Morning of day 14- tops look dry but it’s just the very surface. They took a little longer than I wanted to dry out. The weather has been cold windy and rainy, not much sun lately, and we are still about a month away from our potential last frost date. Farmer’s Almanac says last frost date is May 30th or something crazy, even though the days are normally rather warm by now. I haven’t fed as of Day 14 because they are not dry enough, there is plenty of amendments in the pot, especially towards the bottom, except I will still spoon feed a little bit. I just rehydrated the tops as they were really dry at least 1-2 inches of the tops were dry, but the bottoms are still plenty wet, so with clean water in a spray bottle, I just lightly rehydrated the top a lil, so I might be feeding tomorrow for day 15, but I don’t know yet. Keeping the tent around 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and only about 25-30% RH. This helps me compensate for the lack of heat provided by the LEDs and help the plants adapt to a higher water demand. I haven’t seen the low humidity effect the seedlings, intact all the plants that grow outside in the hot bone dry climate LOVE IT! They were praising all last year. So to help keep me away from damping issues and to better prepare the little ones for the outdoors, I’m trying to match a hot and dry environment in the tent. With VPD levels way up in the red, I have yet to experience a negative impact. I have damped off enough plants in my life, it’s a lot harder for me in 60-70%RH to water the plants and get them to dry out fast enough in the tent with cold LEDs.

Estas últimas semanas he sido un poco desprolijo con el diario, con respecto a imágenes y fechas, pero esto es mas que nada por una cuestión de tiempo,(si alguien que vea este diario ,sabe de algún empleo o esta relacionado al cultivo de cannabis y necesita de un cannabicultor dedicado tengan en cuenta a esta persona que les escribe,😉😁 la verdad esto me apasiona, pero bueno en mi día a dia se me complica para hacerle el seguimiento exhaustivo que necesitan las plantas, pero ya lo saben)😅😅🚀🚀😉😉

Some problems have appeared with my beloved plants. From my research, I have poor air circulation inside my grow tent, which wasn't surprising. When I set everything up somewhat haphazardly, I knew I would need to fix it. I confess I'm dissatisfied with this week; some plants are stressed, nothing too serious, but I noticed a slowdown in 3 Baker's phenotypes, some gnats have returned, another insect I've never seen before has appeared, and I'm somewhat short on resources to deal with it. I also had a serious problem with the electricity, forcing me to completely improvise the electrical system and exhaust fan to work without a ventilator. Anyway, enough bad news. I'm still in my first run, but I'm learning from my mistakes!

Aug 8: Purple Ghost Candy is looking really good. She is continuing to stretch and lots of buds are forming. Had the AC Infinity UV lights out for first time today. The strength of natural UV light drops quickly this far north in mid-August. We run out of strong light before it gets too cold here. Aug 9: added third scrog net and clipped it to the twine. Kludge method but it works so well I don’t know how I’d upgrade it further. Works great and provides strength and flex to the plant. Unsung heroes include malt vinegar for pH adjustment and Dr Bronners as a wetting agent. The surfactant lowers the surface tension of the water allowing it to penetrate the soil more easily. The smell also helps keeps bug away, it is claimed. Anyway, it works. Peppermint is the usual one for growers but the store was out last time and I’m currently using Lavender. Aug 11: don’t take flash pics of your photoperiod plants unless you follow up with a red light. I’ve done it this way for years now with no hermies so the red light must help avoid problems somehow. And it is definitely a bloom booster and allows ripening under stronger sunlight. The 730 nm far red light is recommended for several different reasons.

Day 1 of week 7–this would make the largest plant 43 days old today. Things are going great as far as I can tell. I used very minimal nutrients during this week. Will add some flowering nutrients on the next feed. Looking to see some density on the buds in the upcoming weeks.

Harvest day 66 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. Unfortunately, the rating system at Growdiaries is a bit strange because I have to give the stars before the Smoke Report and in the end it might have led to more stars in terms of taste. . The flush begins , Using final flush with water at 21.oC And some defoliating to get light down . Managing to keep temps stable at 23-25 oC with both lights Also added in a mars hydro light Last week and seems to be working well and shown good response from the plants under it

This was a super easy variety to grow. It does well in a SCROG and is very robust. They are really very fast from seed to harvest. This one is an all time favourite. I like to share my weed, but this one goes on the top shelf :)

LST, and Super cropping. Plan on letting them grow vertically for all of week 5. Ordered a 3x3 veg tent that will use this old 600 watt HID for now while the 4x4 will use my new SE 7000. Should be a massive upgrade. As soon as my new equipment gets here I will likely take 3 or 4 clones, so I can start filling up my veg tent.

Weight wise Tastebudz Bubble Runtz out produced Ethos by 16 grams with 129 > 113. However, after drying Ethos has become more dense and less sponge like than Tastebudz

Welcome everybody to week 2 of white widow X big bud from female seeds. So far so good it's looking healthy and growth is beginning to pick up speed. I did try to germinate two of these but only one popped. I'm not sure if the seed was inviable from the start or if it was something else. But lucky for the community we still have a representative for this promising strain. I gave her her first round of worm tea and have steadily been pushing the light intensity. I also rough up the main stem regularly to increasing it's strength. She has began to increase growth rate and I looking forward to it's continued progress. I flipped them to flower this week, finally. They are way behind schedule because I didn't have enough space to keep them on their own 12/12 light schedule so they had to stay on 18/6 along with the other plants in the same grow space. They've gotten much bigger than I wanted them to due to that. But I'm hoping if I do the female forced pollen process correctly that'll hopefully mean more seeds to share 😁. I've been spraying the chosen males with colloidal silver for 3 days now. I take them outside to spray them & then let them fully dry before bringing them back in with the girls. Just a safety measure incase I mess up the forced female pollen process I'll still have good & untainted flower to use from the girls.
