I mean theyre not the biggest. But i saw gelato buds spend in dispenserys (www). Who re smaller than mine. They grow up in height, tall and weight. Trichomes re the same as always... 😛 Har har.. Increased their food by a tad. Looked perfectly health raised to about 1900ppm. Again spider mites at it crawling up every leaf and creating a colony. I thought it was over until I sat there nearly every night finding the f*****s and rubbing the leaves with the spray. Defoliation was needed ASAP due to them stretching nicely. Started slowly from the bottom up. (repeated this process every 3-5 days.)

So the older plant finally started flowering after 6 weeks and a couple days of veg. AH#2 looking very healthy, seems to be taking to the nutrients well :)

Sweet Seeds Cream 47 grow 2020. Sweet Seeds Cream 47 was finally run and she was a great experience…….as always there was something to be learnt here but in the end these girls were super frosty and finished super fast! Done in 8 weeks Veg and you keep ALL the trim for further processing😊 Stayed under 30” for height and can fight off many issues including pests and temps……as well as cracked stems and broken branches😊 I believe I ordered these in 2018 after my first experience with Sweet Seeds and Gorilla Girl photo. I was so impressed I had wanted to try something else from them. Then I don’t know what happens…..something else newer or possibly more interesting at the time comes along and you push this seed pack to the back. For some reason AK47 has been the strain I have played with a couple variants of and these girls finally had their chance. The seed pack I have has a date stamp of 2016…….not a worry Growmies, seen lots of other growers popping 10 year old genetics from seed and thy will still work out fine. Just sharing a little reminder that its about storage…….I keep mine in a sealed container in a different fridge in a dark spot😊 As an example, these were 4 years old and I got two girls from my three seeds…..works for me😊 Beginning the diary……during germination everything is rosy and you are going to set things on fire!!!!!! Germination started on July 11/20 with two seeds. First one came up from coco 7 days later on July 18 and C472 was actually the third seed and was put into a rapid rooter on July 19 and came up from coco on July 23…….that left us with C472 actually being 5 days behind C471. Quick note….C472 was a bigger girl at the finish line even though she was 5 days younger and being grown in the 3 gal pot vs the 5 gal pot. Typical photoperiod process and went to solo cups and then to 1 gal and then a final upsize to either a 3gal or 5gal. I put one in each. At the start of this diary I wanted to focus on seeing the difference in yield between a 12L and 20L pot and is it worth the extra media and nutes? Well things change and you have to go with the punches😊 Early veg and building root mass……..come one girls, lets see some snow white roots!!!! The girls were grown in 90 – 80% coco and 10 - 20% Perlite……..COVID made many things hard to get here and there this past year and I believe and I even had to use some Vermiculite as I couldn’t get perlite. As in the previous couple of grows I battled pH drift in this run as well. Quick note…….I am now mixing my media with 65% coco, 25% peat, 10% perlite and the current run is doing very well for both autos and photos……pH is holding at 6.1 in media rather than damn 7.2 a couple of weeks later, may consider dropping peat a little next run to 20% or 15% and increase the coco by the same percentage to see the impact😊😊😊 By the end of 7 days they had a whopping 1 set of single blade fan leaves out and the thought of a second set of leaves. Then by the end of 14 days they really rocked and we had a set of 3 blade leaves out and a sliver of green forming the first set of 5 blade fan leaves……..on fire they were😊😊😊😊 With the girls facing an 8 week veg, I was in no rush. At the end 21 days they were roughly 7” tall and it was time for their first upsize to a 1gal pot. They were finally transplanted on day 23. C471 had a better root development that C472 and she was slightly bigger so was eyed as the pheno to get the 5 gal pot in the future. Usual Mycorrhizae added to the holes and in the pots and further microbes to supplement the girls. Need the roots to more plentiful than what they currently are. The girls loved the extra room and week 5 saw good growth as side branching developed and the leaves became bigger……on course! Late veg and forming a canopy for flower……SCROG or not?????: Weeks 4 and 5, plus the start of 6, the girls continued to flourish and grow in 1 gal pots. Being feed a couple of times a week they continued to progress. The girls had reached a little of 10” tall and it was time to top them. Not sure about LST or SCROG at this point, I knew they had to fill half the tent, so I went a head and topped the girls on day 37 between the fourth and fifth nodes. The girls grew a little different shaped fan leaves and they were more “pointy” and long in growth……and long lateral growth fan leaves. She wanted to grow laterally on her own…..bonus! The girls reacted will to the toping over the next days and kept a solid growth. This strain has tight node spacing and will not grow into 5’ monsters like the Gorilla Girl strain they were grown beside. Finally at day 