And here we are! CHOP DAY! This strain has been impressive and smells like a bag of oranges! Oh so lovely! This girl packed on the weight. Several branches are hanging and has caused some side branching to separate from the main stalk(my fault for cutting the scrog net). Will definitely be growing this strain again!

Week 14 marks not only the completion of the first week of flowering but also a remarkable stretch in the growth of my green companions. It's like they've hit a growth spurt of epic proportions, reaching for the stars with leafy determination. They're like botanical skyscrapers, standing tall and proud in their green kingdom. Each week, these plants become more beautiful, like nature's own masterpiece unfolding before my eyes. The best part? There's no more discoloration on the leaves, and they're gobbling up nutrients without any negative side effects. It's like they've discovered the fountain of leafy youth, and they're thriving like never before. But amidst the leafy triumphs, there's a slight hiccup in the form of temperature. Throughout the day, the temperatures can reach a toasty 83 degrees. I have a Vivosun controller that's supposed to kick in the exhaust at 79 degrees, but it seems to be struggling to keep up. Looks like it's time to bring in the big guns and get an AC unit for my green haven. As I reflect on the journey so far, I can't help but feel a sense of awe and gratitude for these amazing plants. They've taught me patience, perseverance, and the true beauty of nature's artistry. Here's to Week 14 – a week of stretching, flowering, and the promise of a bountiful harvest. 2/6: Amnesia 3 is just about 6 inches tall now. Trainwreck is only a couple inches behind. Still keeping the temps between 73-82 and the humidity in the mid to low 70s. After thoroughly watering the very healthy, young tomato plant that coesxists in the tent, the tips of some of the leaves turned yellow. That makes me wonder if soaking the soil for the first time since transplant caused a bit of nutrient burn. I'm going to avoid any nutrients the first time I water Amnesia 3 and Trainwreck fully, to avoid the same potential issue. They're not looking too thirsty yet though. 2/8: Amnesia 3 is tall enough and has a thick enough main stem to start slowly low stress training with a rubber coated gardening wire. I pre-drilled holes in my buckets for this occasion, and the wire fits well. Each day for the next week I'll gently pull the wire to slowly bend the main stem downwards, similar to how braces work on teeth: a long, slow procedure. 2/9: Woke up to Trainwreck's leaf tips pointing downwards, so I took it as a sign to go ahead and give it its first watering. I siphoned up a bit of the runoff water, and it came back at a PH of 4! That's not good; however, after researching a bit, it's likely that I could have siphoned up a pocket of low PH nutrient-filled water, making my reading way off in terms of the PH of the whole slurry of runoff. If the leaves don't bounce back, I'm going to take that as a potential sign of Nitrogen toxicity and will monitor more closely. Will probably make plans for a flush if it progresses any worse than downward leaves. Nitrogen toxicity can cause fragile, dark green leaves that point down in a shape similar to a claw, among other symptoms. 2/12: Watered Amnesia 3 for the first time since transplant. Getting taller and less bushy in some spots, so I may turn up the lights from 60 to 75% tomorrow, to see if I can increase some more growth. But before, I want to make sure this watering doesn't cause any nute burn from the soil.

Week 4: still doing well. All but 1 plant lost its cotylenas. But I may have started to much to fast as far as nutrients. If you look closely, a couple leaf tips are yellowing and "burning". Eeks, not good. I found out that Durban Poispn likes an easy start to the nutrientrients. But just wait for it. Because of its tendency to grow quickly and stretch, it will become certainly more hungry throughout its Veg cycle. With that being said, topping and LST will be really important. All the girls (except DP6, or Runt, have about 3 nodes. Once I get to 5 nodes, I will be topping for the first time. I measures the girth of the stock. They read as follows: DP1 girth at 2.02mm DP4 girth at 1.4mm DP5 girth at 1.6mm Wattering amount increased slighly: DP1 80mL DP4 60mL DP5 60mL Nutrients went up a bit, but I will back my days of feeding to just 1 day per week (Friday, or "diary day" as it's been come be known Veg 1: 30mL/gal Veg 2: 30mL/gal Sweetener: 10mL/gal Seakelp: 5mL/gal And now, look for my CO Northern Lights Auto outdoor grow 2026 disry. Day 2 of week 8 - Sunday 11th October Nutes in today, all looking good and pistils still coming through nicely.. Girls will need a bit of lower defoliation again but will wait till later this week.. UPDATE: Day 4 of week 8 Tuesday 13th October: More LST and defoliation today, pistils looking so lovely 😊! Nutes in as usual. Defo beginning to stretch so LST is proving a little tougher to do as the stems are getting much stronger now.. May have to abandon metal spikes and start tying down to the sides of the fabric pots. Things are moving much faster now and water intake in increasing too. Happy days! UPDATE: Day 6 of week 8 Thursday 15th Oct Nutes in and a little more LST. Really peeved as I bent the main stem a little too hard on one of the girls and she had a slight crease in the stem now 🤬... I hope this doesn’t affect her growth or that I loose the main cola.. But it’s too late to change it now so keeping my fingers crossed that she’s as hardy as a I think she is.. Only time will tell. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Enjoying this project immensely 😍❤️

Unfortunately, the flowers have not become particularly firm. But the strain has an extremely sweet smell and is very strong. The mother of the cutting, however, looked better, both in terms of firmness, shape and strength, which is probably due to the fertilizer.

Day 65 : officially 1st day of flush . Changed the reservoir with fresh water and 1.2g/5 gallons of Yucca extract and 5ml/gallon of Cleanex from Botanicare . Day 68- I did some defoliate. Few more days until harvest.

1/4/26 1:26 AM. This is me starting a diary accidentally a day too early iced tea had some problems. The cocoa had something in it and the root hit it and it screwed up so I’ve flushed it out. I put another seed in and she’s doing just great. I’ve never had this happen before so I must’ve. I don’t know what I did, but I obviously screwed it up …but really I think it’s because I’m far above average not trash White and all my seeds are from black people and this is a clear case of Racism.😡😂😂😂 I’m gonna write a book about my struggles. 9/1 - Start of week four and all four of my Purple Microdots are female! That means I got 100% feminine seeds from this round and they are looking strong. One of the ladies is split at the main cola as if she had been topped...even though she hasn't. Can't wait to see how she turns out. Watered all today with RO water and molasses. 9/4 - Just a light water and some LST today. Still no nutrients and they are looking fabulous. Moving them just about a quarter of the way around the pot. They are really starting to become bushy and branch out.. They are all very green and looking great. 9/6 - First signs of flower! Each of the four have little pistils coming in and they look beautiful. I come in each day and water and do a little LST on all the ladies and that's about it. Will feed at the end of the week.

Update day #$@.: With the staggered and held up germing issues , the weeks are already out of sync... The Amnesia has been doing brilliantly and had an up pot too her final pot . I have also fimmed her and will be quadlining her 3rd and 4th nodes. The 5th fimmed node is being tied down until the other limbs have got a good start. I am hoping I have caught the 5th node and the right amount of the 6th/7th too!. Always a gamble but could lead to a very productive end . The Red hot cookies is doing OK in her rockwool cube and showing roots underneath now so along with the Afgani delicious, who is also showing roots, I will be putting them into the Nft tank tomorrow to get them catching up with their big cousin amnesia. The speed that nft can muster should allow them to catch up quite well. I am very impressed with the amnesia already , she looks very healthy at this point. Be safe growmies. Peace and blessings.
