Day 78. Girls is down. Dry trim chosen as to most smaller plants. Overall I am happy with Urban Legend brand, only Gorilla will be meh.... ;))) Day 88. Girl went to jars, amazing 62 g of her !!! Top quality all the plant through. We are testing it with my friend's wife and it's pure joy, think after cure I'll keep it pure for myself, no share ;))) Happy Growing !!!

Week 6, day 43. Growth: The girls still grew a bit past week, #4 the biggest of them all is 71 cm. Buds started to develop on all 5 girls. I noticed a deficiency and took action but ill explain this down bellow:) Training: I did a selective defolation on all 5 girls. Maybe ill be picking off leaves that are in the way but there will be no more training. Im just going to let them do thier thing. Nutrients: 4 out of the 5 had little burned tips on the leaves because of overfeeding. Some of the plant's leaves are pretty dark so i think they did not like the feeding of 2.5ml Canna Terra Vega and 2.5ml Cannazym. Next feeding when the soil is day will be 2ml of Canna Terra Flores. Issues: I was hoping i was not going to need a "issues" section but im no pro so i expected some issues. So first issue was, Temp fluctuations: Its cold here and i have to set a timer on a 2000w heater battling the cold when the lights are off. I decided to run the tent 24/7 through flower to have a consistent temperature like our fellow grower Rudiak suggested. I added a new carbon filter and put a fan in the intake hole. now my temperature stays between 26 and 26.5 and humidity is also stable around 30 to 40%. This is my solution for this run but not a permanent solution. I think ill be removing the mars hydro 300 when setting up the new tent. It takes one heat source too many out the tent. i can cover the whole tent with the cob and reflector96. Nutrientburns, Nutrient lockout: Some of the girls look like they have a nitrogen toxicity and also some burned tips on the leaves so i skipped 2 feedings. I noticed i also had deficiencies, i suspected iron deficiency but i now think its nitrogen deficiency because the new growth is not effected. They got burned by the amount of nutrients they had last feeding so i assumed something wasnt right in the soil. I flushed the girls today with 24L per pot. with a ph of 6.6, the runoff was 5.9 and managed to get it to 6.4. Because of the big difference the ph in my soil mustve been really low causing the lockout. Lets hope everything will be ok after their first feeding after flush

I put 328 grams of wet bud into my dry tent, my target variables are 60F/60RH for 2 week, with the current temps and high out side humidity we are averaging 66F/58%RH so not to far off - these buds will probably be done at 10 days - looking forward to updating this as harvest report when I trim up.

At the end of Week 4 (vegetation) the plants stretched and got some height. I still can not assess if they are doing normal, good or great :) I am starting bending the branches in a special way using the holes in the circle of the pot and gardening rope. The left and central plants are definitely ready for this.

Quick update I know I been MIA..diary label xmas tree got deleted after losing the mother tree(die back)and about 80 cutting(weather) 1 of the cutting which I took before from the mother that died is the mother to set 1 and 2 (29)...took some cutting off of set 1 (30) jus waiting to see how rooting goes...mother tree jus hit the 2nd week of flowering will update with pic in week 2

Besonderheiten: Sie wurde nach draußen umgepflanzt. -Tag 92 Heute wieder etwas die Hauptcola Trainiert, wir haben mal ein Zollstock an das gestellt gemacht das ca. 2 Meter hat und wie man sieht ist der Haupttrieb schon ein paar Zentimeter an der Schnur entlang gebunden, und es richten sich kleine spitzen nach oben. Sie hat auch wieder Wasser bekommen mit Jauche und auch bei ihr sind wir mit dem PH wert Nach oben -Tag 94 Also, das Runterbinden der Hauptcola alleine hat nicht gereicht sie wächst einfach zu schnell, wir haben die Schnur eine Etage tiefer gebunden und eine Art Supercropping mit der Hauptcola gemacht, sie wurde um ca. 40 cm weiter runter gebunden und jetzt müssen wir ein paar tage abwarten ob sie es übersteht (die Hauptcola natürlich) sonst werden sicher die Seitentriebe ihre stelle einnehmen falls diese abstirbt. Wir denken aber nicht das dies passieren wird.🙏 -Tag 95 sieht so aus als würde die Hauptcola überleben nach dem Cropping. Die Blätter hängen zwar noch immer runter aber die Buds haben sich schon wieder nach oben Gerichtet, das ist ein Gutes Zeichen. -Tag 96 Heute wieder Wasser mit Jauche gegeben. -Tag 98 die Hauptcola hat das Cropping gut überstanden ;) -Tag 99 Heute wieder Trainiert da sie weiter wächst wie verrückt, wir mussten nun auch weitere Triebe nach unten binden.