50, Sept 6/20, the girls were given their final home and transplanted a last time. C471 with more vigorous growth was given the 5 gal pot to fill with roots while C472 was designated the 3 gal pot. I finally decided that a SCROG was going to be the answer because the other girls in the tent will need to be kept tied down. Problem was that these girls won’t stretch much but the other girls will……how the hell to SCROG that situation otherwise you have nodes 12” taller than others and creates a tough canopy to give the correct amount of light??? Solution was to put C47 girls on boxes and rise them up. Took a guess at the potential height difference in the strains and figured I should plant at least a 12” riser of some type. It actually worked out not to bad……they were coming through the top of the SCROG first but as they grew things balanced out between the strains😊 In week 9 the girls took off and we finally had a good canopy to start flower with……all the girls were down low and touching all sides of the tent and each other. Getting them ready to SCROG I decided to perform LST for a couple of weeks and ensure the branching grows to the side and not straight up. They formed 4 main tops on each girl and the side branches were thick. Bud Ignitor added to the feed in week 9 and we are ready…….lets change the light and watch the explosion Baby 😊😊😊 Still only positive thing happening in the grow to this point!! Flower time and filling up the tent with sticky buds………my F@#%ing tent is too small for the girls: Okay Growmies……we are on fire, all 4 girls are growing with pistols popping, branches bent everywhere and put in the first layer of the SCROG……..right on!! Soon reality sets in and the fictitious Gremlins arrive to F my grow and actions☹️ Getting ready for putting the net and decided to cut to low branches from C471 as they just don’t have any thickness to them. Concern was that she was now down to 6 main branches on her…..don’t break any!! Mid week I check the tent in the morning and there is a damn fan laying on top of C471!!! That’s no good but shit happens, no visible damage to the plant…..or the fan😊 So we get through week 1, IPM spray done and net is in, and moving into week 2 of flower my heart stopped when I noticed a huge crack in the main stem of C471……WTF??????? So on day 12 of flower I am looking at two girls with cracked main stems…..one C47 and one Gorilla Girl……WTF everything is the same, why did this happen for no apparent reason? Answer - - - - usual “grower F-up”…….I topped the girls to close to the lower node when done and I should have the scissors up against the node above and left a larger “nub” on top……I had them against the node below when I cut and little to no nub left on top!!!! Once they were trained a bit and started growing harder, the stem didn’t have any more strength and cracked right in the middle of the main stem! Learning point……remember to always leave a good piece of stem at the top when using scissors……hasn’t been an issue for me in the past when “pinching” tops as they develop, this was though☹️ So what to do now they are doing awesome????? Well, that is why I support Grow Diairies and continue to use the site outlining my grows……I asked for help and other opinions about what happened😊 Sure enough within hours, I had some input from fellow growers, thanks again @Mr_Motalovah who pointed out quickly what I had done because they had shared about what has happened to them in the past……thanks a bunch for the input Growmie….you rock!! Now that I know what I screwed up, we vaped a bunch of bud and put on the MacGyver Hat and fashioned some supports and ties out of a pool noodle, zip ties, tape, and more weed😊 Tied the girls up and kept the area moist for a week! She never did weld right back together at the crack because it was too major and at a high stress point for the branches. I feel this certainly contributed to C471 not being as big a yielder as I am sure she should have been. So now we are getting back on track, forget all the other shit of the last two weeks, stay positive and lets rock this grow😊 There was lots to be positive about as the second lay of SCROG is in, the girls are 20” tall and looking happy with leaves up. She has some huge fan leaves and starting to really show some trichomes already! Right on Sweet Seeds……they are pulling through and doing awesome now! Problem I am now having is keeping the air movement in the tent as these four girls are killing it and I am out of room. If I don’t help with more room or air movement, the yield and quality of the bud will suffer……they will finish and all is good but there will be lost opportunity. I really struggle to grow 4 plants in a 3’ x 3’ tent. I am always out of room and can’t get the light down as low as I want. This grow is a perfect example of that. Not to mention how to cool them off and reduce light intensity when ripening in the last two to three weeks?? I need a bigger freaking tent….finally bit the bullet and ordered a 4’ x 4’ tent for flower. Will then have a 4’ x 4’ for photos and keep one of the 3’ x 3’ for autos. Through week 3 of flower and going now Baby, just waiting on a new tent😊 Late flower and watching them buds swell……no worries now, let the deficiencies fly!!!: Now in week 4 of flower and the girls are getting very big. The trichome