Big week, started to strap down the trees. Tied branches to main stem and stakes around the plants so as to open them up a bit and provide support in case of windy conditions. Only staked the pair and not the three in the back yet. This was a bit of a mistake as the big one in the back needed it sooner. Defoliation of note... need to keep defoliating these trees all the time. Pretty relaxing though...

Right so basically, a week ago today marked a month for these ladies and because I had a broken phone it was very hard to keep up to date with the journal but hopefully now I can keep on top of this grow for you guys. It's been 35 days since germination for the Rhino Ryder and Afghan Kush. I'm using soil from the back garden and now that there is a bit of foliage, with the watering etc. The humidity has risen to a level I'm not happy with to which I'm going to invest in a portable dehumidifier to bring down the moisture in the air. I had to defoliate as it was getting really bushy and the fan was struggling to get air through the fan leaves. I cannot believe the RR, started off as the most finicky plant from germination and now it's the tallest f***er of the 4. She has shot up! I looked at the yellow tips on the leaves and apparently it's a lack of Iron. I read that Iron deficiency can be left to work itself out typically if it's not severe. Usually after a few days after the leaves are left to expand the yellow disappears and they turn a nice fresh green colour. The smell in here is fantastic! Day 130 – Harvest Day | Sweet Seeds – Gorilla Girl Today marks the official harvest of our Gorilla Girl by Sweet Seeds – exactly 130 days from seed. The plant finished strong, with dense, resin-covered buds and a very intense aroma that exploded in the final days. Based on her structure and the weight of the colas, we’re expecting a solid yield. Final Techniques: Last 2 weeks: Only clean, purified water (flush stage) Last 3 days: Complete darkness Twice during the dark period: Placed 2 kg of ice directly on the soil The effect was noticeable — right after the ice melted, the smell intensified dramatically, and the trichomes looked even more frosty and swollen. Throughout the entire grow, she was fed with the Xpert Nutrients line, and the results speak for themselves — healthy growth, strong structure, and top-quality flowers. Welcome guys We are at the final conclusion with this famous strain, the STRAWBERRY COUGH 🍓🍓🗣️ After more than two months of treatment I was able to test it in the best conditions But first I quickly pick up on what I did after the cut 👇 The whole plant is placed in a cupboard upside down, with the leaves still attached.. After about seven / ten days, when the leaves were pretty dry, the flowers crunchy, but before the branches break cleanly ... I cleaned all the buds thoroughly, I cut them off the branches and put them back inside of a brown bag..for about a day / two Later I placed everything in a classic glass jar For 24h I left it closed ⏳ Later I started opening it several times a day More or less, after about three weeks, I usually close the jar permanently and wait a few more weeks to start using the flowers 🔥 Back to the strain 👇 The inflorescences are slightly airy in Sativa style, but very thick and with a good amount of trichomes Aroma is delicate but present, as is the flavor.. It is a type of weed that can appeal to more or less everyone 👌 The high is also very pleasant, a soft sativa that keeps the mind quite clear and one feels motivated.. The test was done by smoking it (no tobacco), and the taste is good if everything is done correctly, but I find many more "strawberry" notes using vaporizers In all cases it is a genetics that I can recommend to everyone 💯 For more info on the cycle, I refer you to the past weeks, where I tried to report everything that happened, in the best possible way. Harvest day! I left it without light for 48 hours. The buds are full of resin and very fragrant. Now I just have to wait to taste them, the hardest part. 😊🍀💪🌴