Week 2 of flower roughly and all plants have begun the shift to cotton balls. Except for the males of course but, they’re grown som hefty sacks also😉. As it turns out we have 3 males, not 2. That might present an option to harvest pollen off one of em to actually save for future use. We’ll see how it goes. Other than that - all plants are performing generally well. Certainly we’ll enough to make some seed babies so let’s get to it. I figure nuts start bust’n in about 2 weeks or so yall! Giddy up and slap dat ass - we gotta make ourselves some bit ‘o awesome😎. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

Bei meinem ersten Grow mit den ROOTIES kam nur die 9 Liter Version zum Einsatz, da haben die sich gut bewährt. Auch die Smart Start Plugs von Zamnesia werden wieder verwendet, dieses Mal ohne den Samen vorher einzuweichen. Und die Erde und der Dünger von BioBizz findet wieder Verwendung. Tag 97: Die Membrane Hyper Autofem von VIP-Seeds bleibt filigran und streckt sich weiter. Schön, dass du dir mein Tagebuch angesehen hast. Schöne Weihnachten 🎄✋😎

At day 34, I can see more changes in the terpene profiles. The big winner at this stage is the pheno #2. Everything from her is superior: structure, bud size and consistency, resin production... The pheno #3 is my second favorite one for the same characteristics, except for the terpene profile which is the more favorable one among the 5. The girls still share that same tropical funk back ground (myrcene/terpinolene). The sour lemon punch is still present in the phenos #2 and 4. Pheno #1 Sweet/Gassy Pheno #2 Sweet/tropical/Sour citrus Pheno #3 The more interesting terpene profile. She kept ALL the banana aroma from the tropical funk 😋 Sweet/tropical/skunk Pheno #4 The less interesting terpene profile. The aroma carries weird hints of soap. Sweet/tropical/Sour citrus/Chemical/Soapy Pheno #5 The terpene profile is very close from pheno #3. Very tropical and sweet, with less of the banana aroma. Sweet/tropical

Week start: ScarJo has taken really well to the mainline and will need to be topped again later this week. Berry however is still behind. I'm sure she'll bounce back soon, but I've learned my lesson on too much stress too soon. Day 4: All of the girls got some LST done, with ScarJo getting defoliated and topped once more to finish the MainLine. now we'll be topping her every few nodes until flower. Baskin bounced back well from super crop, though is still recovering. Merry Berry is almost ready to be topped again in a day or two. Supercropped her tops like I did for ScarJo so we should be seeing some more bud sites the grow goes. Miguel had two side branches at 3 nodes and I topped them. LST was done to spread the branches out more. I'll do more have defoliation on Miguel once they've bushed up again. Goldilocks had their top leaves defoliated. Janet because she is so bushy actually had no training outside if 2 leaves being snipped. I'll do more defoliation and lollipopping on on Janet and Baskin (the two autos) once they start preflowers. I also switched to using the Green Gro nutrients as a top dress. Topdressing is going to be done on Saturday (day 3) or Sunday (day 4).

Alright, that's it! Another branch snapping off under the weight of the buds? I'm calling it. It's harvest time! Her trichomes signal barely any clear, mostly cloudy with only few amber - the idea is, to have an indica that's not too couchy and not too tiring, but more balanced and clearer headed in effect.

The plants are growing fast, we forgot to check pH in this week but no problems.