production has kicked in and they are looking happy everyday at this point. Tips up everyday and they are loving the light and feed at this point. Chugging along and feeling like we will feed them though week 6 and flush for weeks 7, 8, and 9 and take down about day 62 or so. Feed moved into Big Bud and silica going to keep the stems strong so they support the bud weight. Her nodes have stacked very well and for week 4 she is chunking out nicely! The girls are pretty dark green now at this point and looking healthy. Again, buds are big and they are frosty…..the grow is going very well. New tent finally arrives in week 5 and we move the girls to a new home with more room for air and light penetration lower on the branches. Had to cut the girls out of the SCROG and added bamboo to the other strain being run with these girls. Since C47 was not very tall, they were not supported. So feeling that everything is good and we are moving forward. Like I say, feeling good, but I think the girls had their issues in weeks 5 and 6 and I didn’t really pick up on it. They had battled high pH through the grow, again why the media change this run, and it seemed to stall the girls. I think I was so focussed on the success of the Gorilla Girls that I didn’t really pick on the fact these girls were slowing down. At any rate, they looked very good and frosty and still eating so we kept going, there were even resin rails beginning to form on fan leaves and they are 24” tall😊 LST helped to keep them short, along with topping. She is showing that she will make hash people happy!!! Awesome trichomes for this stage of growth…..excited as hell! We move into week 6 and start working on some flushing. She is dark now and concerning. Her hairs are starting to red here and there and I am seeing some colour in the buds. She smells of a strong floral or something that almost “stings” your sinuses…..sorry for description but it was good strong smell. Flush should have begun at the start of this week, six. Instead, it was not given until week 7, almost too late at this point. She had slowed down her drinking and was not uptalking much anymore. Her buds looked beautiful but her leaves were dark. Yup…..F#$% I missed her and she will not finish with the colours that she should. Not much you can do at this point. She was given Flawless Finish twice and roughly 7 days of plain watering before darkness. Then on November 8, Day 51 the girls went into darkness……..the trichomes had matured and it was time. This strain should have stopped her feeding at the end of week 5 and keep the water only for up for 2.5 weeks idea and colours should pop on her…….not one week like I did☹️ After two days of darkness the girls looked gorgeous and faded a little more than when they went in……right on. The buds are beautiful with the light colour of purple on some calyxes and red hairs in there. Frosty as all heck and sticky like crazy😊😊😊 Harvest, dry, cure and smoking Cream 47 from Sweet Seeds……..is she Sweet Smoke?? Remembrance Day was harvest for the girls. They ran their 53 days and its time to cut them down. It was a little surprising to see that C472 had better bud production that C471 since she was the slower grower. At the same time, it was not surprising as C471 had her stem split and this impacted her yield because of a challenge getting the amount of nutrients she wanted up the stem. She made it to the finish line though and was still making me smile at the end😊 can’t ask for much more than that really! Again, I wanted to compare 3 gal vs 5 gal but this diary simply didn’t work out that way. (one should also use clones for a better test of this and not seeds but its all good because I was just having fun😊) I hope that my pictures show her level of trichome production as very good to excellent. She has a lot of crystal in her buds and they are sticky. They hung for 10 to 12 days, took a couple of days to finish his time, and went it jars. I kept ALL fan leaves and of course sugar leaves…….in the freezer right now waiting for the next edible or hash run……grower bonus😊 not to mention the crazy good kief in the tray from trimmings you can enjoy as the grower😊 Full Melt Hash!!! The yield was not the largest for this girl and you can see that in the pictures by the amount of leaf in the buds. They didn’t swell right up……again going back to weeks 5 and 6 in flower I suspect☹️ This is my smoke and I am not worried about yield to be honest. Therefore, even though I only pulled a couple of ounces from each girl…….its primo smoke! The lung expansion is huge and takes my breath away for a couple of seconds as well😊 One dab the size of a rice grain for light weight friend and he was sleeping on the couch 15 minutes later😊 Anyone have insomnia issues?? She is a strong one but with my crazy tolerance she is a nice day to evening smoke for me. That will wrap it up for this grow and Cream 47 for 2020. Have a few ounces to enjoy plus still have another seed to keep the dream alive😀👍 Should have cloned her........there are so many options though👊 Still, would love to have ran her again knowing that she is done at the start of week 8 and hit the flush properly. Flipped to 12/12 today at day 52. Defoliated alot and pinched almost every top. Lets see how much they stretch. Another defoliation in 2 weeks , will also topdress then.

