Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. D-37 : Everyone looks good. I've made the last topping for those girls. There still some lST to do during the next week so the mains can grow the right way. Then, on the following week, I'll turn everybody to flowering mode and switch the light 75% then 100%. I noticed that they are drinkning a bit more now. D-43 : Everything still ok ! The LST is almost over, and I think I'll turn to flowering mode winthin 10 days max.

Sour Jealousy Auto FastBuds 2025 Outside Grow Week 7 May 11-17 FLOWER 1 Sour Jealousy has started to flower. She is 18” now after a 6-inch spurt. She really benefitted from last week’s rain. This week’s weather has been cloudy and sunny but the temps ranged from 93 high and low of 53 at night. I watered and fed 2x with Kelp 30 ml/g and TPS1 4ml/g. I included some garden pics and some cool boats. I live in a coastal area with 6 bridges. Since maritime law still governs commerce, the boats have the right of way to vehicles. On this day I got stopped by the bridge opening and was close enough to see the boats. A parade were luxury yachts. Your likes and comments are appreciated. Thanks for stopping by. -Day 84 Chopped down La Chem1 and TD2. They are drying. They were just starting to amber and GC2 potential needs more room. In the end i am going for yield and starting with 6 i knew a few might have to go early as intended. Last week feedings in ppm were the following. 1200, 700, 900, 800, Since its mainly just three plants a few of those days is double dose of same feed. Added tarantula, it might be late but worth a shot. GC1 is slight foxtail due to the heater blowing heat up under it. They lower leaves of the entire canopy was going brown due to excessive heat and bad circulation. I have since pointed my fans upwards pushing air through the canopy, and so far no complaints. New grower and lots to learn. Also learned that GC2 is a super auto. Being late to the game means late finish with huge yields as predicted. Cleaned trays and started some new seedlings for some outdoor stuff. Happy 420 Day 85 Worked on spreading out GC2, The lower cannopy has already responded in a single day. GC1 still has clear on it but its super dank sticky and smells like melon pie and skunk. Minor trim on TD1 and La Chem 1, Got about 1.5oz of la chem and 2oz of td. will weight it offical later.

she should have been cut 2 weeks ago ... but I want to leave her 80% amber something KO ... will be cut the first week of February .......

i dont know, this plant appears so weak. like the leaves are flimsy and floppy growth is slow the bottom is maybe burnt? but ive defoliated those leaves because they really werent receiving light anymore. anyone have any suggestion to what i might do to liven this plant up? i really dont wanna see it not flower however its transitioning very slowly if at all.

Still looking good! I'll have to chop next week either way to to personal circumstances, but I'm thinking they'll be just about ready by then anyway.

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. We are at 21 days from these girls breaking the surface and they are making progress. I noticed at the beginning of the week that they were a little overdosed on nitrogen so I added 2 gallons of tap water to the reservoir and adjusted the ph to 6. They are still looking a little heavy on N but their growth rate is going great so I think it should balance out by the end of next week. I dont plan on doing a water change until I flower them. I left the plants alone most of the week. Tied most of them down to spread them out and defoliated a few lower leaves on day 20. The branches on most of these plants are thick and solid already. They don't budge easily. Bananasicle is looking pretty funky with uneven branch and node growth but we are just going to push forward. Still pumping nutrients and beaming light 24 hours a day. I'm thinking day 28 we will switch them to flower and see if any of these ladies can bring some❄️🔥💨

The buds are becoming every day bigger and hairy and some trichomes starting to develop quite nice. The Smell is not so strong at the moment perfectly manageable by the carbon filter. I'm gonna flush with 20 l at 1.2 EC and ph 6.6 and letting her dry for 5 days and then ill give her a boost of 1.8 EC so that lots of oxygen goes to the roots.

Another flowering week

Day 30; Both plants showed signs of going into bud stage so I top dressed & feeding. 1st, 24hrs before I prepared worm tea. I put 3tbsp Molasses, 5ml/gal Cal/Mag, 10ml/gal Seaweed/Fish extract, .5ml/gal Orca, 2-packs Green Tea, 1-1/2cups worm castings. aerated 24hrs. 2nd, Prepare coir for top dressing, remove all LST ties & stakes, Scoop out cedar chips from surface. Add 1/4cup Dr. Earth Organic 4-6-3, 1/4cup Bone Meal, 1/8cup Bat Guano, 1/2cup Coffee Chaff, 1/2cup Worm Castings to surface. Hand mix in dressing into top 2" of coco coir. Re-apply Cedar chips, do LST. 3rd, Top Feed 3/4gal per plant, Bottom Feed 3/4gal per plant. By day33 plants had doubled in size so I re-LST & light leaf removal, sprayed Neems Oil on both ladies, the stretch was on... Day35, watered 1-1/2gal ea. 5mil/gal Cal/Mag, 5ml/gal seaweed/fish extract. Lil LST and light leaf removal.

Vigorous plant (I avoid excessive defoliation). Despite a slight light stress last week, I quickly solved the problem and she recovered without any worries. It started its stretch and flowering well. I'm about to start Cal-Mag to support this!

I didn't get that much yield and the buds were too fluffy do I decide to use all the buds and trim to do bubble hash, I really enjoyed the entire process.
