On day 1 the plants are looking good. I confirmed that my one cola was seeded, so I removed all visible seed pods. After this run I will do a deep cleaning to make sure there is no pollen in my grow box. The rest of my plant colas seem fine... I changed out my reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. I also dimmed my light to 75% to mimic spring conditions. On day 2 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir down to 6.1. The plants are looking great besides a few fox tails from too much light. On day 3 the PH in the reservoir is 6.2. On day 4 I diluted my reservoir with plain water to lower the ppm down to 400 ppm, and I adjusted PH to 6.2 . The buds are ripening for sure and smell great! I haven't gotten any autumn colors yet even though I have dimmed my grow light and lowered my night time temps. I hope by 8 weeks the plants will have some more purple tones but if not I'm good with the flower quality thus far :). The breeder says 7-8 weeks so I'm hoping I am close to the finish line. I will continue to monitor the trichomes for ripeness. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH to 6.0. I harvested my seeded cola on Pheno #1 as it had stopped growing/ripening and would be a good tester ;) On day 6 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. On day 7 the PH is 6.0 50 % pistils have turned amber so I believe I have entered my harvest window and expect to flush and harvest soon:) very excited!

Welcome to week 8 🌱✨ The Girl Scout Cookies ladies are doing good so far. I did some more defoliation and lollipopping. I guess the stretch will be done soon. Unfortunately Salem and Morgana are still standing tall in the back. I still have no idea how to get those main stems out of the hotspot. Edit: I installed an automatic watering system today. Individual treatment for every lady. Let’s see how they’ll like it. 🧙‍♂️

The Slurricane IX is a beast of a plant to grow, the growth is quick and quite bushy. I would advise to train these plants SCROG..or something.. the stretch is just crazy..im gona say prepare for a 200% + stretch. Thy will easily get out of of control if not managed well. Pest resistance is good, i did not have any bug problems, but i did have a small WPM issue, but it was very crowded in there. Sorted it out by defoliation and a treatment of hydrogen peroxide took care of the problem. Very thirsty plants, at there peak, 9 plants was drinking 110L a week. Very stong smelling plants. Extremely dense flowers covered in a sluricane of trichomes. Harvest of the plant is quite easy, not a very bushy cola..so its a easy trim. Overall a great genetic to grow and a beautiful plants in itself. @InHouseGenetics .. superb. Thank you guys so much for giving us the privilege to grow such amazing genetics. Keep up the great work. I'm a little late with update, I was very busy. In grow room it is all under control. the buds are filling up. Strech has stoped. She is 16 days in flower. Smeel is pretty strong, i just need to set up carbon filter. Next update will be in a fev days. ✌️🤘💚💜

Low bucket grow =))) First week i use 2 65w 6500k led bulb using lm301b chip led. 18 hours of light per day. I'm not using nutrient yet

Absolutely LOVE this strain. She has only been curing for a little over a week but I had to try her. She is one of the 3 most potent strains I have ever consumed, tastes like grapes on the inhale, and then on the exhale it tastes like a classic chemdawg, piney and gassey. You will feel the effects by the time you finish exhaling. I lover her so much I am going to run her back after I take a little break to travel. The only thing I regret with this grow is that I used much too small of a final container. No fault of the genetics, it was all me. I will run her back in a 12.5 gallon container and see what happens. My goal is to run 2 photoperieods every year, and get a Kilogram off each plant. Might be somewhat ambitious but I enjoy challenging myself and improving. I cannot wait to squeeze this lady, but I want to give her a few more weeks in the jars first. I will post some videos down the line. If anyone wants a quick pound or two of some potent ass indica leaning flower, this is your girl. I honestly don't know how I could even bring myself to grow another autoflower after smoking this lady.....She blows every auto I ever grew out of the water.

Still trucking along. I had my light turned up a bit high for the first week, I turned them down a few days ago and all the plants seemed to enjoy it. Nothing else to report really.
