lives on leaves what I did is I locked out the soil. This was a technique passed on by a legacy grower in my area.The way it was explained is by making the pH higher than seven the plant would no longer be able to receive nutrients through the soil and it would have to eat whatever nutrients are left in the leaves. This woukd change the pH of the leaves aswell to help kill the mold . Lastly I greatly increased my wind movement so that air would be continuously moving no matter what it was a little bit hard on the leave tips that burnt a little bit but at this point windburn on leaves is pretty irrelevant when you're looking at the whole picture. I don't think this would have worked with any other genetics but exotic seeds mostly because from what I've seen with them is a very high resistance to mold and I think that played a huge part of the process. Also having diablo nutrients monster wash, without that I do not think I would have won this battle

Just as I thought, ran into a calcium lock out, it's my own fault but its a lesson and ill learn from it. I'm guessing I over did it with bloom and top max bloom stim, all the other readings are good so that's my only idea. Ive taken a picture of a couple of the affected leaves so please tell me if im wrong, any help will be greatly appreciated, im still learning. Bud development is coming along so she isn't suffering too much I don't think....Anyway, today is day 22 of flower, she's starting give out a nice fruity scent 😋

I assume this Gz #1 Week 8(d50) Gz #2 week 10(d71)chopped:) Gz #3 week 8(d50) Gz #4 week 8(d52) but maturing faster(chopped:) Gz #5 week 9(d62)last week( chopped:) Gz #6 week 8(d50) This week 2 days raining but rest of it is sunny. One plant is faded more than others and i will chop it one week sooner. Only 4 plant give light organic and then tap water for a week or more.

Ok folks, gunna be one armed for another 6 weeks so I'm just the conductor the true heroes will go unseen. Everything is alive atleast, had a scare yesterday as things got so dried out everything went limp but an hour after feed turned back around. Noticed some yellowing and other coloring coming thru on alot of leaves so I bumped ppm up a little bit this last feed. They dont look like they have a deficiency, it's weird, they look beautiful but with a premature fade almost. I really like Green Buzz' line up/regiment I just have to dial it in which isnt easy since it's a multi strain crop and various size plants. It's very easy to use and makes me feel good knowing it's not poison. Did a minor leaf strip around the tent just to make things fit better. I'll copy and paste this to the diaries for the rest of the crop per usual but go into a little more detail on each plant individually. Pics and vids were taken on day 28 of flower. I'm trying to keep up with these as best I can from start to finish, the flip date was 6.10.19, today is 7.9.19. The first one is pretty amazing, its showing pinkish red pistils early and just has a unique structure. I posted a shot on IG and someone pointed out what looked to be a sac in the middle of a flower. I double checked tonight and couldn't find any signs of germs but will pay attention over the next week just to be safe. It would be a shame if this doesnt get to finish out, thankfully I kept a cut of her. Runtus Cuntus in the corner been pissin me off since day one and still being a dick. Just growing so slowly and ugly I want to take her out behind the woodshed but dont have the heart.

This strain is awesome. Had good germination rates. Trained well and filled out. Produced some amazing smelling buds. Was only ruined because another strain in the tent hermed. Otherwise it would have been perfect. So frost. Trichomes growing all over the place. Will be growing this strain in the future and still one of my favorites dispite the failure.

A good week here in the tent. The girls continue to grow and progress. Getting a small amount of water daily. Looking for more progression then I'll transplant the best looking ones.

The tricombe production on this strain is ridiculous! It looks amazing under my microscope. The heads are mostly milky coloured so this may be finishing sooner than expected. The space in the tent is getting a bit tight so I'll be glad to have more room when this lady has done her thing.

Hey all, She is doing pretty well. Trichomes are stacking up. She is smelling fruity and a bit of sourness to it. I am going to flush her once this week. Did some defoliation. Nothing much!

Feeding full strength with 600ml run off.. Both plants are very different looking to each other, they both have different smells, one is more fruity the other gassy. Still a couple of weeks to go and they are covered in trichomes. The tallest one looks like it will finish before the shorter one.

The 3 little engines that could! I used the paper towel method on these girls and they wove themselves right in with tap roots that were nearly two inches long. I had to rip open the rapid rooter to get them in and then put them in their rock wool home. Off to the races!

Final veg day today, still watering straight water with Pro-TeKt (twice this week, 3 since I last fed) & the run off PPMs oddly keep rising at the pH drops was hoping to kick into the AgroThrive flower formula next water but I many hold off another time average run off PPM is 2768, I don't know if this rise is an organic thing but the plants look generally good to me. Trimmed more & added one more LST clip this week.

Well she seems to be getting along very well for her 4th week in flower. Nothing exciting done this week i keep feeding her about 5 litres of water with 30ml canna A and 30ml canna B with a ph of 6.3 on average water schedule about every 24hours.
