Bad Weather

This girl has started her stretch. She is looking perfect accept for a little wind burn from my fan getting stuck in her direction.

These girls are putting on quite a bit of growth. The taller of the 2 really likes to drink a lot of water, and the smaller doesn’t seem to drink much at all. Tomorrow I’ll probably give them their first nutrients. They’ve been in that soil for about a month and only taking the nutrients from that. Hopefully with some more nutrients they’ll grow more aggressively. I couldn’t control myself with the tall clone. I planned to leave it alone and keep her as a mother, but I really enjoy training and figured I could get some pretty large clones from her if I trained her as well. Last night I moved more powerful LED light that I have into the room. My flowering plant just went into 36 hours of darkness before I harvest her, so may as well give these clones about a week and a half of this light. Is it possible to over train a plant? I feel I’ve just tied the smaller clone (biggie smalls) to the soil and haven’t allowed her to really bulk up…

Login issues led to missing a couple weeks, but things have been super smooth. Buds are looking sweeeet and hairy. And they're really fattening up. She's one thick hairy lady. Following the nutrient schedule without deviation, swapping and cleaning the reservoir every week (H2O2 clean), and keeping the humidifier filled. I swapped the pump. First one randomly stopped working for no apparent reason. New one I spec'd with a much lower pump rate and it's a great improvement. No splashing, just a trickle recirculation so I keep it on 24/7. The pH monitoring is so so so much easier now with the good Apera pen. What a difference it makes over the generic ones.

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I am going to change the water Sunday and kick off Week 1, I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. I found out that I have to go out of town when I had planned on harvesting. So I did it a few days early. This plant has been a blast to grow. I was a little worried at first because she just wouldn't put on any inches. The plant only reached about 12 inches in 2 months. However, after the that she grew like crazy. It could have been due to my inexperience. I guess we will have to see on the next grow. I still have 5 more seeds of this plant. She flowered in about 9 weeks. Big fat dense colas. The next time around I need to pay better attention to the little scrubby side shoots. There were a lot of them. I ended up with about 60 grams of larf because of it. I should have done a better job of defoliating before flower and I should have kept her colas clear of the dense foliage. Having said that, she turned out a ton of bud! Wet weight count: Clone 1 - 179g Clone 2 - 163g Mother - 586g Total - 994g I will come back next week and update this with some more pictures and final dry weight.000

Finally we are in bloom, the plants are fine and continue to grow with few problems, in this phase the Mimosa Evo in the abs pot, has some leaves locked inwards, while the others are fine, I wonder if I should worry about An excess of fertilizers or environment? The Tutankhamun has these tips pointing downwards and I don't understand why, I only gave water for almost 1 week but nothing has changed, the Gorilla Zkittlez is exploding with flowers and the other Mimosa continues to grow, although I believe that I will harvest a few grams from that plant! I also started giving him Bud Candy to increase the flavor and a little yield!

Day 1 -another key week of LST training to Maz each node that grow Day 6- Gc1 appears to be overwatered. Now going to begin using organic molasses aswell

2022-12-22 I love growing Solocups, Because you learn soooo much. If you manage that Grow, you can grow everything. This thime i ad alot of Medium ( around 0,5l), and for me it was quite easy to keep them happy. I was watering them every day with a " light" Feedingsolution. Plants stayed happy and turned out very well seems i forgot to take Pictures of the second Skull in a Plasticup- but yeah the Glassvessel ( Skull) is the Mainattraction

Filling out the trellis net. Looks like another 2-3 weeks until I flip the ladies. Using SST’s, LABS and natural inputs for this grow. I have made some mistakes in the past using Organics, but have figured out HOW to use them for an entire grow. The vegetative state, I have never had a problem with. The transition into the first 3 weeks is when I have had the most issues. After a little research and testing, I finally have a basic blue print of how to feed plants in flower for 10-12 weeks now or shorter. Mark Bowell from Perfect Gardens on YouTube and Mr Canucks Grow from Canada are my largest information inputs. Final Thank you to Mr McGooz for keeping me in the know. 10-11: yes, some of the stalks are turning purple. This is not due to phosphorus, magnesium, or any deficiency. It is due to the light being too intense for the plants. I am at the max distance and running the light at 30% ( it’s a 600 watt 🤣🤣). Soooo yeah, that purple is going to stay for a bit. Purple with other leaf discoloration or senescence IS a problem, purple stems with NO leaf issues isn’t serious issue. Cant it be fixed? We are going to find out….Photosynthesis Plus will be on hand in the next 5-6 days. This permits the plant to USE more of the photons ( yes, I have carbon in my media). This should minimize the purple and allow me to UP THE WATTS 🗣️🗣️ 10-14: spoke to my “guide” and we made the decision to go ahead and flower these ladies. We saw how much stretch there is to be had and realized we are currently filling the trellis by 75%. We are estimating the entire 4x4 area to be completely filled. I defoliated and pruned the smaller sites off the lower areas of the plant. Not quite lollipopping, just selectivity choosing sites to keep and bones that will get in the way. For transition I am using a ratio of 1:1:1 on NPK’s to ease the flip. The ppm’s will be between 750-800. Once we reach early flower, we switch the NPK’s to 1:3:2 ( flower girl by Dr Earth OR Fish bone meal and langbenite). I switch each feeding between the two for 5-6 weeks. At week 7 we switch to 0:3:3 ( seabird guano and Langbeinite) at 500 ppm’s. Week 8 the same feed. Week 9 kelpseaweed/water Only ( these are 10 week cultivars). Yes, normally one freaks out 😂😂😂 The slight deficiency is a sign that I can go ahead and start: The Flowering Cycle. When using Organics, you have to use your eyes because nothing is specific. Meaning: you have to see when the amendments are running out to A: Top Dress B. Make compost teas. We are going the compost tea route for flower. I made a video showing exactly what I use. The ratio is 5-5-5 ( yes earlier we were going to use 2-2-2, but we found out there is no calcium or magnesium in the all purpose mix by Dr Earth…another reason to learn to read your plants).

Love every plant each one is growing differently stacking different even the visual difference of one strain growin two different ways combined smells of diesel, pez candy and lemons

Adding SLF 100 and Calmag to feeding. Although everything seems good, I'm going from tap to RO to have maximum control over my PPMs or TDS. Buds are really developing nice and she is still stretching. I appreciate any suggestions. ( Running CalMag, Photosynthesis Plus, and SLF 100)

Another good week with explosive growth. Been defoliating alot to get light and air in. Held of on topdress till next week , due to beeing away on vacation. So removing all lower growth and topdress next week.

I tried to let her bloom for 2 more weeks..but she had some mold and had to cut some away. Sow shortened bloom by one week. However she is ready do.last so.

Autos moving along, I think the ones outside might be flowering a bit faster - there's also still 13+ hrs outside right now.