Flowering Week 6 – Fading Leaves, Persistent Flies The sixth week of flowering brought a mix of progress and persistent problems. The whitefly issue unfortunately hasn’t gone away. I replaced both yellow sticky traps at the end of the week, and within minutes, two new whiteflies were already spotted on the fresh left trap. The old one had four additional flies on the back. This pest pressure remains a concern, but I’ve decided to hold off on further neem oil sprays for now, given how far along we are in flowering. I’ll keep monitoring closely. Nutrient-wise, I stayed cautious this week due to ongoing signs of overfeeding. Leaf tips are still showing yellowing and some burn, especially on the lower leaves. Many leaves have pronounced yellow spots and curled tips — a clear sign of excess nutrients earlier on. To reduce stress, I watered with plain pH-adjusted water (5.5–6.0). Total watering volume was approximately 29 liters This week I also did a second round of lollipopping, focusing on removing all small popcorn buds and lower growth under the net that wouldn’t develop well. Despite the nutrient stress and the ongoing whitefly presence, the plants are still developing well. Buds are getting chunkier, trichome production is visibly increasing, and the overall structure is solid. Still, I’ll be keeping a close eye on both leaf health and pest activity in the coming days. ⸻ TL;DR – Week 6: • New whiteflies still showing up – 7 total seen this week. Both sticky traps replaced. • Additional lollipopping done: removed popcorn buds and shaded growth under SCROG. • Leaf symptoms (tip burn, spotting) persist – watered with plain pH water, once with half HESI dose. • Watered 3x this week: 9.5 L (pH only) • Light stayed at intensity level 7

I had trouble with my humidifier set up so she only took 5 days to hand dry . Fortunately I purchased a programmable humidifier so moving forward it’s all gravy. After everything was cut from branches & weighed she ended up yielding 20gs of some airy foxtaily bud. I knew this would be a disappointment so we’ll just wait to see what the smoke is like , what the smell is like , & what the taste is like .

Hello, this week and the next ones will be peaceful. It's +-34 days of the girls' life. About 30 more days and we'll switch to flowering. The smell is delicious. I hope that the girls will also give me lush buds. Due to the use of new plant cultivation techniques, I have small concerns about growth, but I hope that my technique will work and I will base on it. (34 days of feminized seeds and the stem at the base has a circumference of 4.5 cm 😁. I should also start fertilization now, but it's already over. Day 10: They have been growing nicely. Beautifull green leafs, no deficiencies or stress. I did some Defoliation and I'm planning to top some plants but not all of them since they make nice main colas as well. Also nice roots so far, will let those grow for another 1-3 days before repotting them into 7L pots. While doing that I will add some new clay for beneeth the pots to have a good run-off. I will add some mycorizza as well to improve the roots and I will water them again with lots of Regulator(anti-stress) and Rhyzotonic( root stimilator). Some days after that, they are ready to get pushed into flowering. Sativas like to grow twice and sometimes even more in size. So the size which they are at the end of this week will be enough. So at the end of this week you will see them being in 7L pots and in a bigger grow space under lots of lamps. There are like 3-5 plants not growing nicely. Might have to kill them. I'm not going to waste time,energy,nutrients on those if they don't grow in size in a couple of days. So might end up with just 235 plants. Il update again at the end of this week. Day 14: I almost finished the rest of the grow room. I still need to adjust and replace the lamps some more and other things. Did many defoliation below the plants. Thoose branches are never going to preduce nice and thick buds anyways. Such a waste of energy and nutrients. Because of the removing of branches and leafs, They get a better airflow and better exposure of light as well. So for now they look a little bit ugly haha and not so bushy anymore, but they will grow into fine looking ladies. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant and some bigger plants I even topped because I don't want them to stretch alot. Another reason is that I want bigger stems. If other plants that didnt get topped, not improving stems I can still top them until the end of week 1 of flowering. I'm putting them into flowering, by putting the lightschedule to 12hours of light and darkness. It will take a few days before they start preflowering. The first buds will be seen in like 10-14 days. День 85 В обоих боксах пышнеют шишки. В верхнем очень рыхлый куст. Колы в шишках, но большое пространство. Верхушки только начали расти в ширину.На балкон в другой бокс пришлось повесить лампу ДНаТ 250. Она помогает держать на балконе температуру +16°C и выше. Сушит воздух тоже хорошо. За бортом -20°C — проветривать нечасто получается. Влажность 60% и выше. Возможно из-за этого макушки не уплотняются.