4/13 11AM MONDAY RQS Gelatto 44 and Punch Pie Tyson 2.0 are Finished!!! I will let them go a couple weeks longer but they are good to go! 9/10 Srong, good in coco/ no problems at all! MONTEL DREAM WIDOW 11/10 ANOTHER WINNER!! So much resin, AMAZING BUDS SHAPED LIKE SPIDERS...SO GREAT. My ICE t is a little small, I didnt have enough space so she stayed compact and perfect small. Bubbles, Julinan and Ricky are doing better than ever 4/14 4:09 AM I just had an idea flash for my next grow so I need to make some notes. I have a cutting I took from a gorilla gas F1 fast flower by seedsmen I did it last year. I took the cutting when she was in flower. I put her in an organic grow plug that I got from seats man as well and I tortured her and I forgot to water it and I left it in there and then I put her in 1 gallon and I haven’t tried to do anything but she survived everything so I’m gonna grow her out into a full-size plant. I’ll probably put it in a bigger pot and do a small smaller grow not so many plants next time I think she’ll really be something. 4/14 1;23pm I turned the light up to 114 W and I’m just under 120. I’m trying to feel the driver and keep it cool so it doesn’t heat the room up. I have some plants in there that I didn’t veg right so they’re kind of screwed up and I have too many of them. I’m gonna have to take some down. The extra plants are preventing the better plants from growing so my experiment making my own seeds, it actually worked, but it’s still not as good as getting it from the actual breeders. And I have a series of medical problems that disable me for several days at a time so plans not look good and then I get behind a little bit so that.

May 19, 2024 Day 29 This week we focus on training. I'm debating on doing a couple different things to see what happens. I'm definitely tying down branches. But I may top one of the taller ones and train the branches out to see how different it looks than the other tall one. Sour Diesel A is now sitting the tallest at 11.5". Her branches aren't as long yet, but she's taller than B. Her stem is still pretty flexible, so I'll be tying her down from the top. Sour Diesel B has lost her place as tallest plant. She sits at 11.0" tall but has wonderful side branching. Definitely ready to tie down and spread out, maybe. I think if I top any plant it will be this one. She has 7 nodes now and she's definitely old enough for it. Also, her stem is really stiff now and I don't think I can bend it at all. So I may research topping. Sour Diesel C is the same size as D sitting at just 7" tall. Her internodal spacing is really tight still. I'm hoping she starts to grow soon. I will swap her and D out with A and B tomorrow. She has beautiful leaves with nice deep green. Super healthy. Sour Diesel D is actually spreading out her nodes now. She's still only 7", but I'm not expecting her to be super tall like the other 2. We'll see how tall she gets. But she has some nicely even internodes now. Great color. All 4 ladies got a half gallon of plain water PHed to 6.1 today. And all 4 drooped just a tiny bit and not for long at all. But that half gallon seems to have done the trick. No watering for a few days. I haven't changed the lighting yet as I still have other plants in the tent, but it will be changed soon enough. The DLI really should be at 30 mol/m²/d, but that's just not happening at the moment. The environment is looking great for these 4. The humidity is at 65% but the temp is a bit low. I'm running the tent at 73° because of flowering plants. I've been trying to get it to 75°, but then the humidity spikes. It's pretty dry out today, so in theory, my room humidity should drop. It hasn't, but it should. That may let me get the temp up to 75° without making it too warm in my room. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.5° RH: 68.4% VPD: 0.84 kPa May 20, 2024 These ladies are looking absolutely great! Especially A and B. D is also starting to shape up. C is a bit lost. Maybe she needs to be moved to a different spot. I think I'll rotate her out with D. Sour Diesel A looks magnificent. He's growing very quickly and has a bunch of nodes. The branches are starting to stretch as well. Looking good. I can start training anytime I want now. I think I'll start tomorrow with this one. Sour Diesel B is beautiful with her long side branches and a healthy green color. I should start training her today, but I'll also wait for tomorrow. Sour Diesel C is needing a bit of love. Not really much I can do with the space I have available at the moment, but I think I'm