The blue gelato 41is not doing so well, but I just made some recent changes. Light has been switched to 20/4 from 12/12 from previous week's due to my last plant finishing up from first grow, from random bag seeds. This week I cleaned my tent lowered the light on the 24th of the month to 21 inches. Purple punch and the gorilla zkittles coming along strong and healthy, however the gelato is still showing some symptoms, maybe over watering perhaps wasn't getting enough light, not sure but I will be transplanting soon so I hope she does better in a bigger pot. I already have the coco ready mixed with worm casting and couple of Gia Green's products, all purpose, Glacial rock dust and oyster shell flour.

Fed the plants for the first time. They produced their first big fan leaves which was exciting to me. Humidifier stopped.

What's up guys? One of the girls are moving close to the end, so i think the next week Crticial+ will be Ripen. As for California Hash Plant i am used the previous week tea(with 2.6 of bloom) to add an extra week on flowering as well. Closer to harvest 😋

The second week of flushing. Some of the leaves from the bottom of the plant are already yellow or light green. It seems that now she consumes the nutrient buildup from the bottom leaves. Still milky trichomes, but I spotted a few amber. Also, the buds gained a purple shade, looks awesome! week 14

So, with the harvest complete and the dry finished, the rest is now going into jars for the final cure and storage. Overall I enjoyed this grow, it needed minimal interventions and had a smaller work load compared to the other grows. The amount of dried flowers is 752g (1.11gpw) so a decent haul, I threw a lot of B grade buds in the hash bag due to the large number of low level flowering sites (I need to rethink my canopy management) and also with the lack of stretch after flipping made the internodal spacing a bit too tight. Managed to extract 215g of grade a hash from her as well which I have pressed into a slab (pictures). I learned many things along the way, namely root health and the importance of keeping organic additions as low as possible. I also decided to try out clones for my next run, just to get a little more canopy and growth consistency - those of which are in an aeroponics tub at the moment waiting to root (picture). I lost all my pictures of my candy kush harvest but the bud was pretty uninspiring, not much for terps or smell and just makes me sleepy so been using it when I get home from my 12 hour shifts at 7am so I can get to sleep quick as possible, will be the last plants EVER from royal queen seeds ,defended them for the last year but since growing real breeders seeds I see that rqs is most definitely a white label seed company that sells us all fake genetics that are not what they say they are,I gave them every chance but when I grow 5 different strains and they all end up looking,smelling and tasting exactly the same theres something fishy going on ,sucks too because now I don't want to give those strains a chance because rqs's version left such a bad taste in my mouth(literally and figuratively)

This week I tried some gentle LST by just bending the main branch over every day once or twice a day I didn’t use tie downs, I figured for my first grow I’ll keep it as simple as possible and see if I can even get it to harvest. It has definitely grown this week from last, and seems to be liking the 50-50 mix of FFOF and FFHF. I have noticed some yellow on the tips of a few leaves I’m assuming it’s cal mad deficiency comparing with others pictures but it’s minor. I have to say fast buds has a very hearty strain here it withstands well despite not having quite enough light, but I hope that’s something I can change in the future grows. I just worry that when she flips to flower she will struggle more under my lighting configuration and fox tail or larf out. That being said I’m intrigued to see what happens and see what she produces. I see her getting into a stretch getting taller daily and wanting more frequent watering I’m assuming I’ll start to see flower in week 5 or maybe 6. All in all I’m very happy for my first grow and the fast buds northern lights, I agree with others that say this strain is resilient. Happy growing!

Everything is going great. No major issues no major problems. Plant growth is phenomenal. I’m gonna lower my scrog net a good 6 - 8 inches tomorrow. Get the plants growing into it. I figure another 3-5 weeks of veg and then off to the races. I haven’t yet decided if I’m going to use canna boost this round. I haven’t decided if it’s worth the cheese anyone wanna give their ¢.02? I’ll definately use molasses in flower. But that’s it, I don’t like adding adjuncts and unneeded crap. It’s all just a waste. I used mammoth last grow on one plant and the plant I didn’t didn’t use it on got higher yeilds buy quite a bit. 1/2 Oz. So that’s shit is snake oil. I really feel anything you add to your grow should yield you more than it costs right? ROI.

Upped the nutrient levels a little this week and she is starting to show crystals on the leafs :)

Cantaloupe haze needed a good flush brought runoff from 2000 ppm to 1100ppm will continue to monitor.
