Day 59: There is little left to my first harvest in 2019. As buds continue to swell and resin starts to see some orange pistil. I think that in order to complete the cycle of these six Gorillas, there are only a couple of weeks to get to the standard eleven weeks. The smell of the resin is very strong and I have to ventilate the room several times during the day. Given the approach of the first harvest I put some other seeds in the soil. 😄 P.S. This plant has received only water for the last five days instead of the usual 10/12 and although I would have to wait another 10/15 days before it is completely dry, this Saturday I will break some buds smaller and I will smoke it 😋 Once the first plant has dried, and the crop is tasted, I will add more data such as flavor and real definitive weight. For the remaining five plants I will follow all my standards without breaking basic rules and I will make a progressive crop. March 10, Day 69: Final taste and effect ratio for the first plant. The exact weight of dried buds, excluding the wads, sugar leaves and small branches is 58 grams. Even having pushed all the final procedures to the limit, the product is fantastic. No chemical taste despite the short flushing. Yesterday was my birthday and I got to smoke a lot (about 45 grams) in the company of twenty friends, everyone appreciated the taste and power of the effect perhaps amplified by some beer, but still very strong. No one has coughed, the smoke goes down smooth and clean and the effect is practically immediate. The terpenes of limonene and pinene dominate every flavor. The aftertaste is fresh and sweet and smoking a lot at the end the limonene prevails. For a final consideration on the edible taste I will have to wait to have made some butter to make biscuits or brownies. As I wrote the effect is very strong, salt immediately and at the beginning seems energizing, but shortly after passing the joint hits you with a baseball bat to the back of the neck 😵 After the fifth joint you are now on a psychedelic journey and you will continue to laugh for hours. At the moment I do not have a THC analyzer (object I want to buy in the future) but based on my personal experience I think it is well over 20%. Stimulates appetite, thirst (excellent if combined with a double malt blond beer) and can be used to effectively fight insomnia. 👊

Die Ladies wurden ordentlich gelollipopped und ich hab wirklich nicht gekleckert. Der Eimer war am Ende randvoll mit Schnittresten. Alles, was unten nur Energie klaut oder im Schatten gammelt, ist beinahe konsequent rausgeflogen. Ab jetzt geht die komplette Kraft nur noch in die Tops. Die Kush hat mir dabei kurz den Puls hochgetrieben. Etwas instabil im Aufbau, beim Schneiden halb auseinandergefallen – ich durfte erstmal wieder puzzeln, welche Triebe ich eigentlich behalten wollte. Kurz Zelt-Chaos … aber wieder eingefangen. 😄 📏 Höhe & Stabilität Der Stretch ist jetzt offiziell vorbei. Endhöhe: ca. 1,10 Meter – besser hätte es fast nicht laufen können fürs Setup. Viel höher und wir hätten Licht-Tetris spielen müssen. Zur Stabilisierung hängen jetzt überall Pflanzen-Jojos. Diese kleinen Rollen mit Nylonschnur, die die Äste sanft hochziehen und schwere Buds stützen. Schön gleichmäßiges Blätterdach, nichts kippt weg, alles entspannt. Echt kleine Gamechanger. 🌸 Blütenentwicklung Jetzt startet die eigentliche Show: Buds stapeln sich sichtbar erste Trichome / Harzbildung leichter, süßer Duft im Zelt Man merkt richtig: 👉 Produktionsmodus aktiviert. Jeden Tag ein bisschen frostiger. Ernährung & Feintuning Allerdings zeigen sie langsam klar: 👉 Phosphor- & Kaliumhunger Die BioTabs-Tabletten waren top für den Start, aber in der intensiven Blütephase einfach etwas zu träge. Plan: Mikroben pushen → Bodenleben aktivieren moderat PK nachdüngen → Blütenaufbau unterstützen Ein kleiner Schub, damit die Buds richtig Masse machen. 🐛 Reality Check: Nervensägen-Alarm Und ja … natürlich gibt’s auch die weniger glamouröse Seite des Grows. Tripse und Trauermücken zum Beispiel. Doppelt hält leider nicht besser. 😅 Tripse → silbrige Fraßspuren auf den Blättern Trauermücken → kleine schwarze Nervflieger über der Erde Nichts Dramatisches, aber einfach maximal lästig. The ladies got a proper lollipopping session, and I definitely didn’t go easy on them. By the end, the bucket was completely full of cuttings. Everything down low that only steals energy or sits in the shade had to go. From now on, all power goes straight into the tops. The Kush caused a bit of drama though. She’s slightly unstable structurally and basically fell apart while pruning, so I had to puzzle together which shoots I originally wanted to keep. Short chaos in the tent… but fixed. 😄 📏 Height & Support Stretch is now officially over – finally. Final height: around 1.10 meters, which is pretty much perfect for the tent. Any taller and we’d be fighting the lights. To keep everything stable, I installed plant yo-yos everywhere – those retractable supports with nylon strings. They gently pull branches upward, support heavy buds, and keep the canopy nice and even. Small tools, big impact. 🌸 Flower Progress Now the fun part really starts. You can see it every day: buds stacking up first visible trichomes/resin light sweet smell filling the tent That moment when you open the zipper and think: 👉 “Alright… production mode activated.” Each day gets a little frostier. Nutrition & Adjustments What’s becoming obvious now: 👉 early phosphorus and potassium deficiencies The BioTabs tablets worked great so far, but during heavy flowering they’re simply a bit too slow. As the plant enters the fifth week of flowering, the first trichomes have begun to form. The buds have started to thicken considerably during this week. They are becoming denser and more robust, which indicates that the plant is channeling its energy into producing larger, more resinous flowers. Throughout the growth process, the cannabis plant has shown no signs of health issues. It has remained vigorous and resilient, with no observable deficiencies or diseases. To ensure optimal light penetration and airflow, the plant was lightly defoliated this week. The cannabis plant is progressing well in its fifth week of flowering. The formation of trichomes, the thickening of buds, and the plant's overall health are all promising indicators of a successful flowering phase.

------------------------ HARVEST 1: ------------------------ Harvested this girl because she stopped eating and was drinking less water, and the weird flowers, so she was finishing, and im looking for something psycoactive, so the trichs are cloudy too... I expected less flowers, but there are some material behind leaves. The smoke is really nice flavored, and it hits you with psychoactivity. Despite the production and weird buds it is really tasty and gets you in a really nice sativa mood. The flavor would be like: An apple with Gasoline touches (i suppose its because of the Sour Diesel heritage) 15 gr. ------------------------ HARVEST 2: ------------------------ This plant was harvested in the optimal point to me, with cloudy trichs and a nice production. She really added weigth in the last weeks. The smell is really like the original Lemon, has deep citrous notes. Taste is very good, more powerful than the smell(Will complete this in a couple months when properly cured in jars). I like the psychoactivity, its a nice day smoke, and a tasty one. Overall a very good plant, i love the therpene profile (citrous/fruity), it is so refreshing when you smell the citrous flavour. 90 gr.

Ok guys so she was bushy again and so we did defoliation again. You can see the difference and then after that started flowering even more Plus the fact we are increasing the amount of molasses added to the soil plus the floranova bloom nutes. They are very thirsty girls, taking around 1.5-2lts per 48 hrs So almost like a 1 liter per 24 hrs Very good SoG to make them feel even more comfortable Going to change schedule from 24/0 to 19/5 and see if they evolve!