still able to manage. She still looks healthy and happy, just short nodes. Sour Diesel D is coming to her own now. She is showing great signs of stretching and spreading out those nodes. She also is starting to grow branches out finally. Very healthy plant. No watering today. Obviously, because they were watered yesterday. I'd say a good 3 days before needing another watering. I'd also like to mention that I'm already seeing pre flowering signs. Little white pistils coming from where the bud sites will be. So I'm thinking these ladies are in pre-flower, or very close to it. It may take another week for them to really show it, but by then, they should be pretty big and alone in the tent. The lighting is the same, but they are starting to grow into it. Well, at least A and B are. C and D will need a bit of a push when the tent opens up for them. I'm also thinking they will need risers to keep up with the other 2. The environment is perfect for these ladies. The temp is a little low for them, but nothing crazy. 74° but the humidity is still at 65%. So we are looking good for now. It should stay this way for the next week or so. At least until I get the other 3 flowering plants out. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.6° RH: 67.7% VPD: 0.86 kPa May 21, 2024 A bit of a to do today. Training happened and so did pics. And some well needed environmental adjustments. Sour Diesel A is a perfect candidate for tie down LST and so right was I. She got a perfect 90° bend just to the edge of the container. I couldn't be happier with the result. Being as tall as she is, the bend only went about half way down the stem and didn't touch the angle of the base. Perfect. Unfortunately, I can't tie down the side branches yet as I don't have the space to do so. But I can let the whole plant catch up before I do another tie down. I might just pull the branches out around the base of the container to make sure all the space is taken up by bud sites. I should t have a problem. It will be slightly different from what I normally do, but I can adjust when the tent frees up. This ladies has started pre-flower now. I can't wait for the stretch to really start. Hopefully it takes a couple more days. I still have to pull another plant. Sour Diesel B was also a neat perfect candidate for the top bend. She is much stiffer and the bend only went down about a quarter the way, but it's still a perfect 90° angle and still just inside the edge of the container. That will be a long the edge by tomorrow. She is also in pre-flower now. 31 days makes total sense, so I'm happy. Her side branches are beautiful and long. I'll need to start tying them down soon. No clue how I'm going to manage it with such little available space for now, but I can always adjust when the tent clears out and there's plenty of space. Sour Diesel C is growing, but not as tall as one would think. It's just the position in the tent they are at. They are under 3 other plants and not getting enough light. As soon as I move the Tropicana Cookies out in a couple days, I'll be able to give them as much light as they need. I may even have to raise them up a bit. We'll see how things go in the next few days. Sour Diesel D is another story. She isn't looking to shabby at all. Nice spread of nodes, she's starting to stretch a bit, but nowhere near as much as A and B. But she still isn't much taller than C. I'll be watering all 4 ladies tomorrow I think. Each with a half gallon of water. I'm trying the wet and dry method, kinda. I'm giving a little extra water than I normally would and waiting an extra day. So far it seems to be working wonders. In a couple weeks, they will all be bottom fed for the rest of the grow. I've found that 3 gallon containers take in about a third of a gallon a day during peak flowering time. Maybe a half gallon a day, depending on how big the plants are. And how many roots break through the bottom of the container. I like the bottom feed because the ant takes what it needs and I can build a nice crust on the top soil for pest control and protection. The bottom feed wick system works wonders and keeps the containers between 45% and 55% saturation. It seems to be on point for cannabis. I may be wrong, but that's the reading I get for all of my plants. Especially the bigger ones. As I said earlier, the environment got some much needed adjustments today. The central air finally kicked on and that blows out super dry conditioned air. Very clean. And keeps the humidity down. So the humidity didn't drop as low as it should have, but it takes time for the moist air to be forced out. At least the tent is at around 60%. And dropping slowly, but dropping. At this stage, I think it should be between 55% and 60% humidity. the temp is staying at 75°. A great temp for all ladies in the tent. