There doing great at 36 inches. Looking healthy and getting 4 and 1/2 hrs extra light. Growing fast that is for sure. Did some defoliation bottom carp. Found thrips so I had to spray. Hope I killed them.

1/16/2023 - Day 14: not much new to report. All 6 plants are continuing to look healthy. The Grand Prix seem to be a bit smaller than the Frozen White Runtz and Ice Bath. They all look good though. 1/18/2023 - Day 16: clipped a leaf off each Grand Prix to send it in for a genetic test to determine the sex. I used Farmer Freeman. Nothing else to report at this time. 1/20/2023 - Day 18: watered all 6 plants and foliar fed with the same water. Ph was 6.6, and mixed with ThermX-70, FishShit, Rootwise Micro Complete, Pure Protein Dry organic fish fertilizer, BuildASoil Big 6, Rootwise Enzyme Elixer, Fermented Comfrey Extract, and Yah-Whey Thrive. I know I went crazy, but might as well use it if I have it. 1/21/2023 - Day 19: Plants are looking happy. They obviously loved the feeding yesterday

Lowered the PPMs to 420 😎 Only added base nutrients. Her buds are still creating lots of resin and are getting thicker. Ripening nice with an elegant aroma of sweet citrus. I can’t wait to try her out soon! Next week will be her flush week, then time to harvest! I had to use zip ties on some of the bud sites due to how heavy they are. Next grow- definitely Doing LST right and different hydro set up. DWC is a great learning curve for hydroponics, but what a pain in the tush every week for feeding. Bottom line- I’m loving what I’m learning and I’m having fun doing it! 💜

Hola cultivetas! agregue humus al sustrato que estoy usando y sobrefertilice. Las hojas se empezaron a poner verde oscuro y algunas puntas se doblan hacia dentro. Solo me queda esperar a que se limpie. Vienen muy bien. Creciendo bastante. Buenos humos!

Realicé la que yo creo será la última poda, quedó un tercio de la parte inferior completamente sin brotes ni hojas. Próximamente aplicaré guano de ave y hummus para luego regar de forma alterna con agua y melaza

Giving her a couple more days she what she can do. 12/3 Harvest day tomorrow and her great adventure ends

11/3 - Today is technically the first day of Week 5 and also the first day I could see a visible drop in her water level since her last check-in (~12 hours apart). As a result, her ppms shot up to around 800. I diluted the solution with straight tap (7.5pH, 170ppm) since her pH was registering around 5.3. This brought her up to 5.6pH and 670ppm (1.0ec + tap, 500ppm of nutrients). I would have liked to adjust her pH more, but the water level ended up at the bottom of the basket. I'll adjust further as necessary. The other day while attempting to LST her top branches, they ended up snapping off, so I just topped her down one node and broadened her other LST to make her as squat as possible. Once I am able to find a suitable individual ScrOG screen, I will put it on her. 11/4 - I wasn't even planning on doing an update today, but I want to note a few changes. The first of which is a visible difference between her foliage density in a span of 36 hours. Her root bundle is over a foot long and getting more wound up every day. I removed her LST ties in order to take advantage of the ScrOG screen apparatus (see notes below). After lights came back on, she measured 645ppm and had another notable drop in water level. Currently, I am preparing another nutrient solution that closely matches what she is feeding on now. I will be upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket. I will be aiming for 1ec of nutrients/additives (500ppm + Tap on my meter, Hanna Primo .5 conversion). Tap measured 180ppm, so target ppm would be 680. Later that same day... So I finished upgrading her to a 5 gallon bucket before I actually got done writing the update. Added one photo showing new 5 gallon setup. Solo ScrOG test mk1 - In an attempt to do a ScrOG, but maintain control over each bucket, while still having relatively easy access to each reservoir, I decided to throw together this little contraption. I removed the lowest complete segment of a tomato cage, leaving a short "tail" beyond the lower ring to act as a peg to insert into corresponding holes in the lid. The lower ring is 10" in diameter and the upper is approximately 12" in diameter. Each ring is 11" apart. I would prefer to have a shorter segment, but I haven't worked out exactly how to do this yet. I would prefer to set the screen height at around 6" above the bucket instead of 11". This will have to suffice for the time being while I let my latent conscious work out a solution or one is provided by the community. Above each cage will sit a coated wire fence with grids measuring ~2"x3", as shown in the above picture. 11/5 - Uploaded short video showing Solo ScrOG Apparatus in place. Pulled the shorter of the 2 Sater day week 11 flower the tall one I’ll flush next week and give her 2 weeks for 13 weeks of flower total! Found one seed on the branch I pollenated with FW10 on the short one I have drying !!