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.7° RH: 62.9% VPD: 1.00 kPa May 22, 2024 Not much going on today. Made some training adjustments and will be watering tomorrow. Also, there's about 50 days left in the grow according to Seedsman. They say the flowering time is around 45 days. Add a few for pre-flower and there we have it. 50 days. Let's see how well I do for the next 50 days. I hope I can harvest by then. Sour Diesel A is looking fantastic. She took quite well to her first bend, so I pulled her down just a little bit more. If course now the side branches are growing quite quickly. Very healthy and happy plant. Sour Diesel B also looks amazing. Her side branches are all getting nice and long with really good internodal spacing. She took swimmingly to her first bend and as I did with A, I pulled her down a little bit more to keep the main top at 90°. As soon as space frees up, I'll tie all the side branches down to get a nice canopy going. Sour Diesel C is beginning to stretch out a bit. The nodes are finally spacing out which of course means the stretch is just about to start. Huge leaves. Also overlapping the other 3 plants. Sour Diesel D is starting to look really good. Still shorter than A and B, but catching up, especially now that they were tied down. The light will be dropped in a couple days and I'll be adjusting the DLI. It should be at 35 mol/m²/d and it's not. So I have to lower the light about 12" and drop the power down to 60%. The environment is great for these ladies. So far we have hit the mid 50s% humidity and are at just over 61% now. The Central Air is off for now, but will kick on anytime. Once that turns on the humidity will drop again. Currently I'm stuck using my portable AC that blows wet, room temperature air that jacks up the RH. The temp is still pretty good at 57°. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.7° RH: 59.4% VPD: 1.20 kPa May 23, 2024 I was going to water today, but I was really busy with my last Tropicana Cookies wet trim and harvest. The soil moisture content is around 33%, so it should be fine until tomorrow. Speaking of harvesting, now that the Tropicana Cookies are both gone, I have plenty of space for now. They still need to be tied down and trained. I'll be harvesting the two Banana Purple Punch's in a week so when those are gone, there will be plenty of space to really train them and get myself a really nice canopy. Sour Diesel A looks great! Her branches are reach straight up though. Definitely because of the tight quarters and light intensity. Now that she is under the light and not impeded by another plant, she should start stretching even more. Sour Diesel B is looking amazing as ever. As with A, her branches are sticking straight up for now. That will be adjusted starting in a couple days I think, if not tomorrow. Sour Diesel C is starting to fall a bit behind. Not by much, but a little bit. I'm sure she will bounce back in no time now that she has plenty of light. But I'll keep an eye on her. If she turns out smaller, I still have the 2x2 in a couple weeks. Sour Diesel D looks great! She is catching up to A and B in girth. Great internodal spacing and side branching is looking good. I expect her to take off with the extra space now and more access to the light. The lighting needs to be checked and I'll do all that tomorrow. Along with the watering and possible LST. The environment is finally at a reasonable level for these ladies. It was kinda cool today, but the humidity is down to 52% and is just right for this stage. The temp was about 72° for most of the day. But will climb back up in a matter of a few hours. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.1° RH: 60.2% VPD: 1.15 kPa May 24, 2024 Watering day! Each plant got a half gallon of plain water PHed to 6.1 from the top. The last Tropicana Cookies is now out of the tent and now there's plenty of space. I have them staggered with A in the back then D, B then C. Not too much more space, but enough for me to pull branches out a bit. Honestly though, they are making their own level canopy, so I might do some very light training this run instead of heavy. It all depends on how they look in about a week. Speaking of in a week, I'll be pulling the 2 Banana Purple Punch's out in a week. That opens the whole tent up and each planet gets their own quadrant. I think I have the timing right on this. Hopefully I'm right and these ladies will be able to be trained more. Sour Diesel A looks great. Her single tie down increased the height of the side branches and she is creating her own flat canopy. I'm definitely going to have to pull branches apart and tie them down soon. Hopefully I can hold off for a week. Sour Diesel B has a wonderful canopy going. Her branches are all falling into place around the whole plant. Opening up each top for all the sunlight they can get. It's pretty impressive. I'll definitely have to train her down soon. I may have to in less than a week as well, so this might make things pretty tight again. Sour Diesel C got a perfect top bend today. Her branches are a little behind and she's making the standard Christmas tree structure. So this bend should fix that and give her the start of a nice level canopy. Sour Diesel D is coming along nicely. I accidentally broke one of the main stem fan leaves. No big deal, but it was still a mistake made. Oops. Her nodes are starting to spread out a bit, but she is definitely a compact plant. It's too soon to tell how big she will get. So far it looks like she'll be stretching, so who knows. Maybe she'll get to 2 ft. The plants have grown into the light and will need an adjustment in maybe a week. I'll be checking the DLI later today. I'm pretty sure they won't need any changes in the immediate future. We shall see. Update: I checked the DLI and got a reading of 24 mol/m²/d. Much too low for these ladies. They should be around 35 mol/m²/d. I'll have to figure out a way to increase the intensity without hurting the other plants in the tent. They should grow right into it though. Now that stretching is about to begin. We shall see. I'll update again if I figure out a solution. The environment is back up to 59% and the temp is around 76°. It's ok I guess, but I'd really like it down to about 55% to 50%. 50% would be great for this week to be honest. Grow System Environment: Temp: 72.9° RH: 56.6% VPD: 1.17 kPa May 25, 2024 It's the end of the week and the weather sucks! Its rainy and humid out. Really humid. So the tent is now suffering. Sour Diesel A looks really good. A little sparse on one side for branching. I am not a fan of when this happens. I need to pull out about 4 branches to get an even spread and I can't at the moment for two reasons. Firstly, there just isn't space yet to spread the branches out as needed. Some of the branches are fairly tall, but the top is still taller. It's really stiff so I can't bend the top down again. Maybe during the stretch I'll be able to, but not at the moment. The second reason is side branch size. I have to move 4, but only 2 of the branches are long enough so far. Sour Diesel B is looking absolutely amazing. She has a level top and an even spread as well. I technically shouldn't have to train her, but I'm going to as soon as she has the space. Sour Diesel C looks really good. She took perfectly to the training and has a perfect 90° bend on the top. The rest of the canopy is a little behind, so I may have to pull the top down again tomorrow. By then the side branches should have caught up. Sour Diesel D is going to be my untrained plant for this grow. I train all my plants, so leaving this one alone is nerve racking. Lol. She looks pretty good. Side branches aren't very far behind the top, but it's definitely going to bush up and maybe grow fairly tall. We shall see how she goes. Maybe I'll have a 3 oz top. The environment is a mess. The temp is at 75° which is fine, but the humidity went back up to 60%. It's not bad for now, but when they hit flower, the humidity needs to go down to 50%. 55% would be ok, but I'd rather 50%. Grow System Environment: Temp: 75.1° RH: 55.2% VPD: 1.30 kPa

This is week five of vegetative growth and the last week before I switch them to Flowering stage. So far the ABLE Grow Chamber is working as well as I could hope. I am growing three different types of Cannabis - Sapphire OG, GSC and one with unknown strain. The GSC was light burned early on and was very damaged but she pulled thru enough that I can make a clone or two from her. It wakes me happy knowing that the chamber can bring back a sick plant with minimal intervention from me. I have been training Daphni (name for the Sapphire OG) for a Sea of Green method and she is getting really good light penetration. For my Hydroponics I am using a Rain Forest 66 reservoir and it has worked well also. On 9-7-18 I made clones from Daphni in preparation for flowering in about 3 to 5 days.
